Excellent stay easily accessible to city centre and highly recommendable and budget efficient
Bed was not so comfortable and pillows are way too hard

The one transit bus stopped a simple 3 short blocks away from the residency. There was also a public library within 100 feet of that same bus stop. There are four separate rooms, so if the other guests are respectful, then your stay will be good. There is a kitchen for use, however I chose not to eat on the premises. I would stay again.
Some of the other guests that stayed there were very loud playing the music, provided off of the televisions. Also when exiting on their last stay, the one guest lady decided to leave the bathtub full of her hair. If the other guests are respectful, then it will be good. The 'locking' of the main / front door was a trick for 80% of the other guests, so often I would arrive back to the residency & even when I was going out for the day, the aforementioned main / front door was found 'closed' but NOT locked.

I had no breakfast. Very clean house đ at a very superb location.
Bed mattress needs to be changed and cleaners didn't do justice in the room as the bedside cabinet were left dusty.

Near to peace walls. Allowed me to check in early
The house was old and creaks a lot even when walking softly. Upstairs bathroom needs maintenance. Towels have a lingering smell so must not have been washed well.

Well the location of the property, itâs close to the city center that I can walk it and Shankill the neighborhood weâre the property is also nice. The Room was good, bed, tv, WiFi and everything is included. The toilets are well stocked. The kitchen has all the appliances in place for cooking. Overall I had a very good time in the property. Will definitely recommend!
For some reason the 1st floor Bathroom the showerâs are always hot and we canât change the temperature. But otherwise the Bathrooms are good.

It was clean and absolutely fine for the price.
Interesting location, locks a bit tricky to open, can be noisy (very thin walls and doors noisy when they open), minor issues in bathroom (e.g. dripping shower).

My best friend and I stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay. The house is a 30mins walk to city centre or 10minutes bus ride. We also felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The peace wall is just close to the house and that was a plus. Thereâs a Spar as well for quick groceries.
It was difficult to open the front door and we spent a minimum of 20 minutes trying to open the front door whenever we had to go in. The first time it happened we called the host and she gave some instructions that didnât help at all despite following it through. We finally managed to get in after so many tries. We expected her to call and check in to see if we managed to get in and she never did. On another night, one of the guests had to come open the door for us.
I think the locks should be changed!

Though v didnât have it, it was kind to keep some cereals & oats for the guests in the kitchen.
There was no duvet instead ther was fleece to sleep with and it was very cold. The pillows had lumpâŚ
The bathroom door had a gap and it could be seen from outside.

The bed was comfy and pillows were very comfy! Location is right off the famous Shankill Road and you can see the Peace Wall from the windows. Buses stop very nearby. A half an hour walk away from the town centre in a very nice location.
The shower head was filthy and covered in line scale and the toilet seat was so broken it was difficult to sit on, however the water pressure was good. The door to Room 3 was broken and kept opening on its own, and the window in Room 2 was also broken. There were scurrying noises above us (we were on the second floor) that woke us up during the night, and we confirmed it was mice when we found one in the kitchen one morning.

Clean, comfy bed.
Difficult to access the location if you are by foot. Many roads are dead ends and a fabric factoryâs gate (that could provide a fast way to the location) was closed.
