Fully equipped high-quality house with everything you need & helpful and responsive host

I really loved everything, if I have to write something, it is not the best connected location for public transport but the owner offers pick-up and drop-off service which are super helpful

4 Nächte Kyoto

Das Haus ist extrem sauber und komfortabel. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Futons sind bequem und es gibt auch zwei richtige Betten . Gute Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu trocknen. Ruhige Umgebung.

Es gibt nur wenige Restaurants in der Nähe, am besten geht man bevor man abends nachhause kommt essen .

Great family location just south of the station.

Good property south of the station. Good for an extended family stay. Excellent to have laundry and drying facilities. Good to be met at the station, and taken back to the station on departure. Nice kitchen space to use at our leisure.

The days were humid, so the property felt damp to some in our group. Otherwise excellent! Location was south of the station, which is good for some activities, but a little further for others. Easy to use taxi to get around if necessary. Good to get to Nara via Kintetsu station.

Een fijne huis om nog eens naar terug te keren.

Het huis was ruim en mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De service van de eigenaar is ongekend hij haalde ons vieren op van het station en heeft ons ook weer weggebracht.

Er is niets negatiefs te noemen.

Great experience and far exceed expectation

It was a great experience staying at this place (君の家東寺), especially with the the warm hospitality from the host, Takashi-san. He picked us up from Kyoto station and gave us a tour of the house with detailed introduction. On our check-out day, he even sent us off to Kyoto station at 5.10am. The hospitality has far exceeded our expectation. He was also very responsive when I contacted him prior to the trip. The house was also very well equipped, especially the heating system (floor heating & air conditioning). We never felt cold when staying in the house. The bathroom was equipped with washing machine and laundry drying system. The laundry can be dried over night. The house is located next to Tō-ji Temple, a few stops away from Kyoto Station by bus. I like the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding area. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends visiting Kyoto.

Excelente!

El propietario, con trato exquisito, se ocupa de los traslados al alojamiento con total disponibilidad. La vivienda cuenta con todo lujo de detalles. Ubicada en un barrio muy tranquilo cercano al templo Tōji, con paradas de autobuses muy cerca. Cuenta con un pequeño jardín zen. La vivienda, aunque modernizada,mantiene el espíritu de las casas japonesas antiguas.

Todo. La casa es perfecta, tiene todo lo necesario y mucho más. Estaba muy limpia y las cámaras eran muy cómodas. Takashi fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Muchas gracias!!

A great place to stay in Kyoto

Spacious, clean and everything as advertised, our family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and we had everything we needed and plenty of space. The host, Takashi, picked us and our luggage up (had been forwarded) and provided a tour of the property and all the information we needed. Takashi also dropped us back to the station and luggage forwarding company at the end of our stay including helping us with some translation when things got a little tricky.

Great place with lot of room and a welcoming host. . 20min walk from the main station, 5min by bus. Subway at 10min. Perfect place We will definitely go back here for a next trip

- Located in a very quiet area so it’s perfect for a resting - The owner is extremely friendly and there is a freeKyoto station pick-up and drop-off service. It is very helpful with many luggage - The house is equipped with everything you need. (washing machine / kitchen / slippers / towels)

- It’s a little far from Kyoto station so we have to walk around 15 mins to get there - The restaurant and convenient stores are pretty far

Exceptional

It’s a wonderful place to stay. Heating is sufficient, bathroom, kitchen, living room are all spacious and comfortable. You can do laundry and hang at the bathroom with the dehumidifier inside and use dish washer after cooking. Two toilets are available inside. Overall a very convenient and comfortable place to live, details are well-considered in this house. It requires around 15-20 mins walk to Kyoto station. Buses are available but you need to be aware of the timetables , otherwise won’t save much time actually. It’s a quiet neighborhood, convenience store/supermarket requires around 5-10 minutes walk from here. Takashi san is very friendly and helpful. He helped to keep our luggage after we checked out, really appreciate that.

Takashi-San was a very great host, he was very welcoming and it was extremely nice of him to pick us up and drop us back of at Kyoto Station at the beginning and end of our stay. He clearly cared about us getting the most out of our time in Kyoto. The property was nice and I would look here for my next stay in Kyoto.

Almost good, I visited with my car, coin parking is not expensive than more center area of city.

No food service but many restaurants and some foods shops near by ,no problem. the location is little far from Kyoto station about 20 minute.

Location is at old residence area. there are a lot of mosquitos in September. You should bring some item against mosquitos.

Perfectly clean and beautiful cozy place

The place was amazing and Mr Takashi was a great host. This is the cleanest place I've stayed. Plus, Mr. Takashi went the extra mile and picked me up at the station. I had a lovely stay and if I ever go back to Kyoto this is where I will stay.

It was a great stay in a beautiful little hous in Kyoto.

The location of the apartment was a short walk to the trainstation. The busstation was even closer. It was in a quiet neighbourhood. It was spotless clean and very well and luxury equipt. The beds were very comfortable and the children liked the futons. We had one bathroom, two separate toilets and a separate wash-basin. It was a perfect home for a familie of five. There even was a pick up service from and to the trainstation.

Didn't have breakfast. Location was good. Only a short walk to shops and bus stops. Takashi was an excellent and helpful host. The apartment was top notch.
