The Hotel is perfectly located in the center of Piso Livadi, just next to the port.
It is very easy to access with a bus stop just 3min away. Many buses pass by, so it’s very easy to visit the island as well !
The room was big enough with a very nice balcony and an amazing view.
The pool is also very nice and open all day long.
San Antonio crew was very helpful and nice, we had a really great vacation and recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Paros !

Everything! The manager was so friendly and helpful and met any request I had immediately. My room overlooked the pool and I could see the Mediterranean behind the roof of the Greek Orthodox church just down the path into the tiny village of Piso Livadi. If you haven't been to this lovely, peaceful little fishing village you should put it on your list. It is how Naoussa must have been before it was "discovered" and it became so touristy.
Nothing it was perfect!

the second too we had at the property was lovely . great views, lots of space. The property is in a great location for restaurants etc . The pool was also very good and if never felt particularly busy . Good breakfast.
The first room we had was clean but a tad disappointing . I think it was maybe older than the room we moved to but the lovely guy on reception offered to move us which was very kind of him

In a nice, quiet part of Paros with many restaurants and a small beach close by. The bus stop is a few minutes walk away which you can use to travel to the rest of the island. There is a bakery and a shop only a few minutes walk away. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and sheets. The bed isn’t as hard as over reviews make it out to be. Pool was okay, a good size but could be cleaner.

we loved the staff and the pool facilities, as well as being out of the hustle and bustle. The reception were very helpful with providing information and organizing activities.
The beds were quite firm.

Right in the "center" of Piso Livadi. Bus stop at 1 minute of distance.
Close to mini markets, restaurants, beach. There's a little beach close to the church which is fantastic!
Partial sea view from our patio.
Small-ish room, small bathroom, little kitchen.
Stray cats wandering around in the patio.
Pool was really dirty.
Pricey for what it offers.

A lovely, clean spot very close to the beautiful village and beaches!
The breakfast buffet was very nice.
I had a cute little balcony with a washing line which was a welcome bonus!

The hospitality of Mr. Nickos at the reception desk was exceptional. He went out of his way to accommodate our stay in the best available room at the boutique hotel and to resolve an issue we had though no fault of his own [not ours eiter]. Location is excellent. Closer to the nicest beaches in the island as compared to other towns in Paros. Very quiet location but literally only one minute walk from the commercial center of the little town of Piso Livadi. My daughter and I had an excellent experience staying at San Antonio Summer House. Nickos was extremely professional and accommodating. I would unconditionally recommend any length of stay there
I can not think of anything that could be improved without increasing the price per room per night. Maybe a breakfast with more variety at the egg side.....but I could very well live with hard boiled eggs without a price increase

Panos is a wonderful host and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.
It would probably benefit from having a breakfast made on the premises.

Wonderful attentive staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Clean and well cared for.
Beds are a bit firm. Would have appreciated cups in the room and utensils for the stove top.

Excellent reception service. Safe and clean pool. Location was very good. Internet was very fast and reliable. Interesting village to stay with a reasonable choice of restaurants within the village, I enjoyed the next bay Logaras. Reasonable bus service.
It was rather more basic than I expected however it was a nice surprise to have a balcony. The bed was very firm but this is common in Greece. The hotel description was very optimistic. Poor noise insulation from the room next door.

The friendliness of the host & the wifi really are the only positives about this hotel.
Have never slept in a bed as bad as this one. It feels like you're sleeping on the floor. The superior room is extremely small. The bathroom drainage got stuck which made everything smell like a sewer. The pool really needs to be cleaned, alot of filth and algea inside the pool. They still use the old pictures which are not up to date and they make everything appear much bigger. The poom HAD seaview. This is now blocked by a giant wall.

The property manager was outstanding. He had great recommendation for restaurants and places to visit during our stay. Very friendly and welcoming.
The beds were a little hard and the shower a little small but the location was great.

-the owner was so nice. We was always ready to answer any questions and went the extra mile to make us feel at comfortable
- the hotel is a 100m from a little port town where you can find Cocktail bars and restaurants. Also a beautiful little beach.
I have nothing negative to say

The manager of the hotel is lovely and very helpful. He helped us to charge our electric car when we ran out of electricity, and gave us tips to visit the island. The hotel is really cute and clean. The location is perfect in Piso Livado, next to the small port and restaurants by 2 min walk. Quiet area. The small balcony with lovely pool/sea view to have breakfast was great! Thank you to the manager who made this stay amazing!
The room/bathroom is quite small, tiny shower with curtain. We didn't know that the AC cannot be turned on while the window is open, so we gave up and slept without AC thinking that it is broken (couldn't call the reception at night). Just be aware of that if you don't want to suffer from heat and mosquitos like we did ;) The quality of the breakfast platter (served in the room because of Covid) is a bit disappointing.

The hotel is very peaceful and quiet. Everything is very clean and well organized. The staff is always friendly and the hotel manager does an amazing job! He is so helpful and always tries to make your stay comfortable.

Really pleasant Greek house situated in the center of Porto Livadi, a small fishing village with several restaurants and shops. Room with balcony with pool and sea view. Due to covid restrictions the breakfast was served on the bedroom (flexible hours) and the cleaning services were available everyday (toiletries available). The breakfast was simple but with an assorted of fresh Greek products from one of the island bakeries.
Panos, the host, went above and beyond to ensure that we had an awesome stay. Gave us the best island tips (beaches, hikes and restaurants) and helped us to rent a scooter (checked all the prices and the scooter was delivered at the hotel). On the last day after the checkout the luggage was stored at the hotel and we could enjoy the full day at the swimming pool.
We felt really safe at the hotel, all the measures and needed restrictions were ensured by the staff.
