Fantastic Villa

A large spacious well equipped villa, literally had everything we needed. Clean, well appointed with all the conveniences you may need for the stay. Far enough away from the centre to not be affected by the noise, but close enough for it still to be convenient. The property management team were fantastic, friendly and there to help if needed. The owners were very communicative and friendly.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa Rochelle.

Der Pool war sehr gepflegt . Das Haus ist am Ende einer Sackgasse und gegenüber eines Golfgeländes, daher sehr angenehm ruhige Lage. Der örtlich beauftragte Hausmeister ist sehr gründlich, kompetent, und kooperativ. Das Haus ist im Innenbereich und im Außenbereich gepflegt, modern, und voll ausgestattet . Sehr gut ist, dass alle Fenster mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet sind.

Leider sind alle Fenster ohne Rollläden oder Klappläden, sowie ohne Verdunklungsvorhänge in den 4 Schlafzimmern. Da auch keine Fenstervergitterung vorhanden ist schläft man leider eher bei geschlossenem Fenster.

The villa was very spacious with a few different places to sit outside, good size kitchen space and bedroom sizes, great size pool, kids area was a nice touch with the box of pool toys and floats my children loved.

Absolute 10/10 would recommend

The property was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect and the facilities it offers are to a very high standard. There wasn’t anything that was needed from cups and plates to pots and pans all of high quality brands. The beds were comfortable and bedding was immaculately presented. We were provided with numerous different towels to accommodate all our needs from shower to beach towels. I can’t express how good overall our experience was. Definitely a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone wanting a lovely place to stay for a reasonable price

Viihtyisä, tilava ja hyvin pidetty huvila - golfarille unelmasijainti!

Huvilan sijainti oli loistava golfarille ja huvila oli hyvin varustettu, siisti ja tilava. Osaan golfkentän lähellä sijaitsevista huviloista tuli kentältä palloja, mutta ei tähän - sijainti oli täydellinen senkin osalta. Rauhallinen paikka umpikujan päässä, klubilta muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Golfkierroksen jälkeen oli mukavaa pulahtaa altaaseen ja kattoterassilta saattoi halutessaan seurata pelejä ykkösväylällä. Altaaseen otimme lisämaksusta lämmityksen. Pihalla oli myös grilli, jota käytimme parina iltana. Piha oli muutenkin viihtyisä ja oleskelutiloja löytyi riittävästi. Suihkutilat oli vastikään uusittu, keittiö oli moderni ja kaikki tarvittava varustus löytyi (myös tiskikone ja pyykkikone). Huvilaa huoltanut yritys on ammattimainen ja palvelu oli ystävällistä niin heidän kuin omistajan taholtakin.

Kauppaan/palveluihin tuli matkaa (20-30 min kävely), mutta toisaalta taksilla oli edullista ajaa. Taksin sai huvilalle suht helposti soittamalla (kylältä käsin oli toisinaan hankalaa saada isoa taksia takaisin). Meille etäisyys ei ollut ongelma.

Great villa and pool. Stayed with family and our children, everyone had a great time! Trisha, Tony and Sharen all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to visit! We are already planning our return!

Villa Rochelle

We had a lovely time in villa Rochelle . Nice and quiet place . The beds where comfy, everything you need is there. Good option with heated pool. We didn't use it but its good to know . You can go there any time of the year. We liked the variety of international chanels in tv. The owners where very helpful. We got welcome drinks witch was very nice after long travel. We hope we can go back there soon.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We enjoyed a really lovely family holiday in Villa Rochelle which is a beautiful, spacious and well appointed home from home. The pool was amazing with an adjacent shower. Great attention to detail in the outdoor area with a variety of seating areas to relax, sunbathe, dine or take shade. This was much appreciated by all. The mature planting beautifully enhanced the property and the views from the roof top terrace were lovely. Would highly recommend this Villa to families or larger groups. Thank you to the owners and property manager who were helpful prior to and throughout our stay. We miss Villa Rochelle already!

Exceptional

It was very nice stay, villa is comfortable for 8 people with big pool and nice rooftop. It was clean, WiFi was good, all of us could work at the same time. The area is calm and quiet. Tony was very helpful.

We couldn’t play a bit louder music by the pool even during the day but in the end it wasn’t a big problem.

Owners and managers were spot on and professional

Paradise :):)we came to Fuerteventura at first stayed in a hotel b&b , because we like freedom .Lockdown was announced so we stayed another 3 weeks . We rented apartments week (2) :( we rented a townhouse up in chipmunk mountain week (3) it was beautiful with its own hot tub with amazing views !! We then booked Steve and Trishas villa .... TALK ABOUT BEST TILL LAST ... honestly never thought we could get any more relaxing it was BEAUTIFUL.... im a stickler for detail I was so impressed that every bit of furniture was beautiful quality and totally matched it was spotlessly clean ,modern huge and airy massive living area , beds comfy bathrooms huge ..... it is so quiet pool amazing and bbq sun terrace we loved it as you know we traveled in the middle of a pandemic but let me assure you everything is put in place by the owners and Tony and Shaz managers are totally professional. Leave your worry’s at home then come find and ground yourself at VILLA ROCHELLE

LEAVING !!!! I’m telling you there is nothing negative to say about our stay it was absolutely relaxing . We had our elderly mother with us on our 4 week tour and she loved everything even the swimming pool .. She’s 73 and nearly swum , when we come back , we are coming back as an 8 family ... Awesome holiday
