A nice, relaxing, quiet place to stay.

Close to trails.

Men working outside. Had to pay for parking after being told parking was included.

Perfect place to unwind in blackcomb and near whistler

The apartment is walking distance to blackcomb gondola and the village. It has a private swimming pool, sauna and gym. The place is pet friendly which allowed us to bring our dog cooper while touring around whistler and blackcomb.

The kitchen sink was clogged so needed to use the dishwasher. The firealarm battery was low so it alarmed in the middle of the night.

Would never book this again.

I was deeply disappointed during my stay. Upon inspection, I noticed a sizable hole in the window caused by the air conditioning unit taped and not properly sealed. This resulted in cold air seeping into the bedroom from outside. The kitchenware, including pots, appeared scratched, old, and heavily used. The oven was dirty, and the kitchen hood was non-functional. Unlike other guests, we were not provided with pool towels. Given my extensive travel experience, I had higher expectations for the price.

It was a great stay

The unit is clean and there are stocks with coffee, creamer and cooking spices in there

There are few things 1. When I booked the unit, it said it was a king bed but actually it was a queen bed. Luckily there was sofa bed so I could use it. 2. It said the unit has ac, but its a portable and master bedroom only. However it’s loud when it turned on 3. The bathroom faucet ran slow and we just used the one in the bedroom side. I let the manager knew.

We didn’t let this impact our vacay!

Unit included essentials in kitchen. Extra pull out in the bedroom.

No king bed as per advertisement. Window AC in bedroom, not substantial for cooling Living room and kitchen. Booked three nights with three women and got two tiny bars of soap, 2.5 small rolls of TP and 3 facecloths. Called for more of these supplies and was questioned via two different phone calls. Did we look,, the owner said there was sufficient T.P. Finally said to the property manager staff that I understood it was not his problem and I would purchase it myself. Poor customer service! For this reason I would not rent this unit again. Then I receive a message saying don’t leave a bad review after all of this! The message explained a 7 was not good enough and poor ratings hurt them. Well then step up and improve your customer service. Dust bunnies in corners, bedding not folded, just dumped in closet. Towels piled under sinks with little organization. Attention to details is lacking. The TV is a bundle of cords and challenging to have it work properly. The pool needed cleaning first day and was better 2nd day.

Getting in was an enduring headache

The apartment itself was fine once you actually got in

Access was with a code. The bus from Vancouver took us all the way to the door of Marquis, up past Blackcomb upper village, charging extra for the favour. We rang the front desk to get the code but they insisted we present ourselves there at the desk all the way back in the village, without explaining why. They wanted a deposit, which could easily have been organised well in advance. Also the front desk was hard to find. So two extra bus trips and we had to leave luggage in an exposed place for a long time. All unnecessary and quite unusual, such a lack of trust. And then when we got back to the apartment the code did not work.

Great location with access to the essentials

Great location with good access to ski in/out access. Short walk to the village with a variety of dining options. The particular residence was comfortable and had ample kitchen supplies.

Short Visit To Whister

The unit was updated and nice. Didn't use the common areas but the hallways were nicer than a lot of condos in Whistler. It is walkable to the Village but a bit of a hike. Area is very quiet though. Unit is perfect for 2 people. Liked the layout.

Did not like that paperwork had to be picked up at Deer Lodge and they wouldn't release it before 4:00. So we had to drive back...don't know why they can't give info if we promise not to go in before 4:00. Whistler is a pain to drive around so going to Main St more than once is not fun. Had to return parking pass to Deer Lodge as well at end of stay.

it was very HOT

the location was pretty good, within walking distance to most things.

No A/C, it was very hot and hard to sleep. It would have been nice to have a dimmer switch for some of the lights, a map to show where to drop off the garbage at the end of the stay would have been nice. My truck is too tall for the underground, we found street parking, but if that was not an option, it would have been nice to get a voucher for alternative parking lots.

it was nice but it could’ve been smoother

there was a pool, hot tub, and sauna, that was nice

we had to check in very late around 4 pm and we had to get the keys from the check in place. we felt that it was pointless since it was just a code. we were also very confused when we were trying to get in the hotel since a few numbers were unclear and we were not able to get in.

Great location, would benefit from a deep clean and fresh pillows.

Location was excellent.

No balcony. Very hot, no AC and no fan. Dirty walls, tiles and appliances. foul smelling pillows. Would be great with a thorough cleaning.

Most of details were in the document handed over at check-in and some of the instructions were not very clear like Parking it took us some time to figure out where to park the car.
