The view
This was the worst vacation we have ever had as a family! Definitely will not recommend this place! We wasted almost $3,000 for nothing! Thanks! Wait times for Elevators, out of order elevators, no assistance for handicap with the elevator issues. Condo floors were dirty, king size bed frame broke as soon as we laid down the first night and we had to sleep on the floor & in chairs for the first two nights. The bathroom in the king room smelt really bad. The pools were dirty. They had blood gauze, lots of hair, foam, food and bodily fluids in them for 2 days straight. HOA was contacted & spoken to in person. The steps going into the Hot tub on Saturday were extremely slippery compared to previous days causing me to slip and fall stepping into the hot tub around maybe 9:30am. You can go back and view the cameras. I step on the first step and slid hitting my back on the concrete sidewalk and 2 steps. I am in so much pain and can barely walk. My insurance will not pay out of state so I am having to get back home before being checked out. The parking garage is a nightmare. We came in at 2:30am and my son parked in a loading zone parking space because my husband and I took the last parking spot on 5th floor. When my son spoke with security they were very rude and unprofessional. Even stated he could have parked at Marco pizza across the road. Why just he have to do that when he paid for parking? Upon leaving we waited over an hour with a handicap family member for an elevator. I called HOA twice to ask for help because I thought our love one was going to have a heat stroke or heart attack waiting. My husband and son ended taking carts/buggies down the stairways to 2nd floor to load cars while the rest waited for an elevator! He contacting HOA also. Multiple times employees were so rude!

So beautiful and everything was clean and nice

Great location! The property was on the 3rd floor which made it easier to go to the beach. There were elevators but it was very busy and many times one or two elevators were not in service. Being on such a low level made it easier to just hit the stairs. The balcony provides a stunning view of the beach and the heavy storm sliding doors kept the sounds of the crashing waves out when closed.
Elevators not in service and places that were advertised to be open were out of business. Smoking area that we were told we could use were not allowed by different security personal.

Slow elevators and floors were dirty, we did call about floors and they did come and clean, carpet and tile.outside pool was to cold, understand it is October but temp was mid to high 80’s, someone said it was due to renovations.

The elevators were so slow ☹️

Condo was good. Comfortable beds. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms. Beautiful view. Walking distance to pier park restaurants.
Unit can sleep 8 but our family of 4 average adults found the “living space” extremely tight. The Kitchen was small and could only maneuver 1 person at a time. (Could not get by Open fridge or dishwasher) Tough to make drinks and meal at same time. Can’t imagine 8 people in this unit. Elevator on our end of complex was inoperable leading to long wait time for load in at main elevators. Just a ton of units which makes for a very crowded beach. Also was not told about the $32 resort fee we had to pay upon arrival for parking and wristbands. 😒
