Welcome to Avalon I & III, an AvantStay home! This home was featured on the Emmy award-winning TV show, Staycation!
Our open floorplan is great for entertaining. We hope you’re a fan of dinner parties! Head out to the deck to fire up a feast. If you’re feeling adventurous, Spruce Street Suspension Bridge and its killer views are only a 10-minute drive.
Nearby Attractions: Balboa Park, Seaport Village, San Diego Zoo, Spanish Village Art Center, Little Italy (Italian anyone?), San Diego Seaworld, Gaslamp Quarters (dining/shopping), Waterfront Park, Mission Brewery, Omnia Nightclub, The Morning After (breakfast), Lucha Libre Taco Shop, Biga (Italian), Coronado Golf Course, La Jolla Cove (30 min drive).

Home Truths:
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note, we do not allow shipping or deliveries of parcels to any of our properties since we do not have access to mailboxes, and cannot guarantee delivery, receipt, or protection of your items at the property.
- Any amplified sound that can be heard within 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours.
- There may be partial obstruction of your view from neighbors' trees.
- Driveway may be difficult for low-graded vehicles to park. There is limited street parking in the area.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We came to San Diego when our son graduated from MCRD. We were a party of 5 - parents, grandma, sister and girlfriend of the new marine - each needed or wanting their own sleeping space. The house fit our sleeping needs and was close to MCRD. We did not walk to the Depot, but drove for family day and graduation. The home was conveniently located and clean. The view from the deck was lovely. We spent very little time in the home, but would certainly recommend!

Fun but quiet location and spaces were huge and comfy. Loved the welcome snacks as well. Overall super clean and good communicating hosts as well! We will definitely be back.

We had a great time celebrating with friends! The home was super cute, clean and great location! The Kitchen was packed with everything you need to cook, plus we loved the thoughtfulness of having complimentary snacks there when we arrived! I would definitely book this cute home again!

I was disappointed to find the cleanliness was not what was described. There were hair and bread crumbs on the floor. My sister's bed had stain on the sheets. She used a blanket to sleep on instead. One of the toilet had stains

Really enjoyed here. It was the perfect location. The concierge service is awesome and answered all my questions when asked.

This property was perfect for me and my girlfriends. Everything was clean and there were plenty of supplies for us. The location was pretty quiet as well, which was really nice. It's also so close to Coronado in downtown San Diego, we never had to Uber more than 15 minutes anywhere. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and I really appreciate property management and their flexibility and accommodation. I would definitely stay here again!!

Location location location
From this amazing condo everything you need or want to do is within 15 minutes by car! You quickly feel like at home since you have everything you need for a great weekend or week. Soap to wash your clothes, recipe books if you want to cook with a great selection of spices! Beds are comfy lots of towels including ones to go to the beach with chairs and parasol…. BBQ and fire pit also available on the patio. Everything you need is there. You need to know the airport is very close thus can be noisy when you are sitting outside but we enjoy being there on the 4th of July and having a great view on the fourth spots of the San Diego fireworks

Perfect location. Close to airport and convention center. Clean and well equipped with all the amenities you need. Only negative thing was internet. As we were on business and needed this, it was non existent at times and even when active, it would cut out. In todays day and age, this should not be an issue

Our stay was great! We had two units of the duplex (up & downstairs). The check in process and communication with the hosts was quick & simple. There are two car parking spots if you get both units. In addition, you can't beat the view!

Had the pleasure of staying at this place and it didn’t disappoint. The checkin was easy, the place is gorgeous, and the location is awesome. Looking forward to coming back.

Great modern rental property. 4 bed, 4 bath was a great luxury and 2 kitchens was also a plus. Having 2 dedicated parking spaces also was nice as well. Location was great, views were nice at night and the back deck with a gas-powered fire-pit was a great addition. Not sure if it was just because this seems to be a newly added rental property but the booking process was a bit much. Background check, face and license identification, listing the names and ages of the guests. Also, my "rep" texting me late at night on west coast time when they clearly saw on all the forms I had to fill out that I was East Coast was equally frustrating. We also didn't get the welcome emails 3-days prior so once we landed I had to harangue the main line agent for entry code . My "text rep" was little to no help which was frustrating. Even given all that, would definitely rent again.
