Great location for the area. Close to all the mountain-area attractions whether it be skiing or hiking. Fantastic view of the trails at Hunter Mt. Ski Resort. Convenient to get "down off the mountain" and get to more commercial areas. With the mountain resort communities of Hunter, Windham, Tannersville and Haines Falls all within a short drive, there is plenty to see and do, particularly if outdoor activities are what you're looking for. This townhome is spacious, comfortable and equipped with multiple decks to help you get engaged with nature. Good home base for your activities in the area.

This is my second time at this house, what I like most is location, close to many natural places I love.

NO A/C. The house smells of old cigarettes and just old. The kitchen needs serious updating, the pans are rusty or very used, the fridge did not want to close, contacted the property owner, he said he would be by the next day, Monday or Thursday!!! Which we didn't see any reminiscence of anyone. We threw out some of our food as water kept building up in the fruit/vegie and meat drawers and in our food. The freezer wouldn't freeze at first. The stove wasn't getting the pans hot enough, it took a while to get the food cooked. It wasn't enough wash cloths, the toilet was leaking, bugs all over the place, the screen to the patio door are torn and one of the doors fell off. And it SMELLS!!! They really need to list NO A/C on the description. This was just horrible!!!

Loved this property. They thought of everything. House is stocked with everything you need. Was clean upon arrival. The view of the mountains from the bedroom and living room is spectacular! Highly recommend!

This was a nice place to stay, all as advertised in the listing. Close to town and lots of local trails for hiking. Any questions I had about the rental were quickly answered with a phone call or email, which was very helpful.

We planned to spend a quite few days with friends. Unfortunately they weren't able to join us but we had a very relaxing time in a condo that would have more than easily housed a much larger crowd. The open layout on the first floor was great with a large dining room table and stools at the kitchen counter. The pool was very near to the unit and it was a quite location. We enjoyed the cool evenings sitting outside on the balcony. It was conveniently located between Hunter and Tannersville. The host was great about providing clear instructions for check in and the unit had plenty of movies and each bedroom had a nice large TVs and a very large TV in the living room. It was an exceptionally warm week and the whole house fan cooled off the bedrooms much better than expected.

Dirty towels and underwear found in linen closet upstairs, visible debris on the carpets all over, clearly not swept, toilet brush in upstairs bathroom fully soiled with feces and toilet paper.

This rental needs a thorough cleaning, and when we opened the pull out bed in the living room I waa disgustes and I wouldnt have let a dog sleep on there. There was old water bottles and dirty disposable gloves on thw upper balcony (which I picked up and threw away, disgusting) THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE DEEP CLEANED!!! The walls and floors were filthy and the carpets clearly were not vacuumed. Aside from how dirty it was, the ad should specify that there is only two floors, not three as the pictures would have you believe. The back door entrance that we used with stairs and the side patio are not advertised and/or explained properly on VRBO. Overall it felt deceiving and we shared the property/unit with another family downstairs. This was a little awkward, to say the least. Lastly, the BBQ did not work upon arrival, so I had to go out and buy charcoal and use an old moldy charcoal grill. Was less than thrilled. We will not be returning! Sorry for the not to so great review - I recco hiring a new cleaning company.

Our large group had a great time at this rental! It's location is really the best part, just minutes to downtown Hunter with beautiful views of the mountains. The rooms were spacious enough for our large group and we spent a lot of time lounging on the big cozy couch in the living room. It's definitely rustic, so if you are looking for spotless and updated, this may not be the place for you. It did get a bit warm inside also without air conditioning, but being near the mountains, the air cools in the evening and you just have to be strategic with the fans and windows. Overall I would stay again, maybe next time in the fall!

Place was great. We are familiar with area so went for mountain biking and outdoor activities. We are not picky so we were fine with the accommodations. The place was great however the bathrooms were not clean. The floors and showers were not cleaned well. The downstairs shower curtain was moldy and dirty. The sink faucet in the upstairs bathroom did not work. The tub fills up with water when you shower so your standing in a lot of water. We cleaned the bathrooms best we could. If these items are fixed we would totally stay here again! Thanks very much!

My family just spent a fall-foliage weekend at Ron and Iris's townhouse, and we couldn't have been happier with the place. It's large and nicely laid out, with a living room with fireplace and kitchen with all you need on the first floor, and three bedrooms upstairs. Beds are comfy, living room is a nice, cozy chill zone, and the views of Hunter mountain are to die for. We got lucky and caught peak foliage, too. Ron was also very helpful with questions I had regarding check-in process, which was as easy as could be.

Everything as expected. Have stayed with Iris and Ron previously. Beautiful view. Excellent choice for ski or other vacation.
