Visiting Austin? Stay at Jake's Kalahari in Round Rock. Beautiful brand new, never lived in 3 bedroom, 2 full baths home- super cozy, relaxing and clean. Walking distance to Round Rock Express Dell Diamond, only minutes from Kalahari Resorts, DT Round Rock & about 30 min to Austin, shopping (Domain is a MUST!), festivals such as SXSW and ACL and lots of dining.25 Min drive to Two Step Inn. Take a drive to Lake Travis and have some fun in the water- only a 40min drive! Or visit Magnolia Market in Waco from Fixer upper- 1:20 mins away.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The property was beautifully maintained and the location was perfect for our needs. The house itself was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive, making the booking process and check-in very easy. We would definitely recommend this VRBO house.

Normally we stay at the Kalahari Hotel and I usually select some pretty nice rooms; however, our stay at Jakes Kalahari surpassed anything we had previously experienced in Round Rock. The entire experience from booking, to directions to home, keyless entry and easy of checking out was amazing! The home was in immaculate condition and layout perfectly. The kitchen had everything anyone could possibly use. The three bedrooms were very cleaned and with every amenity one could think off during a vacation. The gated community was what we are used to because of its safety and quiet surrounds. We love walking and running at Old Settlers Park and the home's proximity to this spectacular park is less than 4 minutes away. There is an access gate on the back of the community that gives you access to a walking/running trail to the park. However, I believe what we loved best from our stay at Jake's was how relaxing and comfortable we felt. It was so refreshing to not have to do the normal hotel check in and out. This is were we will be staying every time we go to Round Rock. The home is close to anything you could possibly need in Round Rock. We loved the experience but loved how Laila and Anderw were there behind the scences in case we needed anything. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back soon! This property went above and beyond expectations. Bedrooms were very spacious with very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Throughly enjoyed Jake’s Kalahari home. The home is in a great neighborhood with a variety of good food choices very close. Kalahari is closer than we expected and we appreciated that after each day of fun. Home was very comfortable, super clean and nicely decorated. Loved the gameroom and the backyard. The hosts were awesome. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

This house has everything we needed for a baseball weekend in RoundRock. The kids loved the game room and pool across the street. Super close to the fields we had tournaments at. Great location!

We visit family in the Georgetown/Hutto part of TX! It was a great place to gather, visit, and enjoy a homey feel. Would stay there again. Easy access to Dell Fiamond baseball and area attractions. Hosts were extremely cooperative. ❤️

Jake's Kalahari is a beautiful property conveniently located on the North side of Austin. It was very clean and bright. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts are kind and responsive. We only wished the community pool would have been opened while we were there--we missed it by a week :)

I booked our stay here for myself, my husband, our 3 kids (ages 4, 8 and 10) plus our goldendoodle! It was the perfect spot with having kids! It's across from Kalahari resort in a beautiful, subdivision! Hat Creek restaurant is walking distance which we did one night and they have a very fun playground for kids! This home made me feel comfortable away from home! I loved how every detail we needed to feel at home was provided. I especially picked it because of the gameroom in the garage and my kods loved it! That helped entertain them when we finished our outside sight seeing or while cooking! The decor is so modern, we loved that! Our dog did well in their backyard, it's small, but big enough for hanging out as we roasted smores on their grill, grilled steaks and allowed the dog to hang out a bit. Old Settlers Park is close by and they had blueblonnets, so we picked it to fly our kites and let the dog run free! Also we went to a cool All abilities park and our kids rode their scooters! We were close to many stores and restaurants and that made it convenient with kids! The host was very quick to reply and friendly! We will return and have already recommended friends! 👌

We utilized the house to catch the Karbach Classic @ Dell Diamond. Our beloved LSU Tigers were playing in the tournament. It was a short walk to the stadium from the house, we used the trail that goes around Old Settlers Park. My wife and I are runners so the trail really was an added bonus! Local restaurants were great and we really had a good trip!

The gorgeous three bedroom home was ideal for our family trip to Round Rock for a college soccer tournament. Beautiful decor in a clean, comfortable setting!

This VRBO was nicely decorated- Texas style. They provided all of the amenities of home. We came to Round Rock for a nearby wedding. I was glad they had an iron, blow dryer, and keurig. It was clean yet comfortable. We had fun playing ping pong. I would highly recommend this to others.

This home exceeded my expectations! We rented this property because we wanted to take our family to the Kalahari resort. The resort did not allow pets, so we decided on this home. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The home was beautiful, clean, cozy, and the yard was perfect for our small dogs. Right across the street was the community pool, and across the highway was the resort. We made some great memories in this home, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to rent in this area!

House was clean, comfortable, convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and activities, and the perfect place for our girls' getaway. Laila was a great host and easy to communicate with. We loved that we were able to see the fireworks at Dell Diamond from the front yard. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great experience overall. The check in process was a breeze. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is nice and worked for our purposes. The game room in the garage was a hit with the kids and adults. With grocery stores also close overall had a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jake’s Kalahari! The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the game room where we spent lots of time playing ping pong! The home was conveniently located to the baseball fields, Dell Diamond, Kalahari and many restaurants. Laila and Andrew were very easy to reach during our stay. If we had any questions they were very quick to respond. We definitely recommend Jake’s Kalahari and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well maintained. The area is nice and not too busy as I was afraid it would be since it's close to Kalahari. Very quiet surroundings overall. Laila was very responsive when I had questions, even when she herself was on vacation. We will definitely rent from Laila again if in the area!
