Ideaal! Aanrader!

Fantastic location, nice walk into town.

Location, front bedroom.
Bidet leaking foul water. Rear bedroom overlooks warehouse lighting all night. No salt and pepper. No coat hanging hooks. Bad directions from sat nav could be better informed by saying " between BP and car showroom"

Location was unique and view from terrace special. Apartment was a decent size and provided all the necessaries. I would stay here again.
I didn't find it that easy getting into the garden area, but once there, access to the Paseo was great and provided a lovely 15 min walk into town.

Great view
Pool was quiet and a good size
Sea was close by
Apart from issues below the apartment was nice
Bedroom French windows wouldn’t close so we had to leave it open all week with shutters down for security.
Poor soundproofing with noisy neighbours scraping chairs on floors, slamming doors, crying babies etc
Electronics didn’t all work - tumbledrier, coffee machine (until we de scaled it), to could not connect to Wi-Fi for Netflix etc
Pillows were shocking and bed sheets didn’t fit the bed properly
Blocked bath and shower drain
No real decent beaches close by, ended up driving to better areas. Local beaches covered in stones and seaweed.
20mins walk to old town

Well, I have to say this accommodation was great surprise. I have expected it worse, with rating 8,3 (in the time of my booking). The apartment is really spacious And full of daily light coming feom two big floor-to-ceiling windows in living room and one of the two bed rooms. On the other hand, if you prefer to sleep in darkness, there are also sunblinds.
Big plus is really amazing garden, from which you can enter the coaster promenade and walk to the public beach (3 mins) or centre of Estepona (10 mins).
And really nice surprise for me and my family was the swimming pool. Frankly speaking, I did not expect it so huge. It has approximately 5 meters radius, the maximum depth is 2 meters and minimum 1 meter (not counting stairs). So you can nicely plavat and small kids can enjoy it too.
Some reviews say that there is a noice coming from the supermarket warehouse every morning. Well it is the truth, one of bedrooms has windows in this direction, but if you close the blinds, you can barely hear that.

A wonderful garden with a very nice pool, spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment with a big terrace and a great view. Wide, underground garage. Quiet neighborhood. A really great place to relax :)
The towels were quite old, the mattress in one bedroom was upside down for some reason, some of the light bulbs didn't work (for example no main light in one bedroom)- for the price they could have taken better care of quite simple things.

Great views and fantastic location. Spacious. On site secure parking. South West facing with beautiful sunsets. Walkable to town in 10 minutes. Next to a huge, well-stocked supermarket. Lovely local bar and restaurant nearby.
Poor soundproofing from upstairs apartment - owners there were unpleasant, complaining and deliberately making noise. They shouted & screamed at us when we had a bbq. They didn’t like “renters”.
No smoke or co2 detectors and railings missing from (first floor) balcony.
Unable to leave complex without physical keys. We were concerned about how we could exit in an emergency.
Difficult to contact & speak to owners.

Very nice location, just on the beach. The pool and the garden is very nice, it looks lile somebody take care of it. The flat was spacious and very clean. Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped (washmashine, dishmachine, owen, microwave oven etc...). There is a garage too, I really appreciated the easy parking
The speed of the wifi was terrible, I could not upload any photos during my stay. The download speed was ~5-10 Mbit/s, but the upload was only half meg.
We had almost every day power outage on the flat. One time during the night (we didnt used any high power needed devices), the other one during the day, while we were away
