Summary:
Mountain Bike Manor is situated on a large private site in Springfield, just a short bike ride from the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest. The house has sprawling, beautiful gardens which offer a peaceful place to watch native birds. Great gas central heating system and large living areas. Enjoy a BBQ or relax in the spa pool at the end of a big day on the trails. Pet Friendly & Fully Fenced (Charges Apply).

The Space:
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed with Claytons ensuite (access from hallway also)
Bedroom Three: Single Bed
Bedroom Four: Queen Bed

Spa Pool in the court yard which is accessed from the dining room / kitchen area.

Guest Access:
You will have the whole house to yourself :-)

The Neighborhood:
Mountain Bike Manor is situated in a lovely residential neighbourhood with other high quality home surrounding it. There are a number of beautiful walks just a short walk from the house including the Rotorua Tree Trust and of course the Redwoods Forest.

Just what we needed for our group of extended family, aged between 12 and 80+. Lots of room, lots of seating, well equipped and comfortably furnished, lovely garden and all in all a great place to stay. Reasonably convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood with good facilities nearby.

The house was in a great location, warm and cosy and had plenty of space for two families. The kids and adults all loved the spa and table tennis!

Our family loved this place, its iconic 70s design with lots of space, and great sized rooms, would highly recommend. Lots of parking, private, quiet, cosy, warm and lots to do for all ages.

Had a wonderful 2 day stay. The house ( beautifully laid out and appointed ), superb location, the gorgeous garden........ The cliche of a 'home away from home' perfectly sums up this wonderful property. We will be back to enjoy it again in the Winter months when it will be even cosier and more welcoming. Highly recommended.

This spacious and comfortable home was in a great location near lovely walks, biking tracks and town. The gorgeous gardens surrounding the home were in full bloom. We all enjoyed the spa pool and wifi too.

I stayed for 3 days in this beautiful holiday house with my family. (3 people + 1 puppy) Great location, hassle free check in/out, gorgeous backyard (garden) and cool hot tub! The house is fully fenced but as my puppy is too small so I couldn’t let him alone outside. Apart from that, everything was perfect:)

Perfect size for our family of five adults and a dog.Lovely atmosphere. Attractions easily accessible. Would have stayed longer if we could have. Will definitely visit again.

It was a group of four sisters, with unfortunately one not being able to join us due to damage to house in cyclone Gabrielle. The property was well maintained and spacious both inside and out. Basic supplies of tea, coffee etc were plentiful, and two towels for each person a treat.

For those biking the Redwoods Forest, it's about a km bike away. House is comfortable, no issues, lovely grounds. Would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect setup, homely and lived in, good feel, needed instructions for oven and couldn't unlock the mountain bikes, which was disappointing as we wanted to use them, but would definitely stay again

The property was exactly as it stated. We thought we would use the games room more but in the end got back from darts way to late. The spa was awesome. A really great place to stay at.

Great stay, the house was very warm with large showers and an absolutely amazing garden, the spa was very nice to hop into after a good day out exploring. Would love to stay again.

Warm and spacious. More than enough space for 6 adults. Central heating, plenty of linen, spa was wonderful. Only down side was the kitchen cutlery and plates and glasses etc. But then who is complaining.

It was lovely to arrive at the house to find the outside lights and heating on for us. The location to the MTB tracks was awesome. Spa pool was lovely after a ride or walk. Table tennis table was loads of fun for everyone. The gardens are beautiful and would love to see them in the spring. We had an excellent time and would happily book again.

Absolute amazing place. House is HUGE!!!! The kids loved playing hide and seek. Feels like its rural but in reality its not. Having a spa in the rain was epic while listening to the possums chase each other.Down side.....WIFI was a bit of a hit and miss so used alot of our data. Door knobs fell off a few doors on the first night so we had to fix them ourselves, TV desperately needs to be mounted up on the wall away from little fingers, toilet seats need fixing and overall housekeeping needs to be a tad better....we are wondering how long the dead spider had been in the hallway for as it seems it had been there for awhile.Please be aware that we are not downing the place at all we would definitely stay again, feedback is always needed in any situation and considering we did pay alot of money for the 10 days we stayed we felt you needed to know our thoughts on your lovely home xx

Excellent communication and service from the property manager. The home is well appointed, has a great kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. The children loved the table tennis and fusball. Plenty of hotel grade linen. Lovely garden. Thanks for a great stay.
