Muy buena experiencia

Hemos estado muy agusto en el apartamento. Bien equipado, la cama comoda, buena ubicación (cerca de la playa y con ambiente) y el conserje Paco, el mejor. Muy agradable y nos dio buenos consejos de sitios a donde ir. El dueño atento y disponible para cualquier duda o indicación.

La habitación tiene doble ventana y muy bien, pero en caso de dormir en el sofa cama se escuchaba un poco el jaleo del bar de abajo de madrugada.

Magnífica estancia

El apartamento está recién reformado , muy cómodo y limpio . Está perfectamente insonorizado ya que está en la zona de ocio

Quizás el menaje de cocina es un poco excaso . Pero tiene lo necesario para una estancia vacacional

Excellent apartment all that is needed is a new mattress.

Location was excellent - facilities top notch - excellent hair dryer - washing machine ( we didn’t use ) but we could have had we needed too - ironing board & Iron. Everything you need for a lovely stay. We had no problems so we didn’t need to contact the Janitor Paco - but he always always very nice and pleasant 😊

The only disappointing thing was the bed - I had read a previous review stating the same thing the right hand side of the bed wasn’t comfortable- myself and my husband took turns on which side of the bed we slept on.

Apartamento coqueto, ubicado en la llamada zona de los ingleses. Cerca de la playa y de la zona de tiendas y bares. Paco, el conserje encantador. Aparcamiento privado. Hermosa terraza. El doble acristalamiento evitaba los ruidos de la calle. La ducha con un chorro estupendo. Ideal para parejas.

Excasa cubertería, los cuchillos no cortaban nada. El colchón necesitaría un cambio, una de las partes, se nota hundida

What a great place to stay, we met the owner on arrival he handed us the keys and gave us a quick tour of the apartment which was very nice, it's literally a 2-minute walk to all the main bars the apartment was nice and clean with a private pool overall it was a great stay, I would recommend 1 extra mirror in the living room or bedroom as when there is somebody using the bathroom that's where the mirror is, but overall a 9.5 / 10

Strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. Problem solved when workmen with big truck cleaned out blocked drains in courtyard below.

Another enjoyable stay

The location is excellent, just 1 street away from the main entertainment but far enough away not to hear all the noise at night. We were there for a month so the fact that you have Netflix on the TV is a big bonus. You can't go out every evening when you are there for that long

The balcony can get a bit noisy during the day with all the passing traffic

Best ever stay in benidorm

This apartment I couldn't praise enough as a couple both me and my husband loved it the staff and communication was nothing I've ever seen before never have I been messaged midweek take sure everything was ok... this was brilliant the cleanliness the space the modern touch location everything just perfect my favourite stay ever in benidorm and I go yearly x

There was nothing I didn't like apart from the day it came to go home I was gutted to be leaving can't wait to be back

Great location and all you need for a pleasant stay

Perfect location if you want to hang out at Levante Beach, only 3 blocks from the beach, one block from popular night clubs so it's very convenient. Apartment is small but it has basically everything you need (except an oven). Balcony is also really good. I've read some comments about the noise but once we closed the doors and turn on the AC we couldn't hear anything. Having parking is also a great bonus.

Mattress on one side of the bed was good but the other was a bit sag so depending on which side of the bed you sleep it can be a bit uncomfortable.

lovely apartment in an excellent location and host was very accommodating.

Jose’ met us at 1am to allow entry, apartment was absolutely spotless was fresh water/milk due to late/early arrival, apartment has everything needed, plenty clean towels, lovely balcony and pool, clean comfortable bed, air conditioned, Netflix, Jose’ is an excellent host and went out his way to help with storing luggage after check out till time for our flight also. Janitor is around also who is also very nice if any issues although we didn’t have any, I would highly recommend and hope to return as excellent location for main strip and old town also. My sister and I really enjoy our time in the apartment.

Perfect little apartment in a great location for everything!

The owner was really helpful from asking about getting into the property before I came right up to the day I left. The property was very clean and tidy. Attention to detail with towel quality to adequate bedding and comfy bed and pillows. The location is just perfect for the strip, beach and not that far to the old town either if you take a nice stroll down the promenade.

Not the owners fault but it can be noisy with the bar below being open till daylight and the nightclub round the corner, however it's so close to the strip you have to take the compromise! Only fault really was that there was no full length mirror for us ladies haha although I have brought this to the lovely owners attention.
