Mi hotel favorito lo elijo siempre

Las piscinas y las actividades que tienen entretenidos a los niños jóvenes y adultos 👌 El personal de monitores espectaculares todos maravillosos en cocina también son muy atentos les pedí por favor que me ayudarán con la comida de mi bebé no se negaron en seguida muchas gracias 👌🙏

Solo un poco la habitación en general solo eso lo demás no tengo que decir nada negativo

Basic not worth the money.

Breakfast was good.

The room was basic, loose sockets. Aircon was poor did not cool the room at all. The rooms smelt of smoke and that didn’t go away no matter how long the doors were open.

Si vas a descansar, este no es tu hotel

Lo que más me gustó es la animación infantil. Los monitores son de 10. Super atentos en entretener a los peques y muy agradables con ellos. Las piscinas es otro punto a favor, hay 3 y la del lago la mejor. La comida pasable, repiten mucho y variedad hay poca.

A lo que le doy puntos muy negativos es a la habitacion, nos la dieron sin balcon lo que conlleva a tener las toallas y bañadores continuamente mojados por que simplemente habia un tendedero super pequeño en el baño donde no se seca la ropa. Lo de descansar en este hotel dalo por por perdido. Los ruidos por la noche son continuos y por la mañana bien pronto tambien con los carros de la limpieza. Si quieres relajarte en la piscina dalo por imposible, ponen la musica tan alta para las actividades que no hay manera de descansar

Piscina muy bien, la limpieza deja mucho que desear...

Me encantó la comida en general, la piscina era muy chula y la cercanía con la playa.

En cuanto a la habitacion olia a rancio, se supone que la limpiaron antes pero olia mal, ademas encontré telarañas, el mando de la tele ponia desinfectado y estaba asqueroso, solo lo pusieron una bolsita con la etiqueta desinfectado, ademas que las sabanas estaban rotas. Otra cosa que no me gustó pero si habia leido de otros huespedes, era los platos de las comidas,muy sucios, se sentía caliente el plato pero aun tenia pegado restos de comida, muy asqueroso, en estos tiempos creo que deberian mejorar la limpieza.

Ideal location, very clean , needs updated and staff retrained

The pool , location, complimentary drink for birthday

Lack of information on checkin , Complaints of broken draws and loose flooring on balcony and awful smell of stale smoke in room not addressed at all. Very busy dining room. having to return to reception to pay for safe when it wasn’t mentioned in checkin. Having to book an early breakfast the night before only to be turned away at the time arranged as staff not ready.

Lovely and pleasant hotel

The location was superb, and the pool was amazing. We lived the night time entertainment. We had the privilege to be able to watch it from the comfort of our balcony too. All the staff were so lovely. And the older gentleman that did the aqua aerobics on a morning, he was a hoot.

I didn't think the room was cleaned to a high standard. My dirty glass from the night before was still next to my bed. I was in the room once when the floor was mopped and the maid literally just ran the dirty mop and dust around the floor from one side to the other but to be fair , I think if they were allowed more time to clean each room then it would of been to a more satisfactory level. So the maids arnt to blame and they were very pleasant also.

The bed was so terrible we had to ask for it to be changed . The food was awful and we could not get breakfast in the room or pool towels

I visit Benidorm on a regular basis, I have stayed at this hotel before, and I would stay again.

Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was fab, well worth getting up for, I would say that lunch and dinner were ok, but nothing special, having said that, you could probably find something to suit everyone on some level

Check out was a nightmare, probably due to the fact that it was a bank holiday weekend, massive queues, felt so sorry for the staff, they were inundated.

Hotel needs to up its checkin procedures it’s very antiquated and food needs a big improvement.

the check in time was far too long. we even checked in online but on arriving at the hotel this queue moved no quicker than the one of people who had not checked in online. we had a half board option, having stayed here last year the quality of food was not so good. Quality of breakfast was poor, mostly cold not warm and the bacon was just fat no meat. The choice for evening meal was very limited. Both meals so bad we actually went on.

my bed was a pull out not comfortable, breakfast not same standard as evening meal, no tea/coffee in room. only water included in evening meal.
