Welcome to our home is Surprise AZ.
Our home has a 2 car garage, and a huge spacious large backyard, with a wonderful pool Not Heated plus outdoor sitting area and horseshoe pit.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6 to 8 people. In the Master bedroom there is a King Bed with flat screen TV, the next bedroom has a Queen Bed with also a flat screen TV and the last bedroom has two Twin Beds. We also provide 2 twin air mattresses with bedding.
The Kitchen equipped with, fridge, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, blender, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, waffle iron, cookie sheet, toaster, knives, glasses.
The Living Room has a Flat Screen TV, Cozy Sofas, Entertainment Center, Blue-ray player, books magazines, games and DVD's.
We have a area setup for a work space - table and chair supplies with basic office supplies.
What To Do In Surprise: Located in northwest Phoenix, in one of the nation's fastest growing cities of Surprise Arizona. Just 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix the house is conveniently located near University of Phoenix Stadium home of the Arizona Cardinals and Jobing Arena in Glendale. South of our Surprise house is the Phoenix International Raceway home to the NASCAR races every April and November.
Our house is just minutes away from the Luke Air Force Base - please note that fighter jets my fly over house, Surprise Stadium (Spring Training Center for Kansas Royals and Texas Rangers) other Cactus League Arizona Spring Training facilities our house is near Camelback Ranch, Peoria Sports Complex and Goodyear Ballpark. Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy being surrounded by Phoenix’s top-rated golf courses, miles of hiking & bike trails at White Tank Mountain Regional Park or Lake Pleasant Regional Park just minutes from our house.

We had a group of four that needed lodging for a 65+ tennis tournament—this home fit the bill. Very clean—great master bedroom with shower/bath. Convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. A relaxing place to stay—I’m sure it would be wonderful for baseball spring training as well!

My husband, daughter and I went up for a baby shower my brother-in-law was having. We came up early and made a birthday weekend out of it for my husband. We had an amazing time! The pool was cold, but we played on the step for hours with our 4-year-old. My brother-in-law came and spent the day, we had a BBQ and we only heard one jet, but it was the coolest thing and my baby loved it!
Thank you so much for this stay we will def try to stay here again as we come to Suprise a couple times a year.

We had great communication since the very first day when we asked for details about the house before booking, they were prompt on replying to all our questions, We really enjoyed our staying after coming from a busy week in vegas, we enjoyed the pool and loved the living room, the master bed was super comfortable we loved it!!, only thing we got a problem with was the wifi, it was a little slow, but overall was a great and clean house on a nice and quiet neighborhood, I do recommend this house to anyone.

Sagging couch needs to be replaced. Never used the pool. Older people need a railing to use to get in and out of pool. We were not made aware of the nearby Air Force base and all the jet training noise. Especially at night.
Other than that we were pleased with our stay. Very good location for spring training games.

Spent three nights here while in the area for an event. The property was very accommodating to us - we had two couples and one infant. The two main bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and they provided a pack-n-play for the little one. Great layout in the main living area for hanging around.

Overall great, just not well-stocked
The property listing was accurate. The house was clean and the owner communicated promptly. Check in was a breeze. We were hoping it would be warm enough to use the unheated pool but it was too cold despite temperatures in the 90s. We knew the pool was unheated so that wasn’t a surprise. The backyard was really nice after the landscapers came the second to last day. Before that, we thought the backyard was full of weeds but turns out it is a lawn! Our only issue was that the house wasn’t supplied well. The check in information told us that they provide “starter” toilet paper and paper towels but that we need to buy more. Based on that, we got some from the grocery store right away. However, after dinner that night, we found out after we had a full dishwasher that there weren’t any dishwasher pods! There was enough dishsoap for one day’s use. After messaging the owner, she told us there next day that the housekeeper said there was dishwasher soap under the sink. We had already checked there but i checked again. I had to take everything out and eventually found 1 random pod tossed under the sink. The owner offered to send the housekeeper over with some the next day, but we had already gone to the store that morning to buy dishsoap and dishwasher pods. Then later the 2nd day, we found there weren’t garbage can liners for the kitchen garbage can. We ran into a few more things like this. The kitchen isn’t stocked as well as most houses we’ve gotten through vrbo. For example, there were only 2 wine glasses and no salad bowl. She said it stated in the checkin instructions that we’d have to do this, but since it only stated paper towels and toilet paper, it was inconvenient to keep finding things we had to supply. I totally understand that some guests steal supplies, so maybe a list of things guests aren’t provided that are necessities would be useful.

Great location for spring training!
We came in for spring training. This property was comfortable and had all the necessities we needed! It was a bit cold to swim in the pool, even though the kids tried for a bit. Found an awesome coffee shop, Spencers, which was a couple mile walk (tons of walking trails in the neighborhood). The hosts were quick and receptive.

Very relaxing and excellent owners!
This is a great place for a vacation. We took in a couple of spring training games at Suprise stadium (only 3 minutes to there) and then did some sight seeing. Wonderful place for unwinding. The pool was too cold in March but would be great for relaxing in the summer. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of linens and towels. You can't go wrong with this property. Thanks!

Left some to be desired
Was a little underwhelmed with our stay. Had to make an additional run into town after arriving just to get basic items that were nowhere to be found: no shampoo or shower soap to use as listed in the description, ice maker and water in fridge not working, only one garbage bag to use for the duration of the stay, God awful toilet paper, owner wants you to start laundry when leaving, but did not provide any detergent. The house is ok, dirty carpets and ratty blinds that don't work. 2 of the 4 beds are similar to what you would find in a cheap motel. Overall it was an ok experience at best. With a little more care from the owners it could be a nice place to lay your head for a couple of days.

Great home, location and owner
Great layout and great location for us. There's a grocery store and restaurants just a few blocks away. The house had everything we needed and was close to family that lives in the area. A couple of questions popped up during the stay and the owner responded very quickly through the VRBO App.

Perfect location.
Great location with lots of things to do in the area. Lovely home with plenty of room in a very quiet neighborhood. Only issue were the couches. As a previous guest commented, both are shedding leather and need to be replaced ASAP.

Nice home in a quiet community.
GREAT location for Spring Training Stadiums. We enjoyed the morning air show from nearby Air Force Base while having coffee on the patio. The house has a good set up for two couples with bedrooms on opposite ends. Close to restaurants as well.

We were pleased with our stay. Everything was very close to where we needed to go so that was a plus. House maintanance could be a bit better. There were some dead skorpion shells in several rooms. (I know it’s AZ, but the cleaning service should be better prior to the stay. )Also, the couch sheds leather...... Outside of that home has everything else you would need for an extended stay.

Almost everything we needed.
The house was comfortable and fully set up and clean. The location was central for all tourist highlights while allowing a quiet place to relax. Watching the jets from the backyard was one of the highlights. The owners were responsive to any concerns. The only issue we had was that the pool was NOT heated. It was a disappointment and not swimmable. it was too cold even for a toddler. Would stay again except for the pool.

Very nice house in a great location
Very nice spacious clean house. Well laid out open design and nicely equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed spending time in the peaceful private back yard by the pool which was also well maintained and clean. We felt at home as soon as we got there and would have loved to have been able to stay longer.
The location was close to all amenities, some great eating establishments and shopping and is within 30 minutes drive of major sporting events, which was the main reason for our travel to Phoenix.
We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Surprise,Az. We were close to local restaurants and shopping centers. The home was comfortable and in a great location. The owners were helpful with any problems we had which we had few. It is nice to be able to travel easily to visit neighboring cities and Arizona sightseeing. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting to relax or visit new regions for sightseeing.

We really enjoyed the home, plus it was everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. It was close to all the amenities.Our activities included walks, shopping, hockey & ball. Great area. Very clean & well kept. We would recommend it & will be returning!! If I could say; there were only 2 things we would have liked. One being Wi-fi & the other being the pool was too cold to swim in. Awesome home rental in Surprise, Arizona
This home is beautiful and provided the perfect home-away for our trip.The owners were delightful and incredibly helpful in renting this home. They left good information in the home, were quick with email replies and with phone calls. We were in Arizona for Kansas City Royals spring training games and this home is located in a newer area very close to the stadium and to good shopping. We enjoyed their lovely swimming pool and backyard/patio area. It was perfect for two couples because of the layout of the bedrooms, giving adequate privacy. It was totally equipped with everything for cooking, though we ate most of our meals out. We will stay here again in the future and would recommend it to everyone! Thank you Melody!

Very nice rental property in Surprise, AZ
We really enjoyed our stay in January & February of 2014, and were impressed with all the amenities that are offered with this home. It is in a location that is easily accessible to shopping, dining, theater and baseball parks. Our grandchildren visited and really enjoyed the pool and backyard facilities. The owners are very helpful and courteous and provided us with a beautifully decorated and well-kept home in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful & well appointed rental home
We rented this beautifully appointed and well-equipped home for six weeks in January-February 2013. The owners were very helpful and courteous. They provided us many pamphlets and guidebooks of places to visit while in AZ. The home is an easy drive to shopping, dining, entertainment & baseball parks. There is a very nice pool and private back yard area. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

Absolutely Wonderful Home!
We were extremely impressed with the size, layout and amenities this home offered. The home is beautifully furnished and we were particularly pleased with the pool while the weather was nearly 40 degrees Celsius! The owners have made every effort to make sure your stay is comfortable, and pride of ownership is evident throughout. There was ample shopping nearby (groceries, etc.) and we even ventured out to the Outlet Mall in Phoenix. We would highly recommend this home to anyone travelling to the Phoenix area, as it was truly a home away from home... Although we were sad to leave, we would gladly stay in this home again!

Very Happy With Our Choice
We are very happy with our choice to stay in this home all the way around! The booking process was very easy and the owners were quick to respond to our questions. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located to stores,etc. The neighborhood was quiet and nice as well.. We really enjoyed the pool and found the mattresses, furniture and appliances were of good quality and comfortable. Our only minor complaint would be that the small patch of grass in the backyard was overgrown and could use to be cut. Other than that, the house suited our needs and we would not hesitate to return!

Exceeded expectectations
The size and and decor is larger and even better than photos depict. The home is clean, comfortable with unexpected accomodations, Conveniently located, and nicely situated in a pleasant community. Space is comfortable for both adults and children to enjoy without feeling cramped. The pool and backyard provide great entertainment for children.
We enjoyed our stay ... visited White Tank Mountain Park -15 minute drice, World Zoo less than 15 minutes away, Sedona and the Grand Canyon!
The owner is pleasant, easily accessible, helpful and responsive. I'd highly recommend this home.

The house is an excellent place to stay in this area. The house was exactly as described: clean, well equipped, great neighborhood. The location is an excellent place to relax with ideal walking areas; very close to restaurants, grocery stores and spring baseball stadium. We will definitely return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home. It exceeded our expectations. I give it five stars without reservation. It's in the perfect central location to enjoy spring training baseball. We didn't drive further than 12 miles to visit four different ballparks.
