Do not book this stay in advance. Check the room and book. Don't depend on photos.

Swimming pool at the top floor and the family pool are good. Hot water is available all the time. TV is working. Lifts are fast and clean. Garden on the ground floor is the best part of this hotel. Cabs are easily accessible.

No reception at the hotel. Room is not clean, and cockroaches are everywhere. No room cleaning service. Kitchen utensils are not as mentioned in the list. Furniture is old and mostly broken wardrobes. Very poor mattresses and dirty bed sheets.

Should mention to spare RM100 cash for deposit. The cleaner should clean the pool not during the open time.

The view from the infinity pool was amazing. Location not bad

3 to 4 light bulbs not working, transport can be a problem. Bed are soft and damaged. Bathroom cupboard under the sink is damaged. Sofa bed is damaged can sleep on it. Could do with a good pest control. Curtain also dusty and damaged. Old apartment.

Cockroaches. Cockroaches everywhere.

Host was nice, early checkin was possible.

The window is facing to a 2x3 highway, very noisy. Cockroaches were literally everywhere. Condition of the apartment is bad.

Worth every penny

-The apartment itself is fun with complete amenities with extra mattress and pillows which is very comfy. -The rooftop pool alone worth the price paid, (adult only swimming). Still kids can enjoy the view for photoshoot. -The room is clean, especially the floor. Kitchen is complete very helpful. -Tv can watch YouTube and netflix and the wifi connection is fast. -Parking is good. (Covered parking near the elevator) The staff (Akash) wait for our arrival and assist us to our carpark which is very helpful. DEFINITELY WILL STAY AGAIN👍🏻

Nonetheless, it's WORTH THE PRICE PAID 👍🏻. It just the bathroom, cleanliness and smell. Perhaps that the best they can do, might be maintenance problem due to old building. Take time a bit to get used to the bathroom smell, its get better eventually just leave the ventilator fan on. Water heater, water pressure everything is great and works fine.

Not sure if it's worth it

The city view and the sky pool were absolutely amazing. The staff was helpful, spoke English and were very kind. The place was close to the overground station, it was also really easy to get a taxi.

Lack of wifi downstairs - it's difficult to communicate when you're travelling in a group. The building itself is really old, and smells like mold. Our room (mostly bathroom!) Was covered in mold and fungi - was a bit worried about the health problems it might cause with a longer stay. The elevators take forever to arrive, but it's typical for such big buildings. It takes around 10-15 min to get to the overground station if you know the way - the route leads though a different building, two car parks and a shopping center. The city itself is extremely carcentric and being a pedestrian is just frustrating.
