Freshly Painted Come and visit. Sunset views daily from the balcony of our unit. We prefer check in on Saturday, but will accommodate your needs. Vacations on Siesta Key are ideal for a quick getaway in paradise up to months of fun in the sun. Great to spend time with family, friends or getting rid of those winter blues! Recently updated throughout, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably all in real beds. Complete set of towels and beach towels for 4 people and extra sets are 15/ day per person. Views of Crescent Beach and the Gulf of Mexico from every room.
Siesta Beach, Siesta Key, FL and is rated one of the top beaches in the world. Once you're here you don't need a car as everything you need is available either across the street or a quick free cab ride to the Siesta Key Village. Across the street you'll find Crescent Market for last minute groceries as well as Captain Curt's (and it's award winning clam chowder), boutiques, pharmacy, and of course the Daquri Deck, Orange Octopus, great ice cream cone, within a 5 min walk. A quick trip to Publix and Trader Joe's (less than a 10 minute drive away) to buy your essentials and you're set to enjoy. The condo has been remodeled and redecorated throughout. Tastefully furnished allowing you to enjoy your great beach vacation. The living room seats 8 people comfortably with a new leather sectional, leather recliner and two leather swivel chairs. There is a 60' flat screen TV with Blu Ray player and stereo, perfect for entertaining. A fully equipped updated kitchen where many gourmet meals have been cooked. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and access to the private balcony. The master bath has a large tiled walk in shower (with grab bars for accessibility) and updated fixtures. The guest bedroom has a Queen and a Full bed, flat screen TV and walk in closet. The guest bathroom has a tiled tub/shower combination with grab bars. WiFi, cable television and ceiling fans throughout. The real star of this vacation is Crescent Beach. It is a fine white powdery sand that feels more like baby powder. The sand stays cool even on the hottest summer day. Crescent Beach stretches for several miles, great for walking, shelling, snorkeling, diving, beach cycling and jogging. On early morning walks, you'll often see dolphin playing, manatee swimming and if you are looking for shells, just walk south on the beach to the point of rocks and past for a never ending supply of some of the most beautiful shell you can find. Crystal clear water with a very gradual descent makes the gulf very inviting for swimming, playing or just floating on a raft. Tropical breezes off the Gulf makes it comfortable even on the hottest summer day, the sounds of the surf are so relaxing. Back at the Sea Shell there are plenty of lounge chairs that you can take right to the beach or sit under a shaded tiki hut or the large cabana. There is a large outdoor grill available to use with prior reservations at the office. For the more adventuresome, parasailing, jet skis, boats, bicycles and more are available to rent all within walking distance. Just an hour away from Tampa and Fort Myers and two hours away from Orlando Siesta Key is an ideal location for day trips. Sarasota itself offers many attractions including Mayakka River State Park, Jungle Gardens, Ringling Museum, Mote Marine Aquarium, St. Armand's Circle and more.The Sea Shell is a medium size complex with 49 units. Your private parking space is next to the elevator and stairs. No long walks from your car or waiting on elevators. The friendly and knowledgeable office staff is on premise and ready to answer any of your questions and give you great advice about the area.Whether building sand castles with your children or grandchildren, taking long romantic walks with your significant other, or sipping your favorite cocktail while watching an incredible sunset, our condo is the perfect vacation getaway. Cancelation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: *CANCELLATION POLICY: A written cancellation notice must be received 60 days prior to the commencement of your reservation period. All cancellations will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee charged against your RESERVATON DEPOSIT. Any rental fee paid in advance will be refunded. The ADMINISTRATIVE FEE (based on 3% of the total rental rate) is NOT REFUNDABLE.
Reservation cancellations with less than 60 days to arrival date; a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged against your RESERVATON DEPOSIT and the balance and all advanced rent moneys will be held for forfeiture to the owner of the rental unit. The amount of forfeiture will be calculated by the number of days the unit was not re-rented during the full number of days of your original reservation.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be granted for inclement weather or early departures.

This was our first time in Siesta Key and 504 Sea Shell made it the BEST experience! It was a great location with kids (2,4,6) and a very short walk to the beach. The beach had beautiful white sand and the water was clear and beautiful! The resort also put out beach chairs for guests, which was awesome! The rental was just a short walk across the street from restaurants, shops, and ice cream. The owner and resort staff were super responsive and a pleasure to work with! I give this condo a 10/10 and will for sure stay again!

The location was nice with ease of beach access and restaurants close enough to walk to. However, the view of the beach from the condo was a little misleading… we looked straight at another building from our balcony. The condo was not cleaned thoroughly though and even glasses were dirty in the cabinets and sand was everywhere. At the price that we spent for the condo, I would of thought perhaps we would of received more than 1 roll of toilet paper.

I took my 3 kids, ages 23, 17, and 15 to Siesta Key for 4 days. We had an amazing time staying in this condo! When we first got there, the entry code to the condo did not work. Since it was a Sunday check in, we had to wait about 30 minutes for a return phone call in order to obtain the correct entry code. We were able to hang out on the walk way and watch the people at the beach and listen to the ocean--absolutely beautiful view! The parking spot and condo are so close to the elevator, which made it super convenient since the condo is on the top floor. Once inside, the condo was very spacious and clean. The outside balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, since the beach was so close by. BEAUTIFUL soft sand, and they provided chairs to sit on. We spent a lot of our time swimming in the ocean and relaxing at the beach. Amazing sunsets! Captain Curts right across the street was one of our favorite places we ate, and they had live music. There was so much to see and do within walking distance and within a short drive. On our last night there, they had to replace the refrigerator, but the office provided us with a different rental unit down the way to keep our food/drinks cold so it wouldn't go bad. Also, the AC stopped working, so it was nearly 80 degrees in our condo, but we were checking out that morning, so we just let the office know. Overall a 10/10 experience!

This property was very clean and comfortable. I think it would be awesome if more household supplies were included like dish soap, and samples of shampoos etc.
The management company should have gas grills rather than charcoal. We reserved the grills, took our food down to cook and ended up cooking on the stove.

We loved our stay and will be back next year! It was great being so close to the beach, but also right by the bridge and could easily head into Sarasota for activities there. Owner and management at the building were very helpful/responsive.

The property would have been much better with a thorough, deep clean. The oven was unusable as the racks were so rusty, it emitted a terrible odor when turned on. The tile in the shower was filthy as were the cabinet handles. Could be a nice place with some TLC.

The property is in a perfect location. We rented bikes and went all over the island. Lots of fun eats and drinks, live bands and beach right outside our door. We will be back!!

Office staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved that beach chairs were available at no charge. Luggage cart and elevators made move in and out very easy. They have covered parking however our SUV would not fit as it was too tall. There was additional parking out front. Loved the area, we were able to walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful beach and sand! Great place to watch the sunset.

The place was very clean when we arrived. If we needed anything, we received a quick response. I wrote that we needed more tupperware to the front office, and more was brought to us the next business day. This was a pleasant surprise. Rick supplied us with everything we needed for the trip, even for the beach. There is a boogie board, sand toys, pool towels, umbrellas for the beach, and more! He even provides a clothes rack to hang your wet bathing suits. And of course, the beach is absolutely beautiful and the location of the condo is perfect. Thank you Rick for a wonderful stay and vacation! We will definitely stay again!!!

The ocean and beach was the highlight of our weeks vacation. I love how the beautiful white sand is comfortable to walk on during the hottest part of the day. There is always a cool ocean breeze blowing. The check-in instructions was easy to follow for our arrival on Sunday. The condo was clean with no complaints. We hope to visit Siesta Key again soon.

Starting into December the pool was not warm at all but that the only negative thing i have to say! It was clean, comfortably furnished, set right at the edge of baby powder sand and in a perfect area for us! WOW WOW WOW - what a fabulous space for a getaway to Siesta Key Beach. The balcony had a lovely view of the beach, which was easily accessable through the private entrance. Ample beach chairs and lounge chairs available so I never needed to touch those I brought or provided by the owner. The space is well decorated with everything you need available. A grocery store and a 7-11 are just across the street as are several restaurant choices and the best ice cream we have ever enjoyed! We especially appreciated the beach umbrella provided, although one was easy to rent at a fair price by the condo, too. Would love to return as the space and communication with the owner, Rick, was perfect in every way. This was a trip to help our son and his fiance plan for their destination wedding in Siesta Key next spring and it couldn't have been a better time. Thank you!

We were scheduled to come in the same day the hurricane came in. The owner and property manager were very understanding and allowed us to move our stay up a day and avoid the storm! We had a great mother daughter trip. The condo was perfect and we plan to stay again soon!
