will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide
those for you.
Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and
dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways.
No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the
island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you?

For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential

This place was perfect for our family of five! It was even better than the pictures. We had plenty of beds and space, and the kitchen/ living area was comfortable and spacious. The washer & dryer definitely came in handy. We had everything we needed, including some awesome beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, ice chest, etc. Since it was our first time to the island, we didn’t really know what location we would want to be in, but this area was perfect. We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a short drive to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again! We also loved having our own pool to relax in. This place provided a wonderful vacation for our family. We can’t wait to go back to Anna Maria Island!!

We stayed for a week with two dogs. The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. We loved the heated pool. We were very comfortable and the property manager was very responsive to our needs. This property is perfectly situated on the island and within a short walking or driving distance to a public beach with gorgeous sunset views. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Our dogs were comfortable inside the house and in the fully fenced backyard. The neighborhood was pet-friendly as well but you need a flashlight for nighttime walks because the streets are dimly lit. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet family vacation.

This property was exactly as described. The backyard was the perfect oasis with the pool and hot tub. The house was clean, well equipped with everything you could need and the 3 en-suite bathrooms were ideal for our needs. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

This house made a great vacation spot for my family. We soaked up the sun and enjoyed the pool and waterfall hot tub. Lots of mosquitoes, my father ended up at urgent care so use bug spray. The location is great and close to a ton of activities and restaurants.

The floor plan is perfect as each king suite had a private bath. The furniture was adequate in the living area. Toaster did not work very well. TVs in 3 of the bedrooms did not work. Other than that, fabulous. I would definitely go back!

Incredibly happy with the responsiveness of the owners as well as the property. Location is ideal. House is lovely and well kept. Ran into a normal rental wear-and-tear situation (broken beach wagon) and it was replaced immediately. We were very impressed.

Very well maintenance. Close to the beach. Great communication with Claire. I never felt this was a “townhome”. We had a little issue with the AC and management was very responsive and solve the issue first thing next morning. The space was great and the neighborhood was very quite.

Perfect!
We had quite a large crew. The house was big enough that we didn't feel that we where on top of each other. The kids (ages 5 and 7) loved the pool and the bunkbeds. Short walk to the beach. There are two bikes, 4 beach chairs, sand toys. We also liked that there was a washer/dryer on the property. The property also has a shower outside for rinsing off the sand. I loved the way the home was decorated. It made me feel right at home. The Publix grocery store is only about 10 min. away. We did stop there before we went to the property. (picked up paper products and snacks) The home did have 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom with small bars of bath soap. The kitchen had 1 roll of paper towels, small bottle of dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs.

Great spot and close to beach
This was a great rental for a multi generation vacation. Lots of privacy for each bedroom and the kids had their own bunk room. The pool was a huge hit and it has sun and shade all day long. There are multiple beach chairs for use along with toys and an umbrella (the boogie boards and umbrella were broken). The kitchen is large and spacious and great for making meals. It lacks proper pans and other cooking supplies. Make sure you rent a golf cart for getting around and see the sunsets!

Loved this house!
This was our first time renting a duplex so I was a bit nervous but honestly can say you would never know there were people next door. We loved everything about this house! It was beautiful inside and out! Great pool and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. It's not a far walk to the beach either. I would definitely rent this property again!

Excellent beach/pool house
This house is in a nice location with a 5 min walk to beach. Includes beach cart, chairs, umbrella, sand toys making it very easy to come and go. Pool was nice and clean, kids loved it. House was very clean and as shown in the pictures.
Only thing we noticed is the first floor king bedroom the fan kind of squeaks when turned on. The other rooms were perfect.

Paradise on AMI
We loved our stay here! Our favorite parts of of the property were the backyard, proximity to the beach, and the bright decor. Additionally, communication with management was excellent. It accommodated seven people and a small dog nicely.
Some cons: cookware could have been cleaned more thoroughly, cell phone service in the home was nonexistent (luckily there was a landline provided), and bunk bed room was lacking in wall outlets (perhaps a power cord can be added in the future?)
Overall, we would stay here again in the future. We definitely recommend it!

A real gem
I can't say enough about this wonderful property. My husband and I did a long 4-day weekend to Anna Maria Island, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a vacation rental that offered less than a 7-day stay! The house is beautifully furnished and appointed and has everything a person could ask for. The pool/spa/patio area was private and perfect for whiling away our days. We will definitely return, next time for a longer stay!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Every room is nicely decorated. 3 master suites. One on each floor. Also has bunk room next to family room. Nice pool and patio area. 2 1/2 blocks to beach. Not far at all. It is a big home that each side is rented separately. Did not even hear the other people. Would stay again.

Fanstastic place for our young family!
We absolutely loved this vacation rental. We were here with our two children, ages four and two. It comes stocked with anything you could need for a beach vacation. There was a wagon, beach toys, four beach chairs, a cooler. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids. It’s a duplex, but the way it’s set up we never once heard our neighbors. It’s an easy 1.5 block walk to the beach, made much easier with the wagon for everything. We were also very impressed with the customer service at the rental company. All of the previous reviews mentioned a beach wagon. When we arrived, the wagon wasn’t there. I let them know, and they sent a new one over to us immediately. It was very clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked with all of the cooking gadgets we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place, pool and location for 7 adults! Updated furniture and beach decor. Great King size beds with bathrooms. Awesome kitchen with essential cookware. Amazing place! Met all our needs!
I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Location is great: just 2 blocks to the beach and a block from the free trolley stop. The house had tons of room for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). You could easily sleep 6 adults and 4 kids if kids can stay together. There are three good size rooms with comfortable king beds and very nice bathrooms, and another room with 4 bunk beds for kids.
It is a beautiful home with very up to date finishings and decor. It came stocked with everything you’d need for a week on the island, including a nice wagon for hauling things to the beach.
The pool is amazing. Nice and warm. Very well maintained. Our 3 year old wanted to spend every minute there. It has a nice built in table to set your drink and a hot tub too.
Very happy with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we come back to AMI.

Perfect escape from reality
I recently stayed at this property with my wife, two kids (2 & 4) and my in-laws and it was the perfect space for us. The kids loved the pool/hot tub as well as the trolley that ran around town. The location of this house is perfect, with the beach being a short walk away so we could load the kids up in the wagon and beach toys (all provided at the house) and head to the beach. It was our first trip to the island and it was raining a lot, but we made the most of it. The house had everything that we needed with an abundance of towels and having the on-site washer/dryer was a huge bonus. If you're thinking of visiting the island and want to have enough space to spread out, this is the place for you.

Perfect island getaway
We loved everything about our stay. The rooms are well sized, bathrooms clean and big. The pool is perfect for any age and the water stays nice and warm! Just a short 2 block walk to the beach. Lots of sand toys included, with a wagon and beach chairs and plenty of beach towels.
Should we visit AMI again, we will definitely try to book this house!
