We had a wonderful stay in Rockland with my family. The house was a perfect fit for us! The beds were comfortable, patio, kitchen and yard offered us plenty of space to relax and connect. We ran and biked from the house, swam at Crescent beach and Crocket’s beach. One day we took the ferry to Islesboro and biked to the beach and ate lunch. Fishing off the jetty made for great fun too. Overall a wonderful trip and the house was a perfect location and very comfortable.

This is a wonderful place in a residential neighborhood right off the Main Street. It was wonderfully decorated, spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were grand. The kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the owners was easy and helpful. Highly recommended!

The house is very comfortable, functional, and spacious. A nice 15 minute walk from the Rockland waterfront and central area. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
Be aware that the owners run a tight ship and take their house rules very seriously. We were 45 minutes late departing and forgot to press the "start" button on the dishwasher; we were charged extra for the former and got an unfriendly text for the latter.

Two couples stayed at Coastal Cottage. Had a great time. Walked into town multiple times. Great eating at Rustica, The Causeway (Spruce Island) and Primo. Rockland wasn't crowded despite the Lobster Festival going on.

We were a group of four women, all related, who stayed in this home. It was so comfortable and really met all of our needs. The home is furnished and equipped with everything in mind!
We flew into Portland and used this home as a point to visit many of the towns along coastal Maine. Loved our stay!!!

This charming, thoughtfully furnished and equipped cottage is the perfect location for exploring mid-coast Maine (or for resting comfortably when you want to take a break from exploring). Suffice it to say: we could easily live there! Thanks for sharing your lovely house!

We had an excellent week-long stay at this very charming and comfortable home with every convenience available! The location is perfect with easy access to downtown Rockland with its great restaurants, harbor, Farnsworth Museum and the area’s many superb cultural activities. We rented bicycles as we enjoyed the easy (less than 10 minutes) ride to downtown each morning to have coffee by the harbor. Keith and Kelly are terrific hosts who respond to any question in a very timely manner and they sincerely wanted us to feel comfortable in their home. This home has it all, charm, convenience and the perfect location to enjoy all that Rockland and mid-coast Maine have to offer!

The house was absolutely perfect! I really couldn’t find anything wrong with the property. We had a small problem in the beginning and was corrected immediately. The unit was equipped with everything you could ever need or want. Keith and Kelly thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with me. I will definitely return to this 5 star home next year.

The property was just as described on VRBO, and the excellent reviews were totally justified. The unusually hot weather cramped our outdoor activities a bit, so we took a series of short drives [an hour or less] to the Maine Botanical gardens in Boothbay, the Pemaquid lighthouse, Camden and Rockport [don't miss the great food at Ports of Italy, etc. The owners provided a great list of suggested activities and restaurants, and were very responsive on the few occasions when we had questions about how to handle a couple of minor questions we had. We were completely satisfied.

Look No Further
We have rented several Maine homes and this property was by far the best-appointed, guest-focused, and comfortable we have experienced. This is a classic Maine home with updates and amenities that take your stay to another level. The owners provide an extensive guide to the house itself, plus the surrounding area, restaurants, etc. A picture-perfect back yard to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine adds to the experience. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to restaurants and shops. We will return!

Delightful Property
We booked this property last minute and we are very happy we found it. The owner's communicated immediately and throughout making sure everything was in order. Property itself is excellent; we are disappointed, due to our schedule, that we were not able to spend more time at it. Backyard and patio are excellent to relax and enjoy a meal. It is in a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Rockland but easily walkable for adults but might be long for little kids. Overall fantastic and would reserve again.

Great Vacation Home
This was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at when using VRBO. The house was well equipped, very clean and everything that was promised and more. We enjoyed the back yard and the use of the barbecue. We were met with several turkeys which was enjoyable to watch. I would highly recommend anyone staying at this great vacation home if you are in the Camden/Rockland area.

Wonderful!
My sister and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful home. It was so clean and inviting, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear and dinner/drinkware. The beds were very comfortable and the layout upstairs with 3 bedrooms and 2 very nice full bathrooms off the hallway worked well for us. The living and dining rooms felt like home.
It was a short walk into town and the residential neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the back yard and gardens! Thank you for your excellent communications prior to and during the rental!!

A Gem in Midcoast Maine
We explored lovely midcoast Maine from this beautifully kept and immaculate home. We had such a wonderful time with our two small children. The house was just lovely and the yard is beautiful and just what we needed for our little ones to run around. The house had all the amenities we needed with the most comfortable beds (thank goodness as vacationing with toddlers is….well, exhausting) The owners were wonderful and quickly responsive to our questions. The house is a short walk or quick bike ride to a charming Main Street. After we explored Rockland we set out to see other sights in nearby towns. The house has a binder filled with suggestion and recommendations from the owners. We only wished we had booked more time to stay. Our 4 year old complained as we left that he didn’t want to leave Keith and Kelly’s house EVER!! (at the top of his voice) . Thank you so much , Keith and Kelly for a lovely visit and for your generous hospitality!

Beautiful Rockland Home
I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! We stayed for a week in August with our two kids. The house was amazing. It was well stocked and so comfortable. The back yard was amazing! Perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning, and perfect for grilling out. We even boiled lobsters one night, and they had everything we needed. The decor was gorgeous, and made us feel right at home. The neighborhood is beautiful. The owners were great. They were very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again next summer!

Home away from home!
The house is in perfect condition. You just feel you are at home, not in a vacation rental. The owners have thought of virtually everything such as: a whole range of kitchen utensils (of high quality), games and other entertainment activities, first aid cabinet, cleaning supplies, etc. I have never seen anyone put so much care to a vacation rental home than Keith and Kelly. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed everything the house had to offer, including its location which is central both to Rockland but also if you want to visit other places in Mid Coastal Maine. We would be definitely staying here our next time to Maine! Thank you Keith and Kelly for your generous hospitality.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this in-town home. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the house was perfect for entertaining my adult children and friends in the area. The hosts are very attentive, promptly answering questions we had about the property. It was a lovely vacation in a lovely home.

Incredible house in the perfect mid-coast location!
We couldn’t have been more impressed with Keith and Kelly’s home and each day discovered something new they thought of for the guests! Had a welcome gift upon arrival that our kids loved! Backyard was a dream and the perfect place to hangout each evening while the kids ran in the yard-private and spacious. Extremely clean, well decorated and stocked home! The house was a great location to so many of the towns along the coast and made it so nice to see so much! Do not hesitate to book, you’ll wish every Vrbo experience was like this one!!

Truly exceptional
There are VRBO owners who have a property and fill it with hand-me-downs and others who provide access to a beautiful, warm And exceptional home. This property is special and even better than the pictures depict. Immaculately clean, beautifully furnished with high end finishes and in a quiet neighborhood setting with a gorgeous back yard equipped with patio and grill. We were thoroughly delighted. Ample off street parking with a garage available. It’s an easy walk to Rockland harbor, shops and restaurants but far enough away that it’s quiet and relaxed. Keith and Kelly responded in minutes to several queries and their local property manager stopped by to assure all was in order. If you are going to Rockland or the mid coast area this is the perfect location for a perfect stay. Easily exceeds 5 stars on every dimension. A true home away from home. Actually so nice we’d buy it furnished and be ecstatic.

Great central location on Maine’s mid coast
Keith and Kelly’s property was the perfect location for our month-long stay during summer 2020! Central location for day trips along the mid coast region. Property was clean, well maintained and appointed in a quiet neighborhood. The house was stocked with all modern needs you could think of for a long stay...cooking needs, grill, spices, yard games, linens and beach toys. Owners are incredibly responsive and helpful in helping to make your vacation a memorable experience.
