No hesitation in highly recommending

Very spacious and comfortable studio apartment with absolute grandstand view of the ferry and ship activity. Downtown Auckland but didn’t feel crowded or cramped at all

location and view was amazing we went for dinner in the viaduct which is literally a few minutes walk from the room will definitely book again.

Great property, if no cruise ship in port.

Location. Well equipped.

Difficulty getting key. Wasn't aware that a cruise ship berth is directly in front of the unit so when a cruise ship arrives, all you can see is the ship just feet away. You can't even see the sky

Fab location with stunning views. Comfy bed with great facilities. The ease of being able to access the keys from a lockbox was great. Excellent communication .

Everything was great. A few minor details we felt could be improved only because we paid a cleaning fee were: The place needed a dust and when we arrived the bench was sticky and the induction top hadn’t been cleaned and the bathroom had mould that could easily be removed with bleach. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned and the stainless loo flusher and toilet paper holder need a good clean. All these things wouldn’t take much to improve.

TVs didn’t work. Just don’t bother having any if they constantly turn off.

Good location

Unfortunately, we ran out of hot water on sunday morning , and only one of us could shower before departing . The heater wasn't working. And you might want to check on your cleaner. My granddaughter dropped the remote, and when she we grabbed it from under the bed, there was a condom packey and bottle tops and a cartridge of some kind - I left them there. I'm just letting you know as a heads up.

Beautiful apartment,very near Britomart,can not find better than this

Centrally located in viaduct area,full sea view as if u r in sea,exellent facilities,home away fr home.easy instructions for key pickup.can not find better place than this.Thx booking.com for offering me the best value .

Baggage storage was real problem.could not get storage nearbye till evening hrs pickup time.asmost of places near bye offer last pickup 4.45 pm

Fantastic location with a great view. The apartment was very home like and comfortable. Well stocked with a few essentials. Shower had good hot water pressure. It could have been cleaner but it didn’t make us feel uncomfortable to be there. Bathroom window does not close properly so the wind was noisy and the blinds rattled. Minor issues that would not prevent us staying again.

Treat yourself

Very spacious and comfortable, *amazing* location and views, right on the harbour. Everything met expectations, well equipped. It is a very safe, secure building, right in ideal spot for a tourist visiting Auckland.

Finding the entrance (i.e. the location of the flat) the first time was a bit tricky! We were able to ask some other residents though.

NZ HOLIDAY

We arrived at 03h00 and were understandably a little anxious about gaining access to our apartment, but our hosts gave absoluely clear details for collecting the keys! Unique location on Princes Wharf, within easy walking distance of the Ferry Terminal on Queens Wharf, departure point for City Tours, the Sky Tower and many food outlets including several top restaurants. Wonderful views across Auckland Harbour and towards the CBD, and an added bonus was awaking to find a cruise liner berthed no more than 25m from our balcony! Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. Highly recommended and would certainly return if the opportunity arose

Broken internet, no air conditioning.

Great room and fantastic view. Very comfortable bed.

No air conditioning (in 2022!) Lights were broken and would randomly start flickering really fast for about a minute every so often so we couldn't use the main lights much. Wifi was broken and INCREDIBLY ANNOYING! It would randomly disconnect CONSTANTLY between every 10 seconds to 2 minutes. This happened on both our phones (S10+ and S22 Ultra) and was very, very annoying.

checking instructions was given prior it was very easy to check in as-well. Absolutely loved the harbour views and the apartment was very spacious will definitely be booking again :)
