Beautiful location, well looked after. Staff really good and helpful.

Because it was “off season”, some things like food service were modified and not available, ie no buffet at breakfast, room service not always responsive.

Stunning Property!

The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very friendly and professional and helpful. They would go above and beyond to ensure you were happy with your stay. The rooms are large and comfortable, as well as the balcony. The bedding was the best of our 3 stays on the island, what you would expect from a high end hotel, slept very comfortably. Please be aware that there is not much in the surrounding area for grocery shopping or shopping in general, and very limited with surrounding restaurants. The staff recommended Madiba our second night (closed on Mondays), and it was our favorite place to eat. Very hidden, after Purple Turtle Beach.

We had dinner at the restaurant the first night, and my husbands prawn pasta dish was an absolute joke, especially considering the cost. An 8 year old could have cooked something up more appetizing. I ordered pizza for myself and twin toddlers, and it was perfectly fine -hard to mess up pizza. It was just very disappointing, and I am glad I did not try to order anything more expensive or fancy. There are not many options nearby, but I do advise eating anywhere else.

Peace and quiet in abundance, luxury at its finest

Every corner of this hotel had a picture perfect view of the island. It was absolutely stunning. The views, the scenery, the grounds were incredible. The beautiful landscape with the gardens and pools! Breathtaking

I stayed during the week for 3 nights. I would’ve loved if there was some sort of entertainment at night. The place was quiet everywhere. The food- In my honest opinion the food really needs to improve. It’s nice, but it’s not anything special especially for the price you pay.

Great property with lackluster service

The grounds and the setting/location are beautiful. Several pools available with varying depths. Nice fitness centre and amazing spa.

The staff are not very attentive especially in the restaurants.

There should be a choice of local food on the menu which guess can experience.

Perfect For Our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary

overpriced hotel

i arrived at the hotel at 18.00 and the room was ready at 21.00. for the money they charge that’s unacceptable. they have the coffe machines in the room, but no capsules because they run out. not acceptable for a 651 euro/ night

If you are a family wanting to stay here... DON'T

Hotel is physically beautiful and rooms are lux. Hotel pool is gorgeous.

Terrible service. Terrible housekeeping, never bought towels for 4/6 day stay, once I had to use hand towels to dry off after showering, in spite of 4 calls for towels over 1 hr. . Hotel restaurant service was atrocious. Routinely 2.5 hrs for dinner, often forgot our food, told us that kitchen had no items 1hr after we placed our order, the list goes on. Music from Rave like party kept us up until 130am one night.. This should never happen at a 5-star hotel. Maybe in a 1 or 2 star hotel in the middle of Miami South Beach, but 5 star Kempinski? And 5 star prices. But not quality of service or dinner.

the beach of the hotel is not really what we expected, there are very nice beaches in the island though, Batibou is one of them

A magical place with staff that go over and beyond for your comfort!

From start to finish it was exceptional. The attention to details in the rooms and around the complex were impressive. Wish we could have had a swim up pool room they were beautiful. The staff went over and above for us. The night security, receptionist Jordan and the driver I think his name was Estan deserve a particular mention! They went over board to get us to the airport in time!

There was an oversight in terms of our early check out therefore the taxi booked was not there. The staff ensured we got through. I also feel that the price could have been more reasonable.
