Lock & Key: The lock pad is on the front door. Please open the screen to access it. Your code will come in the ‘Before You Arrive’ email.
Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
A parking pass will be at the unit for your car. Please park in designated parking stall.
Should you require a guest parking for 1 additional car, A Guest parking pass will be at the unit for your guest. Park in designated guest parking stall.
You will need to place the Parking pass on dashboard at all times.

This property was a wonderful part of our stay in Oahu! The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of kitchenwares and towels, and the AC units quickly cool the place down when you come home from your adventures. The beach equipment was so helpful as well! The owner was thorough in directions and answered questions promptly. My family loved using the nearby pool and eating on the back patio which looks out to a quiet golf course. It is a quick drive to the beach which Turtle Bay Resort is on, a great beach for families. Definitely would recommend staying here

We loved our stay! The property was clean, check in and out was very easy, and the extra supplies (boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkels, and beach towels) were much appreciated and saved us from having to rent them elsewhere. Hosts were responsive and helpful with questions before our stay and provided recommendations. The location is great! Walking distance to a few secluded beaches and the resort restaurants, driving to all the north shore has to offer.
Really the only thing that could be noted is that the window AC units struggled to keep up on the afternoon of the warmest day of our stay. They did the trick to keep us cool and comfortable in the evenings, nights, and mornings and we weren't usually in the unit much during the afternoon anyway, so it didn't impact us a lot. But if it's gonna be really hot while you're there and you're staying in, maybe prep to take a dip in the pool (really close to the unit, actually) to cool off.
Overall, it was a wonderful time and we would definitely recommend it to friends!

We were happy to see that the property was as described and the location was convenient and only one hour from the airport!
The property is older but well maintained. Plenty of kitchen ware for our needs but some of the pots and pans have seen better days. The beds were VERY comfortable.
The property manager was very responsive and addressed an issue with the kitchen sink faucet immediately and we were not inconvenienced in the slightest. The washer and dryer were a plus however the washer leaked off and on and we were told that a new washer is on the way! Again, we were not inconvenienced at all and appreciated the property manager's quick response to our needs.
We have a couple of recommendations when it's time to upgrade: 1) quieter air conditioners would be great! It was wonderful to have airconditioning but we really didn't need it. We used the fans and opened the windows and sliding glass doors to the patio and we were very comfortable during our entire stay! 2: add one or two more bar stools to the island bar for indoor eating. That being said, it was great sitting on the patio enjoying meals and our coffee in the mornings.
We experienced no insects and were vigilant about cleaning up after cooking and eating so as not to attract any.
We definitely will look forward to booking with Helen and the Aloha Team led by Marcela! It was great to come back to the place each day and relax after a day out visiting family!

Loved the location, quiet, clean and near the pool.
Since the golf course was closed, you're able to walk the course on the paths or bike on the path, beautiful!
Enjoyed the pickleball as well!

The home was clean and cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and swimming in the pool. The proximity to Turtle Bay beach was a plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a nice quiet place to stay.

The property is well-maintained, well-stocked, and most comfortable. The location is central to most things on the North Shore, especially the beach! I am so grateful that I selected this property. I had one issue that I believed the owner needed to address…and they did promptly…but it did not interfere with our stay or comfort level. This property provided the best “cool down” time for what had been a busy (tourist) week. I definitely want to visit again.

We Visited Oahu 35 Years ago whit our Daughter & Husband and we loved it, a lot has changed including the prices for everything. my Husbands Cousin and Wife as well as their Granddaughter wanted to go, so thy ask would we go whit them since we already been their before. Well like i said a lot has changed but we still love North Shore and especially Turtle Bay our Condo was awesome so was the location. Wonderful Host could not ask for more, My Daughter ask me already about going next year. Will definitely book with. Helena again I hihgly recommend that condo also very quiet.

Location is great and quiet. Enjoyed eating on patio. Adequate cooking utensils. Place was clean and no insect problems. Information provided about the residence and surrounding area was excellent. We would likely stay again if we came back. We did have several issues. The dishwasher did a poor job so handwashed dishes. Noticed stain on sheets in one of loft beds. Appeared to be urine and came out when we washed. Poor ventilation since prevailing wind from East rather than north or south. Took long time to cool loft so probably ran A/C more to cool.

Helena's place was a great home base for my wife, myself and our friends. The house had everything we needed and the purple mattresses were super comfy after long days of exploring and having adventures on the island. The beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and beach stays came super handy for our trips to the various beaches on the island. The house was clean and comfy for all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

I felt this property was just okay. Here is our breakdown:
Pros:
*2 king beds are purple mattresses - very comfortable.
*Property grounds feel safe/clean
*neighbors friendly
*washer and dryer which was helpful
Cons:
*Downstairs bathroom doesn't work well! Toilet almost doesn't flush. Plan on flushing 2 to 3 times if there's a poop. Bathtub doesn't plug, so you lose your water. We put a bowl in there, trying to give our younger kids a bath, but then we also realized you run out of hot water after filling only a couple of inches
*Kitchen
*the microwave went out almost every time it was used. You will need to reset the breaker. Luckily it is in the kitchen. There is also an ant problem. Plan on bringing ziplocs and putting your food in the microwave or fridge to help prevent the issue.
Living room: This has a pull-out couch, but you are not allowed to use it. The fan in there doesn't work, so it gets a bit hot. The floors are strangely sticky. We tried to clean them with a wet rag, but it didn't help.
*I can handle most bugs, but we did have 4 cockroaches in our 4 day trip.
*First aid kit
*My daughter got a cut at the ocean, so we went back to the room to clean it. When we opened it up, it was full of mold and virtually no supplies. That was a big bummer!
Lastly, there was not even ONE extra blanket in the house. My older boy and girl wouldn't share a bed and had to use towels the first night. Luckily, we met a neighbor and they happily let us borrow a blanket! <3

Quite, clean and cosy
We had an amazing visit to the North Shore. Our condo was very clean and the complex is very quite. Beds were very comfortable after long days of sight seeing.
Very close to Turtle Bay Resort, without the crowds. We were 10 minutes from Pipeline, so going back and forth for the contest was easy. Great launching spot to see Oahu....avoid Honolulu and Waikiki....dirty and crowded.
We spent 6 days here and will return.

Such a lovely spot!
We had a wonderful time at this resort. The condo is located on a golf course with easy access to the beach, trails, Haleiwa town and many other attractions. We loved that this condo had two floors, the first floor with a lanai looking out on the golf course and a master bedroom on the second floor with a bathroom. If one of us was awake early with jet lag, there was plenty of space to move around. Everything was attractive and really organized. Our one moment of confusion was trying to enter into the condo facility: you have to ring for security and they let you in the first time before you can retrieve the gate fob from the condominium for future use. There are tennis courts and pools and restaurants plus many food trucks down the road so even though it felt very quiet and rural, there was plenty of entertainment nearby.
