Beautiful second story end unit with a great location on 1st tee. FULLY AIRCONDITIONED, screened-in lanai overlooking first fairway of the Fazio golf course and birds eye view of the Turtle Bay clubhouse, not to mention, stunning sunset view. Upgraded kitchen w/granite countertops, WIFI, 40" HDTV w/DVR, free long distance in the U.S., ceiling fans throughout unit , new carpet and flooring throughout. Full size stackable washer and dryer for added convenience. Really lovely, tastefully decorated condo with comfortable King size bed in master bedroom and two Queen beds in the loft, equally as comfortable. All linens and towels are provided. This property also has pickle ball, basketball and Tennis courts.

Come to the famous North Shore, to the Gold Coast of Kuilima West. Positioned perfectly to enjoy the wonderful trade winds and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy all the comforts of home in a very well-maintained condo with updated features. Come enjoy, within walking distance, the great beaches of Turtle Bay and fabulous restaurants. Three pools and tennis courts nearby. Horseback riding, great hiking trails, surfing. and 2 championship golf courses. Minutes away from world-famous Sunset Beach and Waimea Bay. The historic surf town of Haleiwa is only 20 minutes away. The Polynesian Culture Center is only 15 minutes away.

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Overall a great experience. Trying to find out who to call for parking pass was a little confusing as the numbers at first either didn’t work or no one answered. I ended up driving to the office.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the clean, inviting quiet place to stay!! We had access to everything we needed to cook meals, a washer and dryer, A/C and plenty of trails to explore when we had down time. We would 100% stay here again and will tell family and friends about it. Thank you!!

This place was a home away from home. There was a separate area for the teenagers. Great wifi, beautiful grounds, walking distance to the beach. Great golf course restaurant. Clean and homey. The only problem is we had 3 cockroaches. I feel a better job could be done filling the holes behind the cupboards and the washroom and maybe trying mesh or something. Clearly there is a problem when there is a warning before you book.

I booked 4 nights at this property. I traveled with my 7 months baby. Check-in process is a little confusing. When you check in at night, it was hard to find out the room number. We got there really late. The second day when we woke up, we found out the neighbor unit was doing some remodeling during the day. The noise was really bad. My 7 month old has 2 naps during the day, the noise made him couldn’t sleep. And the remodeling cause some bad air pollutants that keeping coming out from next door. I called the property manager to ask if there is a way we can improve the situation. They gave me two choices. 1.if we would like to switch to a different property, we have to pay for the extra cleaning fee which is about $170!! 2. If we don’t want to change, they ask us to contact the security to see if there is anything they can do. Neither of the choices made me feel they want to solve the problem for me and I totally can’t not understand why I have to pay for the cleaning fee. I’ve talked to the property manager over 30 minutes. She kept saying that I have to pay the fee, other wise I have to contact the security. I asked if we could check out next day and get a refund. She said they can’t do refund. They didn’t want to solve the problem at all. I paid over $2700 for 4 nights and ended up like that. We have to take the baby out on a stroller when he is napping. Luckily, the neighbor unit only do remodeling during the week days, we got 2 quite days. They say when we check out, the remodeling was resumed. That must be my worst experience ever.

We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property. The lanai was wonderful for drinking coffee in the morning and playing cards at night. The unit has everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, beach towels, and even a boogie board. The location is steps away from Lei Lei's and a short walk to the Resort. It is very airy and bright, and super clean when we arrived.

1. Payment was mishandled - lost then found. 2. Lock box code was wrong -- had to call emergency number to get correct one. 3. Only air conditioner in bedroom -- not allowed to keep it running. Rest of condo too hot. 4. Lost power - no backup. 5. Lost cable - received wrong information from emergency person, info not given to office when it opened, did not get correct info for another couple hours. 6. asked to be notified if maintenance person was coming -- not notified, person just showed up

A very clean and comfortable condo. We would definitely rent this unit again. Turtle Bay Resort had a lot of nerve charging us to park for the beach however.

Being a very picky and clean person, I must say our unit was excellent and met all of our families needs. We have stayed at the Turtle Bay numerous times in the past and this certainly was the best unit we have ever had. Along with that, it was great working with Marilyn again. She has been wonderful to work with.We can't wait for our next visit.

Did not expect the unit to be so clean and have such nice upgrades. The unit was also fully supplied with dishes, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, etc. Have stayed in other properties where utensils and dishes were garage sale leftovers. Would (and have been) highly recommend this property to family and friends, here locally as well as out of towners.

Family of 6 adults loved our stay at Turtle Bay. The unit was a pleasure to be in, tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean and in excellent condition. Appreciated the enclosed lanai area as we could enjoy the breeze and vista 24/7. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. It was warm but had plenty of fans available - ceiling and free standing. My only suggestion would be to have A/C through the entire unit. We loved our stay and will be back.

I always have a wonderful experience renting with Estate at Turtle Bay. My only complaint would be that there was no incentive to recommending your company for a half a dozen condos that weekend. Maybe next time.

I am so glad we found North Shore Haven for our first Hawaiian vacation experience. The location was ideal for those who do not want to want to fight Waikiki crowds and yet want beautiful beaches.

The condo was clean and maintained well. The location is idea, close to Waimea Bay, the Polynesian cultural center, and more.

I would return in a heart beat.

It was our first time to Hawaii. Renting this condo was the best thing we could have done. My boys enjoyed the loft area and having that space for themselves. The condo was perfect, clean, convenient and a pleasure to stay at. If we decide to return to Ohau we will definitely be staying at this location again and will refer it to everyone.

Our condo was perfect in every way. Clean, modernized, comfortable, beautiful golf course view. Well equipped with extras. Our kids loved the loft. Wonderful breeze; didn't use the air conditioner at all. We want to go back!

Our family has stayed in Turtle Bay 14 West for 4 days. The apartment is in good condition, very clean and tidy, a lot of cooking equipments. Only a few ants in the seond room toilet upstair, no ant in living room, dinning room and the first bedroom. I found it hot on the first day of arrival, but get used to the weather afterward. Be aware, there is no air-condition on the second room upstair, living and dinning room. There are four moveable fans in this apartment. The only air-conditioner in this apartment is in the first sleeping room which is on the right of the main entrance of the apartment. It is cool at night time in July. Not many TV channels to choose from, no disney channel. Have 3 beach towels and other clean towels in this apartment. Beds are comfortable. A lot of parking spaces around. Not many restaurants around in this area. You can got to Turtle Bay Resort for lunch and dinner, or drive to Vacation Rental Office which is next to the Oil station. There are 2 places to eat there. One close at 9pm.

OVER ALL A GOOD RENTAL, HAD AN ANT PROBLEM AND UPSTAIRS SHOWER BROKE FIRST MORNING BUT WAS FIXED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY (XMAS EVE)EVRYTHING YOU'D NEED TO PREPARE MEALS AND TRAVEL. STAFF WAS COURTEOUS, KIND AND HELPFUL. COULD USE CENTINELLA CANDLES FOR MOSQUITOES.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Turtle Bay condo. It was spacious and included several helpful amenities such as beach chairs, washer/dryer, etc. It was about a 5-10 min walk from the beach and an easy drive to other north shore beaches and Haleiwa. We did have a few issues. The air conditioner was not working and it was hot when we arrived. Since we checked in on a Sunday, we weren't able to contact the office to fix it until the next morning. The property managers took care of it as soon as they could and had a new AC unit installed in the bedroom. However, the loft was still very warm (during summer) as other reviews have mentioned. We have lived in HI before and lived without AC, but we still found it pretty hot when the breeze wasn't coming in strong. There are several fans, but I wonder if it's possible to put a window unit in the loft as well. The other issue was cleanliness. The basic cleaning had been done, but we could tell there must not have been time for a really good cleaning. There was hair on the floor and in the shower when we arrived. There were also lots of ants on the kitchen counter. We understand pests in the tropics, but perhaps some regular spraying around doors and windows could help. Also, I'm not sure if fresh sheets are brought in or the ones there are just washed in between, but they looked wrinkly upon our arrival. So, would we stay again? Maybe. I would recommend to the managers that more attention is paid to the details since we pay separate cleaning fees. Overall, this is a solid north shore rental for the price.

Property was as advertised. Very clean, good location if you are golfing, but also close to the only restaurant currently open in the Turtle Bay complex. Only wish the property managers had told us that they would not be informing us of the check in procedures until the day before our reservations started. Was worried that I had not heard from them so called their telephone number. They got back to me in less than 24 hours and then had the full info as promised the day before we arrived.
