About this house rental

My street level townhouse is located about 1/2 block from the beach. It features a pool and grilling area within a fenced-in back yard for your private enjoyment. The pool measurement are 10' x 16' and 4' x5' deep
Inside, you will also enjoy its spacious 3 bedrooms. The townhouse sleeps 10 - a queen size bed and bathroom in the master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, one with 2 queen size beds, and the 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds. There is also a second bathroom. Also a sofa bed in the living room.. All the bedrooms have flat screen tv's

The living room has plenty of seating (sofa and love seat) perfect for watching the flat screen TV, or simply lounging around and surfing the internet, since the townhouse is WiFi enabled. The open concept townhouse's living room flows right into the dining room with seating for 8

In addition, the townhouse has a full, well appointed kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.

Property was awesome! More than enough room for our family of 5, super close to the beach, and the pool/outdoor shower/bbq hang out combo took it over the top. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you for the lovely stay! 😎😊

The photos on vrbo are NOT up to date. But in a good way. The place has had some remodeling and it is super NICE. Exceeded our expectations. Was such a good distance from everything and the private pool was the best perk. I was so surprised with the kitchen renovation and how stocked it was. It even had an air fryer. The only negative comment i have is the front room is really hot. But with the door open and the fan it was alright. But maybe a window a/c wouldn't hurt. Other than that 10/10.

If you are planning on cooking your food this is not the place for you. The pool is outdated and chipped but clean and swimable. Towels are sparse we actually had to buy some washcloths and 2 big towels for showering. Other then that it was ok for the price. Price was affordable. We have stayed in many of these and this was the one more affordable and clean and the AC worked great. Owner was very quick to respond and very kind so tht was a plus.

We had a great time, the home was just as described plenty of room and amenities. Locatation was great just a very short walk to the beach. Home was clean and had everything we needed couldnt ask for more.

Inside house was wonderful. Pool had a lot of sand at bottom and a whole lotta debris floating. Hubby fell on step outside pool and broke ankle. So cut short...

We really liked the location of the property. It was a short walk to the beach, the neighborhood was mostly quiet, close to a good restaurant/bar, and could access the main road easily. The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. We appreciated the hose, outdoor shower, and pool when coming back from the beach.

We were sad to find out our usual vacation rental was no longer available but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The property was more than we could have hoped for and expected. Mr Gamboa was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. We will be back next year!!

Had no problems except the leakage on the ceiling and it didn't have a mop so I can mop the floors but everything else was perfect but I would like to come and stay again I'll be booking with you guys this was my favorite spot thank you so much have a blessed day.

This was great for our family. The house was comfortable, and we really enjoyed all the space. This home actually sleeps 8 in beds! My only complaint was that the kitchen was missing a few of my key needs, but HEB and Walmart are only 15 minutes away for anything I needed.

I wasn’t expecting the Hilton but the basics should have been covered. The beds weren’t great but fine for a short stay. The pillows are worn out and need to be changed, they have stains on them and are as flat as cardboard. The kitchen is not well stocked. There were 5 forks, and 2 coffee cups. There were no cleaning supplies at all. No dish washing detergent to run the dishwasher. No liquid soap to do dishes. No broom to sweep up. No dish towel or paper towels to wipe up, dry off. No sponges to clean with. The bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper just 1 box of tissues. No trash bags. The towels for the house were worn with holes in them and not very many of them. We had to buy hand soap to wash our hands after using the restroom. We had to purchase liquid soap to do dishes, we had to purchase trash bags and paper towels. We used our beach towels for our showers. I don’t expect all the comforts of home, but I did expect basic house hold necessities.

The whole process was extremely easy from reservations to the actual stay and the property was exactly as described. Large clean interior and pool ended up being the center point when at the house. Water stayed hot with both showers in use and AC kept house cool, never had to contact anyone with any issues. Driveway can easily handle multiple vehicles for parking if needed, we kept a rental golfcart and personal truck parked without any problems. Would recommend this property as a great place to stay during your visit to the Island.

Our experience was outstanding. The place was clean and the pool was bigger than expected. Exceptional space for a family of 8. Minutes from the beach. They have a grill which was perfect to smoke burnt ends and ribs on. If we needed our host, he was very responsive. We're a low maintenance family so I believe we contacted him once just to communicate that we had arrived. We stayed 6 days and loved it. We're booking again for next year. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

This is our second year to come to South Padre for our family vacation. The booking process was simple. The property owner provided all of the information needed to check in to the house. The house was very spacious. We were very pleased. The owner was quick to respond when I had to send a message. The pool was not large however our kids had a blast playing in it when we were not at the beach. We spent a lot of time in the back just hanging out. The grill was convenient for cooking. The water remained nice and hot for all of our showers. There were two places outside in which we could wash off all the sand. We were just a short walk away from the beach access. Overall, the house was a great place and we would definitely stay again.

This was a great stay it was one of the cheapest we found in SPI the pictures didn’t look to good online but in person was a different story it really was a nice property. Also we loved it because we had our own pool and it wasn’t shared with anyone else. We would definitely stay Again.

Very pleased with this property. It was much larger than we expected. Three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms that are accessible by all guests. Two bedrooms open directly onto the back deck and the pool. This home does show some wear and tear from renters but that is to be expected. Everything we used worked well. The pool did have quite a bit of sand in the bottom but being so close to the ocean that is understandable and someone had just checked out that day.. Not sure what day it gets cleaned but it did look clean other than the sand. There were plenty of chairs outside to sit or lounge in. There is no railing on the 3 concrete steps into the pool. For most people probably not an issue. For us older folks it made it a little more difficult to get in and out. There was a railing on the two steps built into the pool but I found the first step down a long way for me to climb out. This is in a great location to walk to the beach, walk to catch the free bus . The Island Market is also in easy walking distance. Plenty of pots and pans so that we could cook. A nice pantry to store our food. Plenty of plates, cups, glasses and even plastic ware if you wanted to eat outside. My messages were answered quickly and efficiently. All in all this was an excellent experience.

Overall great experience. Great communication with owner. Good area, walking distance to beach! Roomy enough for 2 families of 4! Only issue is it didn't seem like it was cleaned properly like stains on wall that could easily been wiped.
