Caribbean Vibes House * Distancing for Families
The space
This is such cool retro beach house that gives off the Caribbean. This is a great spot for those that don't want to book a cookie cutter condo. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom.
As you walk in the patio from outside. The deck provides a good deal of extra space for your family with seating, and is especially inviting for sunset cocktails.
The backyard garden and fun hang out spot under the home out of the sun really makes this home unique. BBQing is allowed in the backyard though no grill is provided. The chill out area under the home is in fact common area that front unit can use as well FYI.
The large eat in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to make fun family meals together in one space
The living room is very large for movies after a long day at the beach. The 3rd bedroom is simply idea for 4 kids as 2 trundle beds with tucked under singles provide 4 total beds for the kiddos. The other 2 bedrooms are a queen and full bed for couples.
While we allow 10 people please understand without an airbed there is really adequate space for 8 people.
There is a double sized airbed w/pump in closet too for living room
The kitchen is missing nothing in terms of amenities. There is off street parking for a max 2 cars. A golf cart is considered in this vehicle count. While this is a stand alone home it is a duplex and there is a 2 bedroom/1 bath space up front that a can be rented in combination with this 3 bedroom to hold up to 16 total people.

This home is 3 bedroom 2 bathroom it does have a one bedroom apartment in the front of the home that does rent...there is common area space underneath of the house as well as the backyard with lots of yard games. The space underneath this elevated home is common area to both units.

While there is high speed internet & wifi, we rely on the sometimes unreliable Spectrum service. We cannot 100% guarantee connectivity due to this, though 99% of the time it is great.

The house is in a great location and it is a short walk to the nearest beach access. The house has been remodeled recently and it is well appointed with lots of extras to keep you busy (books, puzzles, etc.). It is a duplex, but you never hear any noise from the adjacent unit. I would definitely return to this house.

This was a nice condo close to the beach. The family room was great with skylights in it and the area under the house had lots of space to hang out outside and play games. Parking was an issue; driveway was severely flooded and neighbors said it never really drains out. This was ok but my elderly parents had a hard time getting in and out and had to find parking on the street. That could be an issue in the summer when parking is at a premium. Overall, I would stay here again but maybe not with older guests.
