About this apartment rental

You can enjoy all the wonderful seasons that Northwest Michigan has to offer from our 2 bedroom condo that offers a private bath for each bedroom and parking spaces right in front. We have a second condo in the same complex that is the same size, floor plan and cost, only different decor.' If this calendar is full then check out VRBO # 3673389
We are located half way between Petoskey and Harbor Springs with only a 5 mile distance to both of their wonderful shopping districts and marinas. In the winter it is less than 7 miles to the ski areas and the winter sports park, and within walking distance of the cross country skiing trails in the park. Summer offers a 2 mile beach in the state park a 12 minute walk, right on Lake Michigan and Little Traverse Bay. The area is full of wonderful inland lakes for fishing. You may want to enjoy one of the 21 golf courses within 20 miles.
Maybe you would just enjoy the sight seeing of all the beautiful lakes and Victorian homes. The shopping districts offer all kinds of unique shops and galleries. Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Island and the Bridge is just a scenic 30 miles away. The Charlevoix to Harbor Springs Wheel way trail is just outside our door. For winter skiing we are less than 7 miles to both Nubs Knob or Boyne Highlands ski areas. There are cross country ski trails right next door in the state park. We like this condo complex so well and its location we bought the second one in here. Will rent for a month but not during the busy summer season which is for two weeks max.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had no reason to notify the hosts since everything was well. Was just my wife and I for 7 days. Highlights: *Beds were excellent in both rooms resulting in excellent sleep. *3 bathrooms, more than adequate. Showers were good! *Biking / Walking trail right outside the door. Took full advantage of that! *Petoskey was close by, lots to do there including many beaches. State park was next door, but we did not visit it with so much to do. *Some good restaurants in Petoskey. *Don't forget the Petoskey stones! *Kitchen was fully furnished, including dishwasher. *Washer / Dryer were nice to have. Not so good things: *Dishwasher is loud, must run it when you are out. *TV was mediocre at best, but we weren't there to watch TV. *More info on local restaurants would be helpful. All in all, it was a great choice and value and would stay here again, maybe next year!

We really liked this unit. As stated, the location worked great for us and it is a nice unit. Completely stocked kitchen and even plenty of additional towels and bedding. Would definitely recommend this unit. Owners are accessible and very accommodating.

My wife and I stayed with our 2 grandkids ages 9&10 for 6 days then were joined by the kids parents for the remainder of the stay. We really loved the location most of all because we could walk into Petoskey State Park and ride our bikes to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We watched the 4th of July from both communities on the beach in the park. The Condo provided us perfect accommodations for our stay and we really appreciated the use of the gas grill and the washer and dryer. We couldn’t have chosen a better place!

Had an enjoyable stay while we were in the area for a wedding. Centrally located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Electronic (coded) lock makes check-in/out a breeze. Furnished nicely with numerous amenities. Nice to have the portable A/C units but they are a little loud.

Clean, well appointed lodging put us close to everything in and around Petoskey. Nice place to land after a day of rock hounding and town exploring. We even found a bread knife to slice a fresh loaf of cinnamon raisin bread! Easy in and out, fabulous grocery practically across the street. Would highly recommend

This was perfect place for a short girls weekend! There was enough space for all of us. The listing states there’s a double futon in one of the bedrooms along with the bed, but there wasn’t. It wasn’t an issue, we all had a place to sleep. I definitely recommend this place!

We had a good time on the trip and the condo was a good size. Unfortunately it was dirty and in some spots a - like the kitchen and bathrooms, it was disturbingly crusty and dirty. It was disappointing. The mattresses need to be updated. The one in the larger bedroom was particularly bad. If not for the dirt and mattresses, it would be a good place to stay. The location is very good. I don’t usually do bad reviews but I’m hoping the owners were unaware and will have the opportunity to address it.

We stayed here because we were getting married in Petoskey. Location was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the living room was cozy. Down sides were it’s next to a major road and was noisy due to the window air conditioner, would have liked directions for the living room tv ( 5 remotes very confusing). Bed was very soft and there was no ironing board that we could find, there was a iron though. The price was very good and we probably would stay again but in cooler months when the air conditioners are taken out.

Nice place. Near main road lots of road noise unless you close all windows. Good layout and amenities. Each room has own AC vs. Central AC. Great kitchen. Nice front porch... Backyard/deck somewhat unkempt and did not use.

Condo was clean and extremely well equipped with kitchen equipment extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Instructions were posted everywhere. Only wish was to have walking directions to the state park. We had difficulty finding the supposed walking path, but that could be our problem. Very convenient location to park and the cities of Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Would consider staying again

This home was right in the middle of all Petoskey and Hatbor Springs have to offer. Though not downtown, both are easily accessible via car or bike path. It was very easy to walk down to the state park beach. We enjoyed our stay!
