Me and my family spent the weekend here. It was absolutely beautiful.
The coach house was stunning, clean and so much to do for the whole family.
Hot tub was so relaxing for every night use.
The pool was so fun not just for the adults for the children too.
When we arrived we was greeted by the owners who was so welcoming and carered to our needs having a baby with us. Went above and beyond.
Had fresh bread waiting for us and a hamper with marshmallows and lovely treats for everyone. A bottle of bubbly in the fridge waiting too.
We did not want to go home as a family and are so relaxed returning to our home now.
I can honestly say 10/10 stay and we will definitely be returning soon.
Thank you so much to the owners for our beautiful coach house stay

Beautiful property
A truly gorgeous place to stay, the only thing that worried me , was the tight spiral staircase. Still recovering from a damaged ankle it was of concern.

This was the first time my children were having two weeks off over the October half-term and I was adamant to go away. Also, it was my mum's 70th birthday so another excuse to book a staycation! With everything going on this year, we missing out on our annual holiday abroad and I felt like we deserved to be spoilt with a few extra luxuries in the house I was looking for.
The Manor Coach House ticked all the boxes. I actually couldn't believe my luck when I read about the heated pool and the hot tub, perfect for the October weather. I knew the kids would be so happy with the pool and the adults with the hot tub (in fact we all enjoyed both).
We absolutely loved our stay at The Manor Coach House. The owners Andy and Cheri are very welcoming and super friendly, we can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Everything was perfect. The house very clean and the rooms were lovely & spacious. We had everything we needed in the house which is fully equipped with all essentials needed for a short break.
We really lucked out on the weather so we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was ready for us every morning by 10am. The hot tub was regularly checked by the owners and we all have to say this was our all time favourite! I am really glad I booked our stay for 4 nights as we were able to explore the surrounding area, Chartham, Chilham and Canterbury but also to make the most of our time in the house as well. We all needed the well deserved break and being able to take each day as it comes was actually really nice.
There's plenty to do around the local area, such as beautiful walks which we thoroughly loved. We treated ourselves to meals out, a local pub one night in Chilham and a fine dining restaurant on my mum's birthday and we were not disappointed. I did pre-book them just to secure our table under the current circumstances but it was all really nice.
Overall we loved our stay and I would highly recommend The Manor Coach House. If the weather was a little warmer I'm sure we would have made use of the BBQ and the outdoor area but nevertheless our mini break was fantastic. Everything was spot on, thanks again Andy & Cheri.

We stayed at the Manor Coach House for my husbands 40th birthday. We are a family of two adults and three children all under the age of 10.
I chose this property because of the facilities on offer and we weren’t disappointed. The pool and the hot tub were used daily.
The owners are very helpful and friendly and we felt very welcome.
The property itself is very well maintained. The living area was compact, but had ample seating space for us all. A party of adults may find the living area a little on the small side, particularly the space for the dining table was snug and didn’t have a lot of legroom for adults. The bedrooms were spacious and the king sized beds were comfortable.
The cottage was supplied with everything that we needed and more. Overall a fantastic stay and we would go back.

Our family loved the holiday at The Manor Coach House.
Our family loved the holiday at The Manor Coach House. The owners were welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We were disappointed that the bread maker wasn’t on when we arrived so we had a mad scramble to find a shop open on a Sunday evening but I expect it had been removed due to the virus and associated hygiene rules. We loved the barbecue, fire pit and garden chairs but for us the biggest draw was the heated swimming pool which was absolutely glorious. We would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic find, the coach house is perfect for a relaxing but fun family holiday.
What a fantastic find, the coach house is perfect for a relaxing but fun family holiday. We were spoilt with the luxury accommodation (which was small but perfectly formed and immaculately clean!), beautiful private pool and hot tub. We received a very warm welcome from Andy and Cherrie. They were extremely attentive, ensuring we had everything we could possible need. They were also very kind and thoughtful, surprising me with a card and beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday, and offering to check in on our dog Holly when we couldn’t take her on our family trip out. The location was perfect for us, with lots on your doorstop whatever the weather. I should point out that the coach house is situated off a very busy and fast road, not that you would know that once you’ve driven up the long drive. The children and dog loved the freedom they had with the large secure garden . There was so much for them to do there that we could barely bring ourselves to leave for day trips out. We particularly enjoyed the table tennis and good selection of other outdoor games. I cannot recommend the manor coach house highly enough, it was a wonderful week and we would all love to go back again one day. Thanks again to Andy and Cherrie, they really made our stay special.

100% recommend the manor coach house such a stunning place and the owners couldn’t be more accommodating. We went for a hen weekend and was treated to two bottles of bubbly and homemade bread on arrival. The house is beautiful with so much to do and every little detail is stunning (I want to move in!) the bride had an amazing time and the garden was all lit up for a wedding the previous week so we managed to get gorgeous instagram photos! I would recommend someone in your party driving as cabs are hard to get but speak to owners before you go as they have a fab deal with a local taxi if you do want a night in Canterbury! I left my rings at the cottage and the owners were kind enough to send them back to me. We will definitely be back !

I had booked this for my daughter’s 11th birthday and when I arrived the owners had decorated the cottage with balloons and bought cupcakes and candles.
Needless to say my daughter and her friends had the best time!
The Manor House is really lovely and cosy and the swimming oool and hot tub was the highlight of the weekend.
I cannot thank Andy and Cherie enough for making us feel special - I will definitely come back!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owners were really helpful.
Accommodation was very clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped.
The heated pool was an absolute joy.
Very close to Canterbury and not far to beautiful beaches and the Eurotunnel.
Some may find the spiral staircase and steps to the garden tricky to manage.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Coach House to my friends and family.

We had an absolutely fabulous week at the Manor Coach House! The attention to detail is second to none!! The owners were absolutely fantastic, recommending various places to visit that were age appropriate for our son who is 3 years old. They also brought some garden toys round for him to enjoy! They ensured the pool was clean and ready for use every day 10am - 2pm and I can honestly say nothing would be too much trouble for them. They really do want their guests to have a great holiday and definitely go that extra mile!
We arrived to freshly baked bread, butter, jam, still/sparkling water, tea/coffee/milk/sugar and even a chilled bottle of prosecco!!!
Our welcome pack included everything we needed to know about the area...... Places to visit, takeaways that delivered, walks to enjoy, places to eat and so on.
Hot tub was ready to go as soon as we got there and is checked daily by the owners.
Our son absolutely loved the huge outdoor space!! We spent every evening playing football and table tennis before enjoying bbq tea on the sun terrace and a dip in the hot tub. There's also a lovely little wooded area to explore surrounding the lawn.... We enjoyed looking for wildlife and collecting pine cones.
The coach house itself was spotless!! The beds were the comfiest we've ever slept in and the bedding/towels were high end quality!!
If you're looking for luxury then honestly look no further!!

We have just returned from a perfect stay at The Manor Coach House.
We have just returned from a perfect stay at The Manor Coach House. On arrival, we had delicious freshly baked bread, local jam and a bottle of prosecco waiting for us which was very welcome after a long drive. The house had everything we needed; it was rustic but modern and spotlessly clean. The huge, beautifully kept garden was perfect for entertaining energetic children and dogs. The hot tub and pool were amazing, definitely an added bonus which were put to good use throughout the week. The owners Andy and Cherie were always on hand if needed for anything during our stay but to be honest you could be in your own little world staying in the house and garden. All in all it was perfect for us and we will definitely be returning. A fabulous place to stay - definitely 10/10!

Holiday overall was fantastic.
Holiday overall was fantastic. The 5 of us and my wee dog Vinny (jack russell) loved every minute of it. Having the use of the swimming pool was a massive bonus for us as we used it just about every day. Andrew and Cherie were perfect hosts, gave us our privacy But was there if we needed anything. The welcome pack on arrival and the freshly baked bread was tremendous. I must say the gardens were just amazing, Vinny loved wandering around them. Out and about was great visiting the Barnsole vineyard were the wine tasting was great. If you go you need to visit this vineyard and bring home some of there wine(fantastic).
Anyway don’t just think about visiting Andy and Cherie’s home book it you won’t be disappointed.
Andy, Cherie thank you for a wonderful week. I am sure we will meet again.

We can very much recommend this cottage. Very comfortable with fairly large swimmingpool and hot tub. Well equipped inside and outside. Nothing to complain! Very nice and well kept garden with old trees and flowers. Very nice hosts. For elderly people the spiral staircase may be a bit uncomfortable

We stayed at the Manor Coach House during the school Easter holidays. We could not fault the accommodation and what it had to offer. Very comfortable, furnished to a high standard, a great space for the children to play, and we all loved the table tennis and hot tub. The added bonus was that we could bring our dog with us. We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect cottage for our weekend escape.
This was the perfect cottage for our weekend escape. Inside it was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. However, it’s outdoors where this property really shines. You have a large garden with a sun-trap terrace surrounded by flowers. There are sun loungers, a barbecue and a wonderful hot tub. Plus you have the use of the owners’ beautiful swimming pool, and they were very accommodating about letting us use it outside the designated times if it was available. You can take a lovely walk along the river to Canterbury from the cottage, although it does start with a busy main road (one of the few negatives about the cottage). The other negative is that although dog friendly, some may struggle to manage the very steep spiral staircase. The owners were wonderfully welcoming and friendly, and we definitely plan to return.
