Świetna lokalizacja, super właściciel.

Obiekt godny polecania, doskonała lokalizacja przy plaży, świetny punk na bazę wypadową do Taorminy. Wzorowy gospodarz, bardzo pomocny w każdej kwestii i doskonały kontakt o każdej porze. Nick polecił nam wiele miejsc wartych odwiedzenia. Jersteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Gentilezza host. Vicinanza del lungomare e maggiori attrazioni in zona. Casa recentemente ristrutturata.

Casa buia affacciata su cortile interno. Letti e cuscini piuttosto scomodi. Cucina fornita al minimo. Insistenza dell'host nel dare recenzioni positive e non pubblicare le negative.

Exceptional

We had a great time there, the apartment met all our needs. Just cross the road and go down to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and bars very close. Nicholas is very nice and helped with everything we needed, including great recommendations

Calm location directly on the beach

А nice apartment with а large terrace fully equipped, bright kitchen. Small, but has everything you need, including a washing machine. Located in the courtyard, isolated from the noisy street, but literally a step away from the sea. A bottle of wine from the friendly host was a pleasant bonus).

Exceptional

The holiday experience in Sicily is the best and the accommodation is also great. Very close to the sea and sandy free beach. All amenities are present. The owner Nick is very friendly and ready to help with any questions.

Memories of Lungomare Giardini Naxos

I recommend this vacation apartment highly great location, beach, stores & restaurants just a step away, minutes from Toarmina, Nick is am excellent host, met us upon our arrival, he helped us with our luggage, he also arranged for a local boat tour Nick also kept in touch during our stay to ensure that our short stay was going well. Thanks Nick, we shall return *****

A perfect stay

Amazing host, very supportive and kind. Recommended to us all the best places in Giardini and Taormina, was available on the phone and helped us with the departure. The location of the appartment is perfect, it sits just across the city beach (and more are in vicinity).

the appartment is quite good

Owner was very kind, speak english very well. He acquisitioned for us a crib. The appartment has 2 bedrooms, one well usable entrance-living room, a kitchen, a bath room, and a terrace. All the rooms can be reached from the entrance-living room. The layout of the rooms is very good. The sea was very close, ~20 m from the main door. Sea water is very clean. A lot of restaurants near the appartment. The apartment is facing the courtyard, so the street noise is a bit reduced (luckily the appartment is not with sea view, not facing the noisy street). Terrace is good for have some meal.

The appartment is situated on the second floor, with baby is a little bit unconfortable to go up and down, but it was ok. The terrace could be closed to not fall down the baby on the stairs. The street noise (from cars, scooters) it was a little bit disturbing in the appartment, but was not excessive. I missed a microvawe oven, and some bigger knife wich cuts well from the kitchen. In one of the bedrooms the bed mattress was very soft for us. Is not reffering to the appartment, but in the city there was not a street without motor vehciles all around the city. While walking on the street near the beach you breath exhaust gas insted of fresh air from the sea.
