Location. Parking. safe.
Breakfasts were very poor.
The staff were unfriendly.
The maintenance of the facilities is very poor (for example - the heat in the room couldn’t be adjusted. Instead of fixing it, they stopped the heat at all; very small and old towels; the cover of the toilet doesn’t fit the toilet; the curtains were broken ;etc.)
Although we booked the room weeks before arriving, they gave us maybe the worst room in the hotel, and refused to change it, although the malfunction of the facilities in the room.
They charged us for the room through our credit card weeks before arrival (as mentioned in booking in small letters). We asked them to cancel the charge and to receive the payment in cash, and they refused (other hotel made it for us without any argument).
At the morning of leaving, we sent them an email with our feedback about our stay. Maybe they understood that we’re going to make a bad review in booking and they canceled our reservation (after we left) with an excuse that the credit card was denied (after leaving and after charging the credit card). And indeed, the reservation canceled in booking (after leaving). We reported about that to booking, and they opened for us the opportunity to review.
This incident describes the attitude of the hotel to its guests.

it’s location
poor service, specially at the front desk. No info, unable to call a cab, print a boarding pass… when I asked where I could print my boarding pass the answer was… somewhere in town!!!
room towels were paper thin and extremely small
breakfast had no hot food, coffee only out of a big vat.

Most of the staff were very good. There were only two problems we experienced during our stay.
1. We came back to our room after the cleaning service was completed and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and none was left to replace it. Most likely it was just an oversight, we called the front desk and the toilet paper was delivered within a few minutes.
The second problem was that one of the front desk staff lied to us about parking our rental car we ended up having to park one night in a parking garage several blocks away and we have a disabled person in our group, and I had to pay a lot of money for the night. I spoke with the front desk person the next morning and he said that our reservation DID include parking. So I am disappointed with that situation. Otherwise the staff was good and friendly.
