Lovely pub and great staff

The staff were all fab and really helpful in sorting out our room and dinner reservation The food was great too!

Only a slight negative. Being close to a church, we counted the bells tolling nearly every hour through the night. On a 10 day tour, this was also our most expensive 1 night accommodation.

Lovely room, good location, disappointing breakfast.

Nice large room with modern decor. Clean and comfortable with good facilitites and attention to detail. Good location - scenic walk down to Mousehole with lovely harbour.

Disappointing breakfast, low quality food not reflective of mid range price point of the room. The breakfast service seemed understaffed and whilst friendly, staff seemed inexperienced.

Lovely place to stop

Small hotel in a lovely village. Very warm welcome and great atmosphere in the restaurant where we had a lovely evening chatting with the locals and guests. Very comfortable, clean room with a good shower. Excellent breakfast, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

very friendly folks in the pub downstairs in this historic village a couple of miles outside Penzance

very historic old inn with great food and huge portions. Free parking

Lovely spot for a few days.

I've stayed before, and will happily stay again if I am working in the area. Lovely quiet village but with easy links into Penzance and southern Cornwall. Staff and locals very friendly. Vegetarian breakfast is good.

Parking is a little tight in the evening (but it is a village, and the pub is a popular local.)

Only slight issue was uphill comming up from mousehole maybe a pub mini bus to take people that are staying at the kings arms mainly the older people just a thought

Lovely place to stay, evening meal was lovely breakfast was very good. Young lad who welcomed us with a nice sense of humour really enlightened the venue.

Really small negative was the room was not overly clean. The bed side tables hadnt been cleaned in some time and was covered in sticky black residue underneath where the lamps hadn't been moved in some time

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was awful. No organisation, no offer of cereal or toast - as specified on the menu. You had to pre book your cooked breakfast and tell them what time you would be there for it, you practically sat down and the meal was there! Very disorganised and disappointing and would not recommend them due to the appalling breakfast experience.

A lovely place to stay & look forward to my next trip

An absolutely lovely Pub and accommodation. Excellent food in the Pub and really friendly staff. The Room was modern and clean and well heated. Will definitely stay again.

What a gem just a stone's throw from Mousehole

What a find lovely old pub with modern room. Very comfy bed. Great location if u have transport. Shame we got there so late in evening would have loved to have had evening meal .

Breakfast was a little sparse only 1 cup of coffee offered and no fruit. Breakfast was very good quality though.

Location and the rustic charm of the property.

The bathroom was incredibly small.

bedding lovely and clean, brand new carpets. lovely Mira shower

room very small; stayed 2 nights and room not checked on day 2. roaming cat in eating area on tables. booked as stated airport shuttle. this was not the case.
