The pools were amazing, sunset too; the room was very spacious and clean but fa away from pools
parking was very difficult and messy

EN The state of the territory: clean, green and well-designed. Beach has an amazing view, is very clean. There is several marvellous swimming pools of different depth, a special zone for 16+ and several ladders into the ocean. Restaraunt was quite usual with a limited choice from 4 items (several coffees and teas, few choice of fruit juices and smoothies, and a choice between couple of sandwiches, eggs, pancakes etc.) for the breakfast. I think that for such a high price they could provide clients with more varied menu. I also would like to thank personally the most friendly receptionist of the resort Yajaira who provided me with quick assitance in many occasions.
The resort doesn't have any idea of what's the packed lunch and in case of early leaving for the tour it's their obligation to provide a guest who paid for the breakfast with packed lunch. They forced me to pay for it and I spent a lot of time explaining to the receptionist and then to the manager of the restaurant (!!!) that this is a worldwide practice and they should follow it.

Very friendly staff, beautiful pools and many stair access to sea. Beautiful gardens and lighting during dark. Nice athmosphere and very quiet and peaceful during nights.
So many motorboats going close by, otherwise so peaceful and quiet paradise was sometimes annoying with loud boats, but not too much annoyance. Checkout took 30minutes for them to check everything was ok with the room.

The stay was nice
That the kitchen appliances were damge and dirty and I reported it and the housekeeping manager duty didn’t call and the funny part when I was checking out they were going to check the room.so I’m saying to myself who checked the room before with the broken appliances and dirty because the coffee pot was nasty

Beautifully maintained grounds, gorgeous scenery, and really well laid out. There were a couple restrictions on where you could eat and drink, but didn’t end up being impactful at all. Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! Staff was lovely as well. Alvarez and the rest of the bar and wait staff were incredibly helpful and made a great drink! Every meal was delicious, better than an all inclusive buffet style meal that’s for sure.
Quieter in the evenings than expected, but that also could have been due to off peak season.

This hotel is great and beautiful, facilities are so clean and it always feels relaxing to come here. The staff is very helpful and everyone is so sweet. The food was good too. It is a bit expensive overall, but I would say for the level of service you get, it is only fair. We loved the different pools facing the sea, with the boats passing in the mornings and in before sunset ; beautiful.
none - eveything was great.

My first time on the property was with a "day pass " and i felt i love with the view and now i decided to stay.. the staff was amazing specifically SMERLIN FROM Front desk her service was top notch and always give the extra Mile to assit you.
The main reason i stayed in the property was because of my birthday/ gender reveal with my girl that its 6 months pregnant.
Tracadero Resort have some " picture packages " that the day before i noticed that the prices promoted (Starting at $400) don't even included a Photographer.
I ended up finding a photographer which it was expremely easy via Airbnb BUT What was my problem.??? PAYING $400.00 FOR THE USE OF THE PROPERTY EVEN A PAY FOR 2 NIGHTS OF STAY AT THE HOTEL.
I completly understand that if someone that is not staying at the hotel try to use your property for other pourpuses you will have to charge them a fee but why you charge to someone that will stay in the property???

The pool
It wanna be resort, but have none of the facilities.. the "gym" they have is in the next village and cost extra money, the restuarent is not good with small dishes and expansive

the swings loved it ,the salty pools are lovely , with a bit of sand around you get a bit of beach feeling and still can swim in the sea (no worries, they have life saving vests for those who cant swim )

A bottle of water in the restaurant costs almost 10 USD. If you walk 2 blocks you pay 1 USD in an also good job restaurant.
4.5
everything, great and original location, overall quality of stay, food and drinks at the restaurant is very high, so the expensive price is definitely worth the property
4.5
The restaurants had really great food and the drinks were very good. The downside is that everything was a bit pricey, you could easily spend 100$ at one dinner/person.
There are many pools at the resorts and the views are amazing. The apartment size is also quite big and comfortable, AC everywhere. Wi-fi was good as well.
3.5
The view of the ocean was great.
The menu in the restaurant was limited. Given there was only 1 restaurant on the property there was not enough variety for my tastes. Some hotels for the price point are all inclusive but this hotel was not. The thing I liked the least was the complimentary breakfast which was one step above a continental breakfast with very few items. For over $200.00 a night I believe there should have been a breakfast buffet or at least a more extensive breakfast menu.

BEWARE Nothing was good. total disaster. "Family suite" that they promised was a lie. TV didn't work. Room sevice never brought even water. No telephone. receptionist only from 7:30 am to 12 pm. consequently miss my flight in the morning because you can't check out.
BEWARE do not go here. Everything was a rip off. restuarant overcharges you. Ex. $100 for a couple plates of pasta and bad seafood. They don't even bring your hotel room one bottle of water for $450 dollars a night. No amenities, gym etc. staff doesn't care. Italian General Manager is on vacation in Italy, so no one can help you.

location, pools, ambient, attention
No gas go stove, lack it cortains, bed could be better
