About this apartment rental
Missoula's hip strip is right at your doorstep in this unique building sometimes referred to as Montana's "Flatiron". Walk to the University and a multitude of shops and restaurants.
Location, location, location! You simply cannot find a more central location in Missoula. We are next to the "Hip Strip" approximately halfway between the University and Downtown. You won't find any big box stores here... only unique, local flavor whether you are looking for a restaurant, coffee, shopping or a movie theater.
You will have the entire space (Unit 102) to yourselves. You will find a king sized bed in the bedroom and, if you have extra guests they will be very comfortable in a queen sized Murphy Bed in the living room. The kitchen has high end stainless appliances and will be fully set up for your cooking needs.
Parking: There is a 2hr limit free parking in front of the building for your convenience. This is only enforced during working hours and not on weekends. For overnight parking there is plenty of free on street parking in the immediate area in addition to the spaces in front of the building. You can walk to most anything you need. Taxis are available in Missoula if you don't have a car but you must call them as they are not out driving around. There is a bus stop right in front of the building!
For stays that are 30+ days, the Montana 8% occupancy tax will not apply and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Pleasantly decorated, clean, very nice kitchen and bedroom. Only downside is no dining table, only counter eating, noisy street, and no outside area to be, which is fine in winter but may be issue in other seasons. Owner was very responsive and involved.

Loved the location, uniqueness of the condo and the details inside! Favorite place! Communication with owners was awesome.

This building is very special. It has great energy because of the folks that reside within it. The owners of this condo are very kind and empathetic to your needs. It is full of modern amenities, and the decor is very well done.
This condo is in the heart of the best of Missoula. If you prefer to cook, several grocery stores are nearby. If you're looking to dine out, then you're in the midst of it all...as well as a view of the mountains right from the living room.
We look forward to visiting again soon.

Loved our stay, was a great location with a very short walk to downtown and other "hip strip" stores, restaurants, bars. Property well kept and taken care of. Updated everything, no old school here!

Location was absolutely perfect. We were able to park on the street right next to the windows of the condo. Bringing luggage in and out is very easy and you are walking distance to everything. We floated the river and got out and walked straight to the condo. Great air-conditioning and great country charm with all the amenities. Thank you for sharing. John F

This property is very cute and in a fantastic location...very walkable to downtown! The host is very easy to work with and proactively communicated with us when we arrived. There were lots of surprise amenities throughout the apartment. When you find yourself Missoula, this is the place you want to stay!!!

We enjoyed this property immensely!

The condo was very nice and in a great location to downtown. One thing we were not ready for, which is not the fault of the owners, was how loud the intersection that the building was on which made it difficult to sleep and relax in the space.

We loved staying at this property and it's within walking distance of so many restaurants and venues. Parking was easy and the condo is beautiful. We highly recommend it!

The condo is equipped with everything you need, and more. Modern, up to date, Montana decor. The location is superb! The owners were attentive and helpful, and they have up to date lists and information on restaurants, bars, things to do in the area. I also enjoyed the shelves of books, ranging from Montana information books to fiction and nonfiction books. Toiletries provided, and the bathroom was great. Shower nice, and…that fancy toilet!!! The beds were so comfortable, and the Murphy bed was great. Washer and dryer provided.
We so enjoyed being back in Missoula, and the HIP CONDO made it so much fun! Thank you Bill and Bea for your wonderful hospitality. We will be back!

Cold -29 no heat in major part of living space. Owner not very responsive. We knew she couldn’t do anything about the extreme weather, she said she was going to send someone over to check heat No one came. Never heard from her again Daughter brought over space heaters for several days which made it bearable. Otherwise a very beautiful place.

From the outside striking building design and materials to the cozy inside with its liberal use of reclaimed wood and warm and comfortable rooms, this was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway. We could walk to the river and downtown (so many great restaurants) and campus— everywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. The kitchen was functional and well organized. We would love to stay here again when we return to Missoula.

We visited Missoula to spend some time with our daughter. We were really pleased with the property - very clean, excellent location, just the right size, wonderful amenities, etc. The owner reached out to us the evening arrived which provided an opportunity for us to ask a couple of questions which we really appreciated. Everything was great.

We stayed at the condo for a week while we were visiting our daughter who lives close by. The condo is beautiful and modern. We had one little glitch with the plumbing and Beatriz responded immediately and the problem was resolved very quickly. You couldn’t ask for a more responsive owner. We loved our stay very much and we will be back.

Perfect stay for our wedding!
My husband and I stayed here for a week during our wedding and it was the perfect home base. Definitely the nicest place we've ever stayed. Thoughtfully decorated, plenty of space, clean and super high tech!
We used to live in Missoula and always wanted to stay here. The location is unbeatable. Bea was very thoughtful, quick to respond and easy to talk to. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Comfortable, convenient and well equipped
We loved this property. It was spacious and very comfortable with incredible amenities. Despite being located at the confluence of well-traveled streets, it was quiet. As far as the location goes, you couldn't ask for better. There is a great coffee shop just a block away and several other restaurants (and an ice cream shop) within walking distance.

Artsy Urban Lodge
This was a fun and unexpected place to stay while visiting Missoula. The property was kind of tech-y for non-tech-y girls but we figured it out. 😉 thanks for being great hosts.

Fun Little Missoula Spot
This home was perfect for visiting downtown Missoula! It was a short two block walk from great little eateries and shops, and just over the bridge from main downtown Missoula. We especially enjoyed Veera Donuts, and Big Dipper Ice Cream for treats.
The home had very cool modern amenities such as motion sensing light switches, a bidet toilet with a heated seat, and even a no-touch kitchen faucet. The decor was very posh, but cozy, and the bed was very comfortable!
Great hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. They even checked to make sure we made it in safely when our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until after midnight.
Fun little spot in a hip town! Would definitely stay again!

Not my cup of tea - too much traffic
This condo is beautifully decorated, but what I didn’t understand is the hip strip is situated between two very busy streets=high traffic that feels like a fishbowl and parking seemed stressful to me. I left after only one night and surrendered my fees to be in a quiet place. Just my preference. There was reasonably good communication with the owner.

A great get away!
The property design is amazing. The location is walking distance to restaurants, the river walk, shopping and the University. A comfortable place to rest after a busy day fly fishing and visiting grandkids! The property owner is very responsive and accommodating. Scotty's Table and Big Dipper Ice Cream are the best!
