Our stay was for convenience to get an early flight the next morning.

Used hotel for access to the airport as on early flight to Cancun the next morning. I had to return the car after checking in and was happy to know that the hotel had a courtesy bus to and from the airport.

Courtesy buses from the airport to the hotel were not too frequent on the Sunday. I had dropped the hire car off after checking in to the hotel.

My stay was worth it

The young lady at the front desk (Isabella) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

The initial room that I had was not what I asked for. I needed t two queen beds since I was traveling with my wife and 15 year old. I was not gonna put my 15 year old on a fold out sofa bed. We were then placed in a room with the appropriate beds HOWEVER, on of the beds had, what appeared to be blood splatter on the bed skirt. We were then place in another room later that day with two queen beds. Very poor in regards to housekeeping not paying attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.

Everything was exceptional!

I did an extensive amount of research related to getting a shuttle from the airport. We had a flight that arrived in the evening. I wanted to book a hotel that had a 24 hr/day shuttle and that is the main reason that I booked at this hotel. Little did I know that my daughter would break her leg and require surgery the day before our flight. So, our flight was delayed and I was very grateful for the 24 hr/day shuttle. I called while at baggage claim and they sent a shuttle right away. It was pouring and the shuttle driver was very nice. The hotel staff was very accommodating. They gave us a room close to the elevator for my daughter and they gave us a trash bag to cover her cast. I read reviews complaining about the breakfast - but honestly the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and completely fine! There were plenty of choices and options.

There was NOTHING that I did not like. it was a great experience all around.

convenient to airport quiet, on a side street big rooms with a kitchenette if you need a bite, the hotel bar serves small dishes and the are restaurants 10 min away on foot

breakfast was OK, a bit skimpy on the healthier choices (but the eggs, sausage and potatoes were very good, according to husband)

We only stayed for one night but the experience was great. The rooms are comfy, new and very well maintained. The staff was excellent and there were great amenities.

The views of the Rockey Mountains was stunning

Breakfast was great and loved the different options. I liked the location, how close the hotel was from the airport and very convenient since I was by myself.

Horrible experience and very unsatisfied!!! I called to set up a shuttle to pick me up from the airport to the hotel due to arriving late 1130pm from Houston. Waited out on the island curbside in the freezing cold for about 7 minutes until the shuttle came. At first pulling up driver looked to be polite, decent and safe but as he came out the van to grab my bag, he spoke in broken english saying homewood suite hotel, i said yes....he opened the van door for me to sit but kept staring at me and I immediately felt unsafe, he kept calling me sweetie. Then he tells me sweetie stay here I take a piss, you know piss to use the bathroom ( by this timei feel uncomfortable and unsafe calling my husband on video chat) ...from there it was so awkward, unprofessional to talk to your customer like that. I told him I'm not your sweetie but still kept calling me sweetie, he took very long to come back to the shuttle. In the mean time there was another family of 4 that was stuck outside waiting for their ride and asked the driver to take them to their hotel which I'm thankful they did because I didn't feel safe. He took the family to their hotel first passing the Homewood suites ( which I should've been 1st priority) then he takes his time driving slowly taking me to the hotel asking me personal questions and still addressing me sweetie (while my husband is on the phone ), as we arrived to the front to check-in the lady at the front desk looked upset and mad....she asked how long did he take to get you? I explained to her what happened and how horrible, unsafe and scared my experience was and I don't want this man driving me or anyone again. He was dark, short and spoke broken English ( middle eastern)

When making reso the reservation gentleman was rude. If I hadn't all ready made the reso and was told I couldn't cancel with out a fee,( this was min after booking) before I even hung up. On the over night in Denver on the way home we stayed at the Embassy Suites next door!
