Clean, comfy stay at a reasonable rate.

The rooms are very well maintained and are spacious. The hotel hosts a little meet and greet in the evenings as well as breakfast in the mornings. There is a nice outdoor space with many chairs, tables, and fire pits. You can park for free in the parking lot during your visit.

The location is a far from everything, being more on the eastern border of the city. The nearby streets are frequently busy plus interstate traffic makes commuting a headache but that is really it. Otherwise, this was an amazing stay!

The room was too small for wheelchair bound disabilities

It had a nice location. Most of the staff was nice. And helpful

I used their grills outside after I spent over $160 in food and the burners were messed up on them and I didn’t know it until all the food was completely black from all the soot because the burners weren’t burning hot enough so we had black soot all over my food that I just spent a lot of money for the manager was very rude. Only took off $100 off my bill and I still had to go spend more money on a whole Nother dinner for everybody my handicap sister-in-law who has a very hard time walking every time you go in the bathroom it would cut her feet because the tiles were cracked and sticking up i’m really thinking about taking some legal action. I’ve tried contacting Staybridge several times and have gotten nowhere. Hopefully this reaches somebody that can get in contact with me to see what can be done. And also one of the receptionist also heard how the manager talk to me and she apologized and I told her I was gonna make a complaint and she said yes I should.

Für eine Nacht ok.

Normaler Standard. Nix besonderes.

Lage. Nur Hotels ! Keinerlei Sinn machte es, dass Haus zu verlassen. Kein ÖPNV erreichbar in die Stadt. Betten katastrophal ! Weich und abgenutzt.

한국사람에게는 건식 화장실 불편해요, 그리고 해바라기 대신 샤워기좀 있었으면 좋겠어요

Productive and relaxing

Room comfortable and quite, full sized coffee pot in room with decaf, complementary laundry, good gym, good breakfast , places to eat with in walking distance.

No decaf coffee at breakfast, but the desk gave me extra decaf I could make in my room - so it was fine.

Our family zoo & aquarium vaycay

We liked our room for our family 2 adults two teens and a 7 year old, it was a 2 bedroom suite 2 double beds & a king in the other room and bathrooms in each, with a kitchen/living room-sofa bed our room was very comfortable & spacious. Breakfast was VERY good, hot and cold it was complimentary. The pool was nice and the kids liked it, the staff was super friendly & helpful our room was clean & had good views, plenty of towels and bedding fully stocked, the room itself was just what we needed and we enjoyed the space, I also liked the restaurant options around the hotel , the kids and us all in all really liked our stay for our family vaycay.

On the 2nd night our children were going to take a bath and the tub didn't hold water, idk if that is a new or ongoing issue with the plumbing, we did let the office know but other wise we didn't have any other technical issues with the room but for paying as much as we did for two nights i expect everything to be running properly. It was a little upsetting that the complimentary evening reception is only Monday-Wendsday we came in on a Thursday as parents those perks are nice but I didn't realize the days of the week when reserving the room which is my fault. I would of enjoyed having a hot tub they didnt have one, but I am glad the pool was running and clean for the kids they enjoyed it.

Plesant and peaceful.

comfortable room and beds, great breakfast selection and very peaceful and quiet.

nothing we didn’t like but we were a little surprised when the reception staff refused to call a taxi for us and told us they don’t do that. It can be a challenge for foreigners to arrange for that themselves.

Drive convenience from the airport.

They gave us the wrong room. We requested a Cal Bed. Got a Queen Size. Gave a Handicapped Room on the 1st. Floor.

Nice overnight stay.

Two bedroom suite with all the elements of a full kitchen and comfortable living area. Breakfast was very good. Airport shuttle, and proximity to airport. Parking right outside the front door.

Very nice overnight stay.

Very nice 2-room suite (with three beds) and kitchen and living room, perfect for our family group of 3. Airport shuttle access for late night arrival. Better than expected breakfast. Quiet room, very few encounters with other guests (a COVID concern).

Online booking said airport shuttle not available after 10 PM, but that was not true. Shuttle runs 24/7. Need to correct that.

Burt and Tom- the shuttle drivers- are amazing.

I stay there quite often and this was the first time some dumb guest/s were partying til 3am so that was a drag as I could hear their voices til.... 3am. But not the hotel's fault and this hasn't happened before. Appreciate everything else about the Staybridge!

The front desk staff member who checked us in was so kind. She got us a shuttle quickly from the airport and checked us right in on arrival. Spacious rooms in the hotel. Easy access to airport. Beds were comfortable.
