Un only adult que había niños

La ubicación excelente, igual que el bufet variedad y de gran calidad, el personal agradable y la habitación te hacía sentirte en casa

Que pensábamos que era only adult y resulta que es un excelente complejo donde en uno de los hoteles es sólo adultos recomendado , por lo que el restaurante y en la piscina había niños , aunque no molestan no pensábamos que iba a ver El horario de las comidas te dicen que hasta las 22:30 y a esa hora empiezan a retirar todas las bandejas , quedándote a medio comer-cenar durante la estancia

Good value for money

Everything was fabolous, especially food. A lot of varieties and gluten free choices. Very close to a fine beach, just across the street. As a frequent traveler I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Buen hotel y buena comida.

El buffet es muy bueno tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. Mucha variedad y comida de calidad. Tiene varias piscinas lo que hace que las gente se reparta más. Buena ubicación.

Nuestra reserva era en el Don Marcos que era nuevo y recomendado para adultos y por un problema de booking y que esa parte del hotel estaba en obras nos alojaron en el Don Pablo. No era lo que buscábamos ya que es el típico hotel grande. Debido a esto entendemos que esa habitación no estaba preparada ya que tenía varios desperfectos en el baño que no había sido reparados.

A very relaxing break.

Breakfast was good. The room was a bit tired looking. The location is very good (excellent).

The bathroom lacked a fitted bidet which for a superior room would have expected one to have been fitted. The rather antiquated contraption that was installed was a poor substitute and maybe not as hygienic.

We liked the clean adult pool. We liked the choice of restaurants and the food choices were excellent. The hotel was close to the beach and was quiet at night.

The view from our balcony could have been better.

Great location beautiful hotel and facilities perfect for solo traveller couples and families

Excellent location right on the beach, friendly staff upon arrival pool facilities excellent lots of sun beds available beautiful views and great that you could use all three hotels

Not enough staff at the poolside bar waited 35 minutes sitting down to be served for lunch had to ask in the end as serving people just sitting down whilst still waiting which I hate doing.

Good hotel near the sea

The hotel has a great location near the sea, very clean, cleaning was performed every morning, towels changed, floor washed. Breakfast was very good, a lot of different food offered and unlimited cava - great. 9 swimming pools were available, very clean and well serviced. Animation and evening performances were good as well.

We have twice informed the hotel that we are just married couple having honeymoon before our arrival. We got neither response and no any reactions. Sad. No fish and olives for breakfast for ten days.

Good for the price we paid, wouldn’t be happy at full cost in peak season

English Breakfast was poor, everything else was really good, fresh & a pleasure to eat

Wasn’t given the Cava on arrival as offered when booked, the shower didn’t work had to report the issue to get it fixed, had to ask about the safe should be offered at reception on book in, there was no kettle tea or coffee in the room first off until the shower was fixed bottle of water was only given once with the whole stay, bathroom water isn’t the best for guests to drink but fridge was given with some soft drinks & beer once but would have to pay to refill which we accepted but water should be offered daily as a kettle was there however had to keep asking for tea & coffee & powdered milk to be replaced but wasn’t done voluntarily ended up buying some from the local shop very poor to expect guest to do that you don’t have to do that in UK hotels on the whole though room was nice

Total mix up when we arrived no rooms for us and it was almost 12o'clock at night. We were disgusted and will never book don Marco again.

Really enjoyed it, would likely return

Loved the hotel, was far better than I expected. Didn't know until we arrived that we could use the pools and restaurants in all three hotels on site. Bed was really big and really comfortable. Room was spacious. Breakfast wasn't on too early like most other places. Location was perfect. Room was cleaned everyday, bed changed, fresh towels, cleaners were brilliant. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The food and facilities in the restaurant could have been improved slightly. Particularly the gluten free choices. There was cereal, bread and muffins left out at breakfast with a separate toaster which was great, but there was nothing at lunch or dinner which was so disappointing. There wasn't many items that didn't contain gluten/wheat so we had to go out to eat dinner. Cutlery, butter etc at gluten free section in the mornings would be good as there were the other side of the room. There are not enough sun loungers as people are reserving them then disappearing all day, would be good if this was more closely monitored.

Great to be able to use the facilities of all 3 hotels. Nice, airy space in communal areas.
