okay hotel

convenient location. We stayed for a quick overnight before taking the train very early to the airport. close to the central train station.

thought it was a bit pricey for what it was. We stayed on a Monday night. It would be noisy on the weekend.

大きなスーツケースを広げると狭く感じた。ミニ冷蔵庫があれば良かったのに… シャワールームの排水が悪くシャワーの量に苦労した。小バエのような小さな虫が部屋にいて気になった。

Lieber weniger zentral, dafür schlafen können. Blick auf die Hauswand war wie in einer Zelle.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, keine Frage. Die Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit für Tipps.

Blick aus dem Fenster auf schrotte 1,5 m entfernte Hauswand. Laute Klimaanlagen an der Hauswand, was auch bei geschlossenem Fenster noch störte. Auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war so laut, dass wir trotz Oropax kaum schlafen konnten. Zimmer sauber, aber unmodern. Bad muss renoviert werden, braune Flecken im Silikon und in den Ecken. Für 170€ ein schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

El mejor hotel en el que he estado en los últimos tiempos. Precioso lugar!

La ubicación increible. A la vuelta de la Grand Place en un lugar espectacular. El desayuno mejor imposible. Servido en el bar que es hermoso! La atención del personal excelente. Todos dispuestos siempre y muy atentos. Destaco la atención de Estrella que fue muy buena! Las instalaciones muy bien conservadas y el lugar seguro y tranquilo para descansar y al mismo tiempo estar a un paso de todos los atractivos!

No hubo nada que no fuera de mi agrado.

Muy recomendable, para repetir seguro

Mejor ubicación imposible, ¡a una calle de la Grande Place!, pero lo bueno es que no se oía ruido en la habitación. Tiene restaurante y está bastante bien. Nos hicieron el check in antes de la hora. Trato muy bueno del personal.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que tuviese bañera en vez de ducha. El baño un poco antiguo.

Excelente estancia en el hotel ALMA GRAND- PLACE

Primero que todo decirles que el día anterior de nuestra llegada nos cambiaron al Hotel Alma Grand-Place, el motivo que nos dieron lo encontré razonable, pero no lo encuentro correcto ya que nuestra reserva era de 3 meses antes y nos la confirmaron correctamente. Encuentro que tendrían que valorar quien reserva primero y sino puede ser decirlo antes. También decirles que estuvimos muy bien En el Hotel Alma, por sus servicios, amabilidad del personal que nos arreglaron el cambio de hotel, por la ubicación que es perfecta en el mismo centro de Bruselas,. Pero considero que si hay que hacer algún cambio de hotel se tiene que notificar con antelación y no el día antes. El hotel tiene que tener previsto cuantas habitaciones adaptadas tiene solicitadas .

Excellent location, close to everything, caffè in the lobby. Can be a little noisy at night because of the crowds.

Séjour pour l'anniversaire de ma maman

L'hôtel est propre et bien tenu, le personnel est attentif aux remarques et fait le nécessaire tout de suite, les gens sont souriants et aimables, j'ai adoré mon séjour. J'y retournerai sans hésiter

La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu petite, nous nous sommes assises dans des fauteuils très bas, pas facile pour manger ou s'en extraire lorsque l'on n'a plus 20 ans 😂

Localisation parfaite. Belle combinaison entre l’hôtel et l’espace restaurant ouvert à tous. Accueil fun à souhait !! Chambre propre. Literie parfaite. Marc a tenu compte de ma demande de lits jumeaux non disponibles au moment de ma réservation, et s'est organisé pour le permettre. )

Location is good, near the train station and main attractions. Many food options nearby. Clean room and Friendly staff.

Reception area is small and waiting time can be quite awhile during peak hours. Room was slightly small for 2 big luggages we had.

От центрального вокзала 4 минуты пешком. Наличие ванны.

Очень неудобные подушки, плесень в ванной. Вход в отель через кафе, где ОЧЕНЬ много народу и очень шумно.

Very central location to Grand Place and good value for money

Very central location. 50 metres to Grand Place and other attractions. Close to restaurants, Brussels station and taxi tank. Located just in the edge of pedestrian area. Good sized room. Very comfy bed. Highly recommend

Great stay - Everything is walkable in the downtown Brussels

Here list of the things that I think every traveler is looking for which my mom and I liked: 1. Safety - you can't enter the hotel without your car after 10 pm, and you also need your hotel card to use the elevator. 2. Room - it was very clean, cozy, and modern - we got a king-size bed deluxe. 3. Stuff - the stuff we're very attentive and friendly. We had to leave our luggage to catch a tour and checked in late and they were very helpful with that. We also asked for a late check out 11:30 instead of 11 and they were very nice about it. We also had many questions, so I called often and they were very responsive, if I couldn't reach them, they would call me back. 4. Location - The location is perfect, it is in the middle of everything and a minute walk to the Royal Gallery and the tourist agency. Everything is walkable from the hotel and there are taxi's a minute walk away from the hotel and can be reached by Uber (pick up location is a minute away from the hotel). 5. Price - worth it. 6. Cafe - they have an amazing cafe downstairs, which has delicious cafe and food and amazing exterior design, I was in love with the library kinda theme. 7. Extra details - there were sleepers and robes and coffee, we also had water to welcome us. I've been to many places around the world and this is one of the things that I appreciate from hotels. The extra care.

- The only thing is maybe the bathroom was a bit outdated in comparison to the room.

The location of the hotel was perfect

The fourth floor where my room was located was freshly painted, and the smell was unbearable! The smell was almost toxic, and you could smell it from inside the room. I will not stay again at this place!!!!

Love it!

First of all, I have to mention the front desk host Nina who was exceptionally great in the check-in process, suggesting things to do according to our interest! The room in which we stayed on the 5th floor was very comfortable, bed was great and had a nice view to some of the other buildings around. The art deco motif and cleaned place just made it all top. Would 10/10 stay again!

A Bistro posing as a hotel. Location busy and noisy all night. Evening mountains of garbage on the street. Hotel / restaurant could not even provide ice cubes. Front desk tried to charge me for a booking that was already payed for. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Can’t wait to stay again!

Wonderful! The staff was beyond helpful and did everything they could to make sure they could help you. Also felt very safe with their being many different security processes in place.

The only thing is the windows. If you have children please note that the windows open the entire way to a drop with a low bar.
