Excellent stay in the center of Brussels

Breakfast is really excellent. Location, too. Staff very professional.

Our rooms have not been spacious enough having in mind that this is four star hotel.

In generale, Struttura vetusta e sovra dimensionata. Ascensori dovevi aspettare una vita. Non hanno cambiato le asciugamani e anche a richieste non le hanno portate.

Lovely Stay at Thon Hotel Brussels

Breakfast was incredible. Both the spread and quality of food was amazing. The games room was brilliant and the hotel itself is in a great location. A mini fridge in the room was also convenient.

No non slip mat for the shower was a real health and safety concern. The receptionist whom we dealt with on check out wasn't very helpful in relation to the bus stop we were looking for (which was right outside the hotel!)

The location is good but hygiene should be improved.

The location is nice and staff is helpful.

The bath tank is not sinking water at all. And I got bitten by some insect during the night, but sure if it’s bedbug or mosquito.

I came here for the breakfast, the rest was unfortunately quite dissapointing.

Amazing breakfast and also the sauna is great, overlooking the city.

The bed was super uncomfortable, it felt like the mattress hadn’t been changed in many years. The room was super small, there was very little space between the mattress and the wall to walk past the bed. The AC in the room was not working and it was only heating. After talking to the front desk they didn’t repair the system but just deactivated the heating, resulting in a cold room. There was quite some dirt in the corners of the room and even hair on the freshly made bed. The bathroom would need some refurbishment, definitely not at the expected standard.

The internet was slow. It needs more cleaning care. The bed was not comfortable. There is no soundproof, so you can easily hear the sound of other rooms and outside.
