A recommander tous les jours

Ce n'est peut-être pas un 5 étoiles mais l'accueil est un 5+++ étoiles. Le client est traité aux petits soins avec un supplément, le sourire. Je recommande cet hôtel pour tous les gens qui aiment voyager, communiquer, partager. J’oubliais, la salle du petit déjeuner est un lieu plein de découvertes.

Rien, impossible de critiquer quelque chose.

Clean, quite, top breakfast, excellent service, great location, thank you, from Nur & Family!

The services was EXCELLENT, the two ladies working where very helpful, as well gave valuable recommendations where to go and where to eat in the city centre. Plus the breakfast was above expectations a wide variety of food. Definitely for the great location, excellent service, and top breakfast it's a value for money, and I strongly recommend the place. I am sure my next trip to Brugge I will book again this place.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel von zwei herzlichen Frauen geleitet!!!

Wir waren zu dritt in einem Zimmer und es gab genügend Platz für uns. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet und wir kamen uns vor, als wären wir bei Freunden. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!!!

Es gab rein gar nichts zu beanstanden!!!

Fleur was friendly and helpful as were all staff. Moved rooms around to help friends with mobility problems. Went out of their way to provide me with gluten free bread. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and lots of choice

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Fluer was extremely helpful. Lovely continental breakfast, freshly prepared each morning. Would definitely stay here again. Quiet location with only a short walk into the centre (about 15mins) Lovely and clean, my room was cleaned each day I was there. Bed extremely comfy and large.

Nothing to dislike here.

shower head so tight I I thought it was impossible to take shower. at the end I had to contact the manager . no shower gel.

OK for its price

The staff was very helpful and always smiling and they checked us in as soon as we arrived. I really liked the vintage look of the hotel, with pretty decorations. Also, the breakfast was good, served in a cozy room. We felt safe in the neighborhood, which was a major plus.

The room was smaller than I expected and quite old - it hadn't been renovated for a while, as I could tell. There was also a bad smell in the room, but we opened the window a few times and it was ok in the end.

Breakfast is phenomenal, and the room is quite comfy. Removing shoes when you enter the place is a great idea and really loved it. Felt like home.

10 minutes walking distance from the Christmas market in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. The staff was very helpful and polite The breakfast was simple but tasty with ham,cheese,croissants,fruits Very clean

The stairs if you have a baby or you are elder The room was not cold but was not hot either

Great value place to stay.

This is a lovely place to stay in a beautiful old building with lots of character. The beds were super comfortable and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Short walk into the old town which helped us walk off some of the beer/waffles :) Very good value for money.

Everything, an beautiful hotel in a prefect location. The bed was extremely comfortable Breakfast was lovely, they coked the croissants themselves. The owner was just lovely couldn't have been nicer and more helpful Less than 15 minutes walk to the centre and a beautiful 25 minute walk to the train station

Bruges v trip with kids

Just at the edge of the older town, which was ideal for us with car and bikes etc. Had secure parking, great communication and very friendly

Great city, great people, great hotel

We were in the city for a symposium that took place in both the city hall, a training hall at the edge of Brügge and a gate house at a third location. This hotel with its small number of rooms, a perfectly prepared breakfast and rooms in a beautiful historical style, was located perfectly at the very edge of the historic district. Our room fit us 4 perfectly and was very quiet even with the windows directed to the street. However most important are the people though: We felt welcomed and all interactions were warm und friendly. Thank you very much for this beautiful stay!

There is really nothing I could think of. We had a great time and couldn't wish for more.
