Great staff, great location, great hotel!

Great experience from check in until check out. What a concept top floor lobby with bar and lounge area which provides an incredible view of Copenhagen. Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in!

айпад, на котором никак не могла сделать кондиционер по теплее, пришлось звонить на ресепшен чтобы сделали температуру выше, так как очень мерзла

Clean hotel, helpful staffs, storage room

The price is too high with no toiletries, no electric kettle, no complimentary coffee & tea. The other side of the bed is right next to the wall which makes it difficult to get on & off from the bed, not enough umbrella available where there is heavy rain.

Todo ok. Cami, de la recepción, muy amable y didáctica para explicar en español todos los recorridos en el mapa. Sus sugerencias nos resultaron geniales. Nos asistió siempre durante toda la estancia. Gracias .

Particularmente, a mi no me resulta práctico manejar la habitación desde un iPad, por ej demoraba para iniciar. Pero no fue un problema, Fe echo es la segunda vez que visito un hotel de porque cadena.

Amazing hotel, amazing city

The facilities are very modern, the room is very technological, and is very comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is front of a big plaza, which has a metro that takes you everywhere.

Brilliant - I would stay here again and highly recommend other do to!

This hotel is amazing and I cannot fault any aspect of my stay. If you get a chance to stay here I would highly recommend it. Great value for money. From the amazing, friendly, accommodating staff to the location, the views, decor, the room with its layout, inclusions and technology - all brilliant. They have thought of everything to make a short or long stay cozy & comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with options to suit most / all cultures and diets / dietary requirements. There is ample space and seating options for guests to sit in the 24 hour lounge and read, work, grab a snack or socialise. I didn’t feel out of place sitting there to read my book at night sipping my wine. No pressure on guests to purchase food / drinks to use the lounge - just a great space to hang out. Location is within walking distance to most of the top tourist attractions, in fact, I’d highly recommend (weather permitting) that you take a walk around the local streets of this hotel to view the beautiful and amazing architecture. Close to the Tivoli Gardens, breath of other restraunts, quaint / quirky shops, local designers, shopping and convenience stores.

That I had to leave it! I can’t fault any aspect of my stay.

Gostamos da localização, da dedicação da equipe da recepção, muito simpáticas e prestativas.

Tamanho muito pequeno da suite, escolhemos ficar numa suíte Standard, mas o tamanho é exageradamente reduzido a ponto de você ter a impressão de estar em Tóquio numa hospedagem em capsulas! A Limpeza foi muito precária, mesmo sendo a cada 2 pernoites, precisa pelo menos limpar o banheiro todos os dias e repor itens de banho , isso devido ao tamanho reduzido dos acessórios, Também não gostamos da pia ficar fora do banheiro Suite muito pequena e restritiva no movimento do quarto, para pessoas mais velhas fica impraticável se movimentar ao redor da cama.

Self reception that did not work at all. Instead of getting reception services you need to book yourselves in, and then the system did not work so they needed to do it anyhow. I pay for service, not for self service.

Won’t recommend. Food was awful

Nothing really I left after 2 nights and moved to another hotel Signage is bad. When driving next to the hotel the sign on ground level is behind you as you pass. Not facing you. 2 small “M” on the roof top , who walks around with their head up!!!

It was like being in a box Everything in the room needs the iPad. Not possible to find in the dark.

Viel zu kalt im Zimmer. Die Heizung hatte ständig Aussetzer. Das WC direkt vor der Dusche in einem Raum und direkt neben dem Bett- nicht schön.

Lovely little gem in heat of Copenhagen

Loved all the arty touches. Really quirky little place. Amazing coffee and delish brekky. Staff were extremely helpful and informative. Comfortable bed and you can operate tv, lights, air conditioning and blinds via app on your room iPad. Location is great. You can walk to many sights. Enjoyed our stay.
