Worst experience ever, dont come here!!!!!!!
I have lung problems, and i have to breathe the moisture of the wall. This is a nightmare. They said they're full and can't give me a solution. Unbelievable!!!

The first room and bathroom was very different from the pictures, but they changed for us. it was ok.

Breakfast and nice staff

The location, great breakfast and staff. Big room with desk.
The bed is two single beds together and not comfortable. The bathroom smelled badly.

Friendly Reception Excellent location a short walk from Station and en route to historic centre of this gem of a City. Overall good value for money but with the reservation of a couple of criticisms (see below)
The breakfast was very poor value in rapport with the price. But the biggest disadvantage was the deafening traffic noise on the side of the hotel where my room was located.

Good location nice staff decent breakfast.
The bed was very soft

Part of the staff was very kind and easy going. The location is also very good, near the historical center of the city. Easy check in and check out.
I found a drawer full of refute including cigarette ashes and a beer bottle. When I complained, they couldn't clean so I had to sleep with that bad smell of cigarette in the room. That ruined the experience.

Beds are so uncomfortable! the garden outside which you can see on the pictures is closed… would not come back

The staff, they where very polite and friendly
The breakfast, first day we had eggs, bananas, one of the days not even cheese, other no fruits or fruit in a bad state, but no eggs or bananas anymore. Also they need another person for breakfast, because the receptionist does everything (breakfast and hotel care)

Very well located, 150m from train station and historical area. Breakfast was ok. Attendants were friendly but few of them speak good english.

room a bit dusty. Floor not swept during stay. Toilet roll and bath mat not replaced

Good breakfast, with gluten free options
The room on the first floor was noisy, as just below the road

Good location but parking was a problem. We had to park at the railway station.

The breakfast service was very bad. We arrived at 9:00 AM, there were no dishes and only one piece of bread was left.
Nobody came to refill or even check if everything is fine in the breakfast room. We don't consider this as a breakfast. This happened 3 times during our stay.

The location and the photographer who made the advertising pics of the property...
NOT RECOMMENDED. They sold as “junior suite “ something like the grandmother’s bedroom with the original furniture inside, including the spring mattress which was really very old (and you could feel it!). Room poorly decorated, ground floor on noisy busy street with traffic; door not isolated, you could hear anything, like a bell that rang until 1am and started again at 6am or the staff talking and making noises with dishes from 5:45am... “free toiletries” means one (yes, one!) piece of soap with which you have to shower, wash your hands, your face, your bottom and your face again should you need it... 4 hours 30 of sleep! They sell a thing with good photos, then you find yourself in something like that. TO BE AVOIDED WITH CARE !!!
4.2
The hotel is perfectly located in the centre and a short walk to the station. The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are lovely.
The bed was not comfortable and the walls were paper thin so I could hear all from next door and across the hall! 6:30am and heavy traffic outside and banging doors from cleaners
