Pleasant, air-conditioned room and breakfast room. Very friendly and helpful staff who took time to have a conversation . They made the hotel a genuinely welcoming place.
Everything was fine.

The meal I had in the restaurant was exceptional. The new chef has come up with some excellent dishes!
There was nothing that I did not like.

Amazing hotel situated in the centre of town. Ideal for couples or business travel. Very clean rooms and lots of space. Breakfast is fantastic and there is a big choice! The staff are very kind and easy to get on with. We stayed 2 nights and we even had our rooms cleaned on the first day which was a really nice touch. The staff will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is top quality. Highly recommended.

The same friendly breakfast service

Location is great
Breakfast tarts were good
Coffee was good
Juice good
However Breakfast should have some variety e.g the cold cuts for my 8 day stay were the same kind of ham and salami and cheese…a different kind of salami and cheese would be welcome;
Scrambled eggs were too dry and always cold

I can't thank the staff enough, they absolutely were fantastic! They really made every extra effort to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay. My room was clean and well presented, with a wonderful bathroom and there was a great choice of options at breakfast. Oh, and the coffee was superb.

Nice, quiet breakfast and a very good service!
It would have been nice with a small area where you can sit and relax🙏 Away from the reception

This is a very nice hotel and people. Recommended to stay :)
Positioned in the very center, 24h parking is nearby.
There was a strange odor in the bathroom. Apart of that everything was ok.

This lovely boutique hotel was a delightful surprise for us and made our travel through Italy even more special. The rooms are elegant and very comfortable, so much so that we decided to just hang out in the room one day and rest, plan the next leg of the trip and enjoy. The location is great, right near plazas with excellent restaurants and beautiful architecture all around. The owners of the hotel that also work there are wonderfully helpful and good-humoured. If you are a meat connoisseur, the restaurants nearby specialize in delicious and local dishes. There is good food for veggies too!
If there was free parking nearby that would be great. But c'est la vie!

Excellent service on arrival. An elegant hotel which strives to satisfy their clients' every wish.
Breakfast, while adequate, was a little disappointing.

Centrally located and very clean

Central location close to Pistoia city center. Helpful and very friendly staff.
Air condition did not work at all. The last night it kind of worked, but does not properly cool. I guess not much the staff can do about it, the facility is just quite outdated.

It was quite clean
Payed for 2 nights but left the first night because of the noise.
Room was really small
There was no desk.
