Highly recommended if looking for a stay away from city centres

Always stay here when coming up for Taekwando Comps, Always clean and comfortable and the breakfast is always excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Cracking location with lots of amenities nearby

Perfect for a journey break.

Gor a journey break, the location is excellent. Just off the motorway and suitable food available just off site.

Good location close to Glasgow city centre, lively personable start, expect an additional £25 fee of bringing a dog

Having spent 7 days on the NC500 driving around Scotland I hit a flat tire and was fed up so rather than drive back to Yorkshire, found this place at a cheaper cost than others in the Glasgow area. The two young ladies who greeted me in the night shift were brilliant and very friendly. They also welcome dogs so my Frenchie was more than happy with the large bed having been camping.

I think £25 for a dog to stay is excessive. At the point of booking I chose the hotel for the price, to then be told at reception this fee was due is a bit of a lie. After booking I drive straight to to the hotel, it wasn’t until I went to bed booking.com had sent me a message regarding the additional charge. My small dog has never caused damage and is house trained, a small child is more likely to wet the bed or mark the walls then him. A great stay overall but this charge I feel is not fair.

Excellent value for money.

The room was really big but the bed was enormous, excellent. Breakfast was first class. Lots of choice both hot and cold all washed down with either decaf or ordinary tea and coffee or fruit juice.

No bedside cabinet at one side of the bed and the sockets were on the opposite side of the room which was so not so handy.

対応　施設は全く問題はなくコスパは大変優れていると思いますホテルのふっくらしたスタッフの方の対応がアットホームな感じでこちらの注文にすぐ対応してくださったので大変嬉しく感じました

以前ヨークの北の方にある同系列の朝食のクオリティが高すぎたので朝食に過度な期待をし過ぎてしまいまたコスパもヨーク郊外の方がよかったので　そこが少し残念

Being woken up at 3.40am 4am and 5.20 am from various people shouting banging the door trying let cards and wrenching at the door handle not felt very insecure with 2 kids in the room have feedback but as usual not acted upon or feedback given back

Clean , modern cost effective hotel with free parking. Pleasant friendly staff

The sower was a little underpowered and the bedside lamp didn’t light properly. They had run out of eggs at breakfast ??!! The bacon and sausages were dehydrated, perhaps having been under a hot lamp too long

Great stay!

Breakfast was good with choice of cereals or cooked. Enough to set us up for the onward journey! Hotel was centrally located with large retail park adjacent which was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Lovely staff. Pleasant clean room with nice shower room.

The pillows on the bed were very hard and uncomfortable. The cooked breakfast was disappointing, the Cumberland sausages tasted insipid and unpleasant, nothing like anything I recognise as a Cumberland sausage.

Great location and value for money for all the family

location off the motorway great and close to food and shopping outlets. Great can take dogs as opens up a lot more travel and stop overs We even found green areas to walk the dog

spacious room. lovely breakfast that caters well for dietary requirements such a my gluten free children. Dove products in bathroom. good location. free parking. comfortable bed.

Staff were not attentive, we were left standing at reception with two young children at 10pm being ignored before being checked in. one staff member walked past us into the office on his own personal phone and didn't speak to us or check us in. booked a family room but the sofa bed was not made up so we had to make this up late at night before putting the children to bed. it was also extremely expensive for one night stay.

amazing staff, nothing was a problem. we were staying for a funeral and they were so caring, couldn’t thank them enough.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and had everything you need from hairdryer, ironing board, iron, plenty of hangers and refreshments.
