Cheap and great once inside room. Smokers hanging around just outside main door is unacceptable.

Room fittings new. Good location

No designated smoking area. Smokers too close to hotel entrance. Walking through smoke every time is very unpleasant. Hotel should provide a smoking area away from the front door. Carpets shabby. Decor and fittings outside rooms very tired.

Very disappointing. Not a 3 star

Apart from only one female, the staff were absolutely lovely

Walls in room were dirty, as was behind the door . A couple book the room but there was only one chair? The pillows were disgusting. Just old old fibre fill hanging out

Worst hotel I have ever stayed, I can say cheap hotels are better in the Philippines.

The concierge was racist her name is Sayu. We saw how she treated and talked to white people or other customers before us. We didnt like the hotel. For a 429 and 400 a night was totally a scammed. The room we stayed was old, the toilet and bath need renovation as well as the room. All look old and even the bed chair lights and everything. We have been staying from different hotels, Incan say that Quality Ambassador Hotel is the worst. I am being fair but this is an honest review and I should have reqd a review prior booking

Location within Perth CBD was perfect. Local shops, cafes all very close by.

Restaurant is average. Bed was atrocious. Springs hanging out the sides, digging into your back. Extremely uncomfortable.

to be honest, I really tried to look for something that was good about the property but was not able to see anything I liked about the property.

very rundown certainly needs a really good clean from reception to lobby to the elevator hallway and the room. It was all very disgusting. I’m not just saying that anyone that goes to this hotel will stay the same. The standards are very poor. The bed linen was clean, but showed old stains bed linen needed to go into the bin I refused to sleep in the bed the bathrooms were full of grime. You can see no effort is made to get the small detail right. the emergency exit staircase that leads to the ground level Hass to be the most disgusting filth I have seen in my entire life. This hotel is due for a good solid renovation or demolition. Nothing more. I do realize this hotel is a three star but it doesn’t stop anyone keeping hygiene, standards, up-to-date.

No sound on TV- staff notified, was told maintenance would be told and that was it. Mould on roof in shower Soap holder falling off wall Vent full of dust Rust in bath (unable to use)
