Pequeno almoço excecional, bastante variado Localização Sauna e banho turco bons, apesar de num dos dias não estar a funcionar o banho turco ou nós não sabermos Agradável jardim com música ambiente e vários passarinhos, mas a precisar de alguma cor Agradável entrada, bem cheirosa

Parque estscionamento pago Ter que passar pelo exterior para ir para a piscina interior WC a precisar de modernizar Resgurdo na cama, fazia muito barulho quando nos mexiamos

Excellent

The staff where very accommodating. We arrived at the property 7 AM, our room was ready so they allowed us to check in much earlier without additional charges. The hotel is situated a short walk to the centre of Funchal.

The exterior walls of the property in the courtyard could use a little TLC.

Pequeno-almoço muito bom!

O pequeno-almoço buffet era ótimo, com oferta muito variada. O quarto era espaçoso, tinha 2 casas de banho e uma varanda grande com vista para o pátio interior. A localização do hotel era central.

Uma das casas de banho não tinha porta/barreira no chuveiro, cujo espaço era um pouco acanhado e resultava no chão molhado e tapete encharcado.

Fint hotell som ligger nära till Ponta Delgada. Trevlig hotellfrukost, inredning och personal. Bra gym och pooler.

Les petits déjeuners étaient très bien, quantités, fraicheurs des produits et propreté de la salle de restaurant. Les chambres étaient spacieuses avec climatisation, literies de très bonnes qualité et salle de bain vaste et très propre. Piscines couverte et découverte avec prêt de serviette et peignoirs dans notre formule, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi et salle de sport également disponibles

The disadvantages outweigh the advantages

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The spa facilities are pampering. The breakfast is good, and the hotel staff is very kind and helpful.

Those who want to sleep well at night should look for another hotel. The rooms of this hotel face a garden, and at 5:30 AM the garden filled with flocks of birds screeching and creating a horrifying noise. This means that at 5:30 AM you wake up to the screeching of birds. Like sleeping in a jungle Later we were moved to another room, but it was no better, because it faces the courtyards of private houses where different types of poultry (probably geese or peacocks) are raised, which also create a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning. In addition, the hotel is very bad at making its guests feel welcome. They charge money for every little thing, even a capsule of coffee. It's just shameful. They also charge 9 euros per day for parking, even though there is plenty of free space in the parking lot. Please note that there are many free parking spaces in the streets near the hotel, so you do not have to use the hotel's parking lot and pay for it

Localização. Ecrã gigante no bar, que deu para acompanhar o Benfica rumo ao 38.

Embora variado, o pequeno almoço era apenas de qualidade regular, sempre servido a uma temperatura fria, independentemente da hora. Varanda do quarto estava imunda - à falta de melhor definição. Ar condicionado não satisfaz na medida em que o mesmo é de gestão central. Apenas funcionava em modo ventoinha. Hotel dispõe de estacionamento pago (9euros dia), o que considerando o valor da diária e o facto de ser classificado como 4 estrelas, parece-me absurdo. Room service tem o custo unitário de 5 euros, o que se transforma com facilidade em >50% do pedido quando o mesmo se tratar de um chá para dois, ou uma sandes, por exemplo.

Ilha magnífica num hotel razoavelmente bom

O quarto era muito espaçoso. O pequeno almoço estava bom . A cama era confortável , a varanda agradável ,

As salas são de aspeto frio. A zona exterior estava mal cuidada e é muito pequena , as fotos sao um pouco enganadoras .

Bom sítio para passar uns dias. Perto dos jardins botânicos a pé!

Camas super-confortáveis. Belíssimo pequeno almoço e jantar. Comida excelente! A piscina de água quente era boa, embora com dosagem de cloro variável.... Bom duche escocês e sauna. Boa mesa de snooker. Staff impecável. Estacionamento incluído.

O aparelho de ar condicionado fazia demasiado barulho.

Hotel maravilhoso perto do Aeroporto e do centro de Ponta Delgada

Pequeno almoço extremamente diversificado e servido numa sala com muita luz natural virada para o jardim interno. Quarto do Hotel renovado e espaçoso com varanda. Casa de banho muito elegante e moderna. Decoração do hotel muito bem conseguida.

Интерьер отеля очень красивый. Отдельное внимание хочу уделить аромату в отеле – очень приятный! Я заранее попросила дать номер с видом на сад и я его получила, спасибо. У меня был день рождения и отель при заезде в номер подарил мне торт и в сам день рождения подарил еще один и угостил шампанским. Это было безумно приятно и подняло мне настроение. Я воспользовалась массажем в спа – довольна!)

Добавить в номер тапочки. Хаммам и сауну хотелось бы погорячее, к вечеру они остыли, а настроить температуру самим так и не получилось.

Zentrale Lage des Hotels. Personal super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Mittels QR Code kann man im Zimmer alle wichtigen Fragen und die Karten der Bar und des Restaurantes nachlesen. Ausgezeichnetes Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis.

Im Poolbereich ist das Tragen einer Schwimmhaube verpflichtet, welche im Hotel erworben werden konnte.

Great place to rest and unwind in Ponta Delgada

It’s located centrally in Ponta Delgada so everything is within walking distance. Lots of amenities including a great wellness area with pool, sauna and steam room which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of selection and very tasty. The rooms were super comfortable, spacious and clean. Everyone we encountered there was very helpful and extremely nice! We loved having casual drinks at the bar — great cocktails and very good bartenders!

Lack of communication between staff, room service had nothing but burgers available granted it was late at night but no option just a burger and kinda rude, staff said had full menu, told to go to bar for certain things but bar closed told to go to coffee bar I'd bar was closed then coffee bar would look at you like you had 3 heads

lovely stay

Lovely staff who were really helpful. they helped us book activities and also taught us about the bus system. Love our large room with divided living room and e separate bathrooms.

they told us we have to wear swimming caps for the indoor pool, so we bought a set, but no one bothered using it. The steam bath does not always work, and the heat is a bit suboptimal. We also wanted ocean view but being on the 2nd door, we saw mostly room tops and not much ocean view at all.

Would recommend this hotel without hesitation! Facilities are beautiful, clean and attractive.

The breakfast is the best I've ever had in any hotel stay; everything so fresh and a huge variety was offered. The dining room was large and super clean; staff very attentive. Highly recommended to stay and have breakfast.

Generally very pleasurable and spacious room, can't say anything bad about it. The breakfast was pretty average.

There is an express with capsules, but they are paid 1.5 euro each. There is no tea or hot water.

Good price value for a 4 Star hotel.

I enjoyed my one-night stay in room 433. The room was very well appointed, bed was comfy, television and internet worked great. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was outstanding! The room rate, for a 4-star hotel, was a good value.

Just an observation: the 4th floor hallway has the scent of chlorine from the pool but there was no chlorine odor in the room.

Superb

The staff was exceptional. The breakfast was excellent. The spa treatment offers were great. The hotel is beautifully decorated.

Limited gym equipment, particularly for lower body training. A barbell and a few kettlebells would be an easy fix. Some more variety on the fruit section of the breakfast would also be nice, particularly for a more extended stay.
