Emplacement idéal pour visiter Marseille

L emplacement parfait pour visiter Le parking L’isolation phonique est vraiment bonne que ce soit interne ou de la route Le personnel de réception très sympathique et de bon conseil La vue sur la basilique

Les wc ne sont pas aux normes PMR Il ne me semblait pas nécessaire de demander ( j aurai du .. ) La déco des chambres est un peu simpliste pour le prix et en comparaison avec les autres hôtel même gamme Des taches ( propres ) sur la moquette Des bouteilles vides et tasses qui traînent dans le couloir Une prise de chaque côté du lit serait un minimum Le personnel d étage qui met la pression à 10h30 pour que l’on quitte la chambre alors que c est 11h …

A lovely time in a good located hotel with nice facilities.

We loved the pool, very needed in the recent heat. Breakfast is very good too. And the view from the breakfast area. Very nice and kind staff.

The city was ideally located in close proximity to Vieux port, you had views over the port. It was a tranquil spot close to the city centre.

The hotel is in dire need of a refurb. Communal areas including most furniture has not changed since my last visit circa 2010. Everything looks worn out. Also room wasn’t really clean. I checked under sofa bed to see if I had dropped something and there was a dirty old ear plug and dust fluff disgusting

Great location for tourists and demonstrators

Helpful staff, great underground parking, great location, epic petit dejeuner with a view of the old harbor.

Room was a little too modern, lots of hard surfaces, not much charm. We planned on visiting the town, but les manifestations were right outside the hotel, so we just hit the road--Marseille, un autre jour.

Had a great stay, and as mentioned the restaurant was exceptional!

We loved our evening meal in the restaurant, the staff and the food were just great! The hotel location is great being just enough away from the mayhem of the main port, it's like an oasis after some time in the bustle of Marseille.

I would have picked a better room if I could, though it served its purpose well.

Nice stay but hot room

Good location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast

Room was very hot and air conditioning seemed ineffective at cooling it down. We had mixed responses about cost of the car park. One receptionist said we had to insert our ticket and pay, a second said we had to insert our ticket and not pay but a third said that we needed a separate ticket to allow us free exit. Quite costly to park so glad we enquired several times!
