Family friendly and comfortable stay in Calella

Location was ideal, beach is a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were late checking in and reception kept some sandwiches for us to eat as the restaurant had closed. A small gesture but very thoughtful. Hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. Kids enjoyed the kids club painting. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good.

Decor in the room is a bit tired/dated and the beds were soft for our liking. Not really a 4* more a 3* but very happy with stay nonetheless.

Prima hotel voor 1 nachtje. Aanrader WanJiaFu Restaurant Xinès grilled duck no 106!!!

Personeel was vriendelijk.

Het beddengoed. De sprei was somber van kleur en de deken eronder was ouderwets. Als ze het beddengoed vervangen in een meer eigentijdse kleur (fel licht blauw of geel) en een lichte dekbed, dan is de kamer helemaal af. De badkamer was gelukkig wel vernieuwd en heel netjes.

A smooth stay in family

The staff at the restaurant was very kind and helpful. The food was quiet good as well as the breakfast.

Aamiainen OK.

Huone kaipaisi päivitystä. Kylpyamme. Hotellissa oli paljon mm. suomalaisia uimaseurojen nuoria-teini-ikäisiä. He pitivät hirveetä meteliä päivittäin, juoksivat pitkin käytäviä, kiljuivat ja paiskoivat ovia. Uima-altaalle he myös pitivät meteliä, huutelivat parvekkeella oleville, jotka heittelivät kaikenlaisia tavaroita uima-altaalle, mm. sandaaleja, hiusharjoja, ym. yksi poika syljeskeli uima-altaaseen. Kukaan ei puuttunut asioihin, ei heidän valvojat, eikä henkilökunta. Ei enää koskaan tähän hotelliin, jossa olen ollut usein, vuodesta 2002 alkaen.

not very nice all in all however the staff are good and the place is clean but it’s not for everyone.

small rooms for a family to share. they didn’t give me my request. sea view with two single beds. they gave us a noisy pool view with a double bed for our son and daughter who are 13 and 14. we had a week booked but we left after the third night with no refund.

- nice and helpful staff who is speaking english - very good breakfast, fresh, warm, a lot to choose from - beautiful hall and restaurant - very nice pool in SPA and saunas - fresh towels every day - late breakfast till 10:30 am - luggage storage for early arrivals

Dirty and noisy, would not recommend.

Poolside was OK and kids entertainment was really nice, best thing about the hotel.

One of the rooms we had booked had a terrible smell that the staff did not do anything about even if we complained two times (spraying fabreeze does not count as fixing the problem). The rooms are really small and in no way suitable for a family of four. There is not even room to store one suitcase. The rooms are not soundproof and poorly built, there was a gap all around the doorway so not only did noice come in from the corridor but the light from outside would light up the room through the gap around the door. The room was also dirty and the AC had probably not been cleaned for months.

3 star Hotel

It was near the beach and other facilities like restaurants shops, train station about 20 minutes walk so you can go to Barcelona,nice spa.

The food in the hotel it was sort of same every day and for vegetarians not much option just plain pizza and chips every day just a bland food . The bed was not comfortable and you get charged for a locker, the entertainment was just for kids every day nothing for adults and should have had entertainment for adults because we paid so much money to get there ,i don't feel that is 4 star hotel although it's clean hotel.

Great place. The beds were comfortable, the beach was very close and the car could be parked in a public car park near the hotel and cost 6 Euros / 24 hours. The choice of food is rich and very very tasty.
