Ligging is top. Alleen parkeren blijft een probleem in Callela.

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. En behulpzaam. Ligging is goed,

Sanitair kan een flinke opknapbeurt gebruiken. Kussenslopen niet passend, waardoor het niet fris leek.Eten is redelijk tot goed, maar veel van hetzelfde. Let wel op sommige koks bakken het vlees niet goed door, soms is het bijna rauw!! Stroomstoring meegemaakt waardoor de airco en de lift uitviel.

Confortable sous conditions

Une chambre confortable et accessible , un petit déjeuner rapide et complet. Le parking est distant mais indispensable. Proche des commerces et de la voie ferré.

L’hôtel est en fait le résultat du regroupement d’un hôtel plus ancien et un autre plus récent mais à la vue des chambres plus limitée. Le dîner en 1/2 p est correct mais sans imagination et le fait de faire payer les boissons en milieu de repas est désagréable. Peu d’informations disponibles sur le spa et massages un peu cher en comparaison avec la France.

Ens van ficar moltes presses a l'hora de sopar i un menjar molt dolent. Molt de sorroll també del carrer. Massa turistic.

Pas mal pour cette période

L'hôtel est propre. Pour cette période pas de soucis pour se garer et le stationnement est gratuit.

Buffet très petit, pas beaucoup de choix et répétitif, celui de petit déjeuner était pas mal.

Fantastico hotel para ir en invierno

La cama super comoda, la distribución de la habitación, la ubicación. Lo resulutivo de los camareros/as. Estaba lleno pero no habia que hacer colas ni esperar a que rotara los platos.

Nada a destacar, por poner algo, la temperatura del agua del Spa, podría estar mas alta, se notava algo fria.

Perfect for Ironman Barcelona!

Stayed here for the Barcelona Ironman. It seemed like almost everyone else there was doing the same, and they were very well set up for dealing with confused/excited/tired athletes! Location is fantastic for the event, and the lift is big enough to get your bike in quite easily. Balcony meant the bike could be left safely outside of the room, breakfast put on early on the event day. If I do the race again (and that's a big 'if'!) I won't hesitate to book this place again.

I'd have a liked a bath. But, to be fair, I would've probably missed my flight home if there'd been one!!

L’atenció del personal que hi treballa.

L’Spa no està al nivell si vas amb aquesta intenció (tot i tenir instal·lacions per a massatges, no tenen massatgista, i el jacuzzi no funciona).

Conforme aux descriptions

L'emplacement, la chambre (confort) spacieuse et très confortable, le personnel de la réception très sympathique, la piscine romantique avec son côté vintage

La nourriture était moyenne, pas très variée, les sets de table en matière synthétique réutilisés sans cesse, juste essuyé d'un coup de chiffon, pas top sur un plan hygiénique

Agréable séjour

Bonne prestation dans l'hôtel. Personnel très disponible et très agréable avec leurs clients. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Υπάρχουν καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία στην περιοχή στην ίδια τιμή. Δεν συνιστώ το ξενοδοχείο αν θέλετε ένα αληθινό τετράστερο.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ παλιό και σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν είναι τεσσάρων αστέρων. Οι φωτογραφίες είναι παραπλανητικές και σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν περίμενα αυτο που προσφέρουν σε σχέση με την τιμή που πλήρωσα. Σε πολλά σημεία μύριζε μούχλα. Το κρεβάτι στο δωμάτιο έτριζε με την κάθε κίνηση κ το στρώμα δεν ηταν άνετο. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου με το ζόρι έκλεινε. Το ψυγείο έκανε θόρυβο όλη την νύχτα και δεν μπορούσαμε να το θέσουμε εκτός λειτουργίας γιατί η κατάψυξη είχε 5 δάχτυλα πάγο που θα έλιωνε. Η μπάνιερα είχε μια πλαστική κουρτίνα που με την κάθε κίνηση το νερό έτρεχε έξω. Πολλά σημεία με σκουριά και το χαρτί μπάνιου τόσο λεπτό και φθηνό που χρειάζεσαι ένα ρολο την ημέρα. Οι πρίζες είναι σε περίεργα σημεία για να τις χρησιμοποιήσεις. Μηδέν ηχομόνωση. Ακούγαμε τα πάντα από παντού. Το πρωινό δεν έχει μεγάλη ποικιλία σε σχέση με αλλά τετράστερα. Η πισίνα είναι μικρή και δεν την βλέπει ο ήλιος.

Lovely place to stay

Breakfast was very nice and plenty to choose from.

Wi-fi could be better, wasn’t worth using and the smart tv In the room only had 1 English Channel.

Superb

Clean

There was some confusion when I checked in, when I booked it on booking.com I got the room with breakfast included but when I got to the hotel, they told me I had not paid for breakfast. I had to pay for breakfast again.

Very good

The staff were lovely, especially to our toddler who just loved the fuss all the kitchen staff made over him everyday. They had a very good booster seat set up, ready for us at the dinner table at breakfast and dinner (which was a nice touch). The food was good, although when I did have the cooked breakfast, both times gave me a bad stomach. The fruit and pastries were amazing. Reception staff were polite and friendly with a smile, and the cleaners did a fantastic job.

Its a shame the building is wedged between a few other hotels, a sea view or any other view that wasn't concrete or other hotel rooms would have been great.

Exceptional experience

Great location, beach is a few hundred meters away. Stuff were very friendly, food was delicius and excellent.

Range of vegan meals could be greater. There is no standard bathroom kits which is standard for 4 star hotel. Roof pool was closed at the time when we stayed.

Everything great except cramped dining area

Good sized room, clean, good bathroom. We were passing through on a bicycle tour so only stayed one night. Perfectly OK for a short stay.

Construction work on opposite building but of course not the hotel's fault. Biggest thumbs down was the dinner and breakfast buffet experience. Choice and quality were super but there was a group there and it was a beehive in the dining area, everything a bit too hectic, noisy and too little space.

The staff was great, the RESTERAUNT was yummy, the pool was nice.

There was loud music from the hotel across the street until late at night making it somewhat hard to sleep.

Would stay again, it was comfortable and the location was good.

Great location, staff were friendly, and the room was very clean.

Spa was not too accessible, value for money could be improved though we did visit peek summer, the bed was nice but not amazing.

perfect little break

The hotel was right in the heart of the town but never noisy. I managed to grab a corner room overlooking the square so it was perfect to relax with a book and a drink. The young lad in the pool bar was very welcoming and knowledgeable about places to go….and football.

Very good

Hotel was clean and rooms comfy, staff was very nice, good facilities and close to the beach.

Internet not very good. They close the doors at night which is a bit weird. They charge you 5 eur per person if you want to use the pool and/or the spa. I think that is super weird, I think if you're paying for a stay that should be part of it. Also I wanted to have a cup of coffee in the morning, not have a full breakfast, and they were like well we can't serve you just coffee or you can't just pay for coffee, we serve the full breakfast which is 9 euros. Also super strange, why can't I just have a cup of coffee? Totally ridiculous.
