Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich. Essen sehr gut.

Bathroom felt a bit outdated

Lovely bed and pools
Alcohol Expensive. 18.50E. For a gin & tonic.

The location and setting of the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was great and the lunch and dinner options were good too!
The staff in the restaurants were really friendly and attentive. The pool was lovely. The rooms are dated (as many other reviews state) but they are comfy and clean.
The reception staff were quite rude and unhelpful at times. When asking about taxis they didn’t seem to want to help us and weren’t clear with what was needed. On check out they took payment twice even though we showed them the payment had gone through on our side.

Fabulous location and views from our balcony. Breakfast offered good selection to set you up for the day ahead. The restaurant was also lovely, we ate there twice during our stay and had the Paella both times! a treat!
Rooms were spacious and pool areas were lovely, with 5 on offer we found we nearly had a pool to ourselves each day. Loads of little hideaways and terraces to enjoy some rest. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
The location while fabulous is out from local facilities with the main town of Paguera a 20minute walk away.
There are also a lot of steps on the property which may not suit some travellers such as elderly, families with buggies etc.
The restaurant closes for food early at 21:15. Although we were offered a small grazing plate when we arrived late the first night.

the position was lovely and the staff so helpful and friendly

Very charming hotel with amazing view.
The room is with balcony and sea-view.
We were on half-board meals plan, the food was 5-star, kudos to the chefs, menu with 4-course choices, well executed, tasty and changing every day.
Some staff were very professional and welcoming, Emilio and (sorry I didn’t get the names) the lady in the all-day restaurant (always smiling)in the à la carte restaurant.
Housekeeping was well-done every day.
When we arrived, earlier than check-in time, we didn’t feel the welcome you would expect from a 5-star hotel, although the room was not ready, the reception didn’t seem busy not to be able to give us a tour of the property, rather than that they give you some pieces of printed paper with random information.
The room is OK, no coffee machine, no kettle, very uncomfortable mattress, not soundproofed room, nice to hear every next door rooms at night.
The bath amenities are a joke, shower gel and shampoo not able to make proper foam.
Breakfast was good but the options on the buffet are in my opinion limited unlike the dinner options.
Overall for a 200€+ per night we didn’t feel a 5-star hotel stay, 4-star would be more appropriate from a service standpoint.

Breakfast was great , location too
We would have expected a coffee machine in the room and maybe a little snack. Also still water at the facilities and in the room was missing. There is no service at the Pool and not even some fruits as a welcome.

Lovely hotel in a stunning location, an oasis of tranquility. Lots of nooks and crannies to find peace and quiet. The best sea swimming was nearby at Caló d'en Monjo (a short walk away).
The hotel was perfect for our needs.

Nice pools & location.
The staff were all rude, didn't really care all that much about their guests. It was almost as if they didn't want you there & it was a chore. Not really expected at a 5 star hotel. Only two of the waitors were polite

Amazing location on a cliff overlooking the sea, wonderful views, and quiet.
Choice of many pools and terraces, or a walk to 2 beaches.
Lovely dining terrace
Great spa treatment by Sophia
Service was not brilliant. Our room was not fully made-up in the morning - cushions and throw were left on the floor, towels not hung up or replaced. Restaurant felt short-staffed
The bed was too firm for us - we were glad to be moving on after 2 nights.

Large room
Did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Decor was tired, bathroom fittings dated. The service was average as was the food. Breakfast outside was plagued by wasps. The hotel looks out over a large swimming pool but it turns out that pool doesn't belong to the hotel. The hotel's main pool is down a slope and is shaded for large parts of the day. Location is up a very steep hill quite far away from the beach and there are virtually no bars or restaurants nearby.

The location, pools and the view is truly amazing.
Everything that is not the view and the location was pretty bad. Rooms not clean and kind of old and outdated. The breakfest is not great.

Nice hotel with lots of good facilities. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The restaurants served lovely and varied food. Nice decor and good atmosphere in the main hotel areas.
Our lovely room with superb balcony and views was a little tired and the super king bed was very hard. The hotel is built into a cliff and there were lots and lots of steps. The parking is somewhat chaotic at times.

beach was small but literally across the road
parts of the hotel, especially lower pool areas were quite shabby and unkept

It''s the most amazing hotel in a fantastic location with great food and wonderful staff. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Lots of small pools to choose from and secluded places to sit and relax - it felt very luxurious. We chose half board and were so glad we did as the food was amazing and such good value with fantastic staff who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We felt totally pampered! They even gave us a packed breakfast as we had to leave very early for the airport on our last morning.
There's absolutely nothing to not like!

Boutique style hotel with lovely views. lots of small pools and lounging areas dotted around the property
no bars or restaurants within easy walking distance

beautiful setting, good views.
bathroom could use updating - roomy but needs better lighting; makeup mirror would be nice.

it’s a beautiful location with spectacular views. we liked that Bow was not so crowded as other places. the restaurants were fabulous with amazing views. the food was nice and of good quality and the service friendly and helpful. several pools to use and the grounds were beautiful.
As it’s listed as a 5 star resort we expected a few things that may have made it better like an in room tea/coffee making facility, ironing board and iron. (although they did provide laundry service and tea room)
the sofá was uncomfortable and could do with replacing. colour scheme of our room was a bit dreary and old fashion brown.
Pool towels had to be changed at certain times at the pool.
There was not much room in the bathroom for personal amenities like shelf/cupboards. wardrobe storage was also minimal.
We only had one news TV channel in English as it seemed to cater mostly for European nationals. Some of the soft loungers need to be replaced as they are in poor repair. Nonetheless we still enjoyed our time at the hotel. also aware this is post COVID travel so may have had some effect on the property.

Missing pool service. A small pool bar worked between 12:30h and 17:30h. Outside of the working hours it was impossible to buy drinks nor anything else.

good food, pools, location, staff
not cleanest, needs a revamp in terms of interiors badly!

Friendly staff, spoke multiple languages. Location and scenery were amazing. Breakfast had all the food you wanted with selection of pastries as well as eggs etc. Lunch was great, lovely view with cocktails. Dinner had a good selection of choices, loved the fish. The paella was a bit overly flavourful, to many spices and too rich, but that's personal taste. Loved having breakfast, lunch, dinner at various areas of the hotel. There's so many places around the hotel where you can find a place to relax
Sadly the hotel was a bit dated and old, wouldv'e been great in the 70's or 80's, it just needs modernising. Maybe more accessibility for disabled people, but I know given the area it would be extremely difficult.
Not sure this could be rated as a 5 star hotel - don't think its quite there
