Perfect hotel for short stay with very welcoming staff

The best part of this hotel is the location and the staff. I stayed for one night, but everyone on the reception that I met was very polite, smiling and helpful. The breakfast is simple and basic, but I find that for a small hotel like this is fine enough.

The light on the balcony was on most of the night, but I put the dark curtain on and then it was fine. Also, if you are on the balcony, there is no much privacy since you are close to other rooms balcony, however for me it wasn't playing any significant role since I stayed for one night only.

Great hotel for city break.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, city view from balcony. Excellent breakfast included. It was a lovely end to our Greek island holiday and an ideal location between ferry and airport. The recommended taxi service, bookable and payable online with helpful app was very good.

Overall good condition & service, but room cleaning service needs to be improved

It was the second time I staid in this hotel after having made excellent experiences the first time. Overall the hotel met our expectations - the allocated room, the fast check in, the clean room and bath room, free wifi, tv, the generous and tasty breakfast, the booking of a taxi to the airport.

It was annoying that on two consecutive days the room cleaning service had not been in our room. One day can happen, but two in a row?? On the first day we missed them entirely, on the second day we returned at 5pm and the room was not done yet although we had put the signboard out (pls make up the room) already at 10am - however, they were still on our floor when we returned; after we gave a Euro 10 tip at 5pm it was then done by 4 people within 5 minutes.... For breakfast we were expecting creamy Greek yoghurt like the first time, but it was something that had harder consistency (cottage cheese?).

Excellent for three star. We might book Park Hotel again

Greek breakfast choices along with intercontinental. Ideal location. Sparkling clean.

We stayed only for one night and asked two extra pillows around bed time because I'm pregnant and had to prop up myself for sleep . We were told that unfortunately the room service staff had left for the day and they couldn't provide extra pillows. that's the only negative.

Superb

The location was brilliant, so close to the centre, the boardwalk plus all the restaurants. The hotel is lovely, up to date, really clean, good size room, with good aircon for the hot nights. The staff at the hotel are really helpful and friendly....cannot fault them. Great hotel!

Clean,modern, comfy room

The room was clean , the bed was big and very comfy.The bathroom was really nice too.

Unfortunately,there was no gluten free option for breakfast,but they told me they would have arranged it, if I had informed them in advance.

Decent breakfast, convenient location

Small shower, hot water weren't available all the time. No closet to unload one's luggage. Seats near main street. a lot of noise from the street

We spent 1,5h in attempts to find a parking spot. It should be written in the description about this and not like there is a parking nearby. The room was quite modern and stylish. Nice view to the ancient archaeological excavation. Huge balcony but rather useless bcs there are no chairs with a table. Breakfast is very poor, better to not pay for it and have something nice nearby, there are plenty of options.

Very good location and breakfast, nice room with a balcony , no free parking available 1km radius please and that increases basically the price for some people. Only half of the rooms have the view with the street to the sea and sea view.

Exceptional

The location was perfect. Walking distance from the center of town. The room and the bathroom was nicely decorated, urban style and totally renewed and the rest of the hotel. Also, everything was super clean. Special tip for families with 2 children, the 2 connected double bedrooms! Nicely structured to accomodate a family, secure privacy and shared accommodation at the same time. To add, breakfast was nice and personnel very friendly.

Problems with hot water in one day, I had reservation for double bed and receive twin bed, louzy refrigerator .

Very good looking hotel and good value!

The hotel is very nice. Every thing about the hotel is up to date. A very modern and stylish room and hotel. It has an archeological excavation right across the street. The view is unparalleled. The balcony is nice and very large, we had a corner room so it wrapped around the room.

the standard of the hotel, rooms and cleanliness was very satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel

I just wanted to point out that the breakfasts are very repetitive. For the standard of the hotel this breakfast was very poor. It was the same every day.
