Clean, right size room. It is on the outskirts of the city, in an industrial area, but quiet (there is a car salon next to it).
The walls are quite thin, you can hear the neighbors speaking.

Unclear how to ensure dietary needs are met at breakfast. When we booked the stay we didn't understand that we would have to specific and order glutenfree food up front. Maybe that could be made much more clear on the booking page.

Breakfast and clean place
No refrigerator, no closet for clothes, and the bar closes at 8pm. In this hot weather, we had to take tap water from the bathroom which never gets cold enough to drink. The Tv basically can't be connected with Internet to watch movies of our choosing. The place is far from the center where there were restaurants and bars so it is necessary to at least have food in the room but unfortunately there wasn't a fridge to keep the food we bought.

The property was fine. We didn’t think the rooms were separate from the main building, but that is okay. However, we were worried about our belongings as they don’t have a vault. Nonetheless the breakfast was good and the overall stay was worth the price. Compared to the other hotels of this price range we do recommend Lisboa. It was also easy to travel from the hotel to other facilities! We were close to the sea and they do provide parking spots.
Buildings aren’t connected which gives the feeling that random people can just come into the property. There are no vaults so that also worried us a little.

Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room very comfortable. Bit disappointed with location as the add shows waterfront, but in fact its in the industrial zone right next to a car dealer and behind a service station. In a different location the hotel would have been very nice as it is clean and the rooms are small but sufficient. Overall nice hotel for a one night stop.
Be honest about location- its not waterfront or even near water….

Its a Motel and we could park our car in front of our room. OK for sleeping the night and catch the ferry the next morning. The early breakfast was suprisingly good.
Small and basic room with no luxury. Motel is in an industrial area.

Location - close to nature park and Frederikshavn centre/port.
Breakfast was good.
Hotel recently refurbished with nice decor - awful 70’s architecture done good.
Immediate location - situated netween a petrol station and car dealership.

Easy access from motorway. There’s a bus stop close by if coming from Aalborg by bus. Check-in/out was very easy. Coronapas was checked at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the area was spacious. Room was large enough and away from the road, facing a small park.
Motion-activated light/fan in the bathroom: fan whined loudly but wasn’t very effective; we ended up shutting the bathroom door most of the time. The room was clean, but there was a slight smell of mildew in the bathroom.

Good breakfast buffet with lots of choices; bread, eggs, meats & cheeses, yogurt, fruit,
A wonderful coffee machine for espresso, cappuccino, latte. For our family of 8, we rented 4 double rooms and so each had our own bathrooms.
not the properties fault but noisy nights due to a machine shop operating outside our open windows until past midnight.

nice walk on sea coast towards marine. beautiful houses in the coast and walking route between them.
hotel is located next to gas station and car wash which is open till late evening. Sea is accessible by short walk, but no place to swim.
