Ikke ordentlig rengjort, spesielt på bad. Litt kjedelig å måtte gå ute/over veien for å gå til spisesal, resepsjon. Dårlig luft, manglende lufteanlegget.

Netjes, recent gerenoveerd. Mooi hotel!

Erg rumoerig in de omgeving met ronkende scooter en racende auto’s. Helaas geen airco, dus het raam moest open.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis direkt in der Innenstadt mit hervorragendem Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Innenstadt von Frederikshavn an der Fußgängerzone. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zweckmäßig. An das Hotel ist das Restaurant "Empire" mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angeschlossen. Morgens wird dort das Frühstück angeboten. Dies ist ein Highlight. Die Backwaren kommen von einem lokalen Handwerksbäcker, Rührei, Pfannkuchen usw. werden frisch zubereitet, die Qualität und Auswahl ist hervorragend, so gab es sogar Himbeeren, Erdbeeren und Kirschen aus der Region. Da das Hotel eher günstige Preise hat und eher einfach ausgestattet ist, überraschte das Frühstücksbuffet und ist zusammen mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ein wesentlicher Faktor, das Hotel erneut auszuwählen.

Es handelt sich um einen sehr schön renovierten Altbau. Leider hat dies zur Folge, dass die Zimmer relativ klein sind und akustisch wenig abgeschirmt sind (ich hatte das Pech, dass in beiden Nachbarzimmern nachts kleine Kinder schrien - aber das kann nun einmal vorkommen). Sowohl im Treppenhaus, als auch Fluren und Zimmern hat man sich für Teppichboden als Belag entschieden, das ist akustisch vorteilhaft, leider entstehen so stellen, die leicht ungepflegt wirken. - Sonst aber alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Vi betalte ekstra for et værelse med sofa, men informationerne på Booking.com passede ikke, så der var ingen sofa på værelset. På visse områder er værelserne ved at være lidt slidte.

Ein nettes Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone von Frederikshavn. Umliegend sind einige Restaurants zu erreichen, es gibt auch ein hoteleigenes, das jedoch etwas überraschende Öffnungszeiten hatte (schloss immer schon am Nachmittag). Wir haben es jedoch einmal ausprobiert und waren mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und der Service freundlich. Für den Hund gab es sogar ein Begrüßungsgeschenk.

Das Bad hat keine eigene Heizung, was das Duschen bei Minusgraden draußen nicht ganz so angenehm gemacht hat.

Ok ophold til formålet, som kun var en overnatning. Hotellet ligger meget centralt. Der er gratis offentlige parkerings

Sengen var fin og der var meget lidt støj.

Rengøringen var nogenlunde. Dr skal huske at tørre fodlister af i badet - de var lidt lådne. Vandhanen var total kalket til og mør. Vandet stod ud til alle sider. Tror ikke den har været rengjort siden den blev installeret. Værelset samt badeværelse (kosteskabs størrelse) var lille men for én nat var det ok.

Nydeligt ophold

Nydeligt nyt rum med god plads, deilig seng og super badeværelse. Peronalet var meget imødekommende og behjælpelige.

Pleasant place to stay - great location

Nice old building charm, but every "touch point" is up to date. Beds are firm/hard, which is good for me, but not for everyone.

My room was surprisingly small and a little crowded by the furniture. It might make better sense to have a smaller bed in single person rooms. The double bed takes up too much space. Shower was tiny too.

The style of the decor, and the breakfast was very good.

In case of rain, we were not sure if transportation to the terminal was complementary, anyhow the rain stopped.

Good location, decent sized room, very small bathroom.

The hotel is well located to the ferry dock. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is excellent, with a very good breakfast buffet and evening meal.

The rooms are small, although the beds are a good size. The washrooms are very small, with the sink located in the doorway. I expected more, as it is part of the Best Western hotel chain. There was little going on in the town, but perhaps it is always that quiet. We stayed there as it was on route to the ferry to Sweden.

Disappointing

Breakfast was better than expected and it was very fresh. Liked the big balcony we had. The location was also very good.

We had the mini suite and it felt more like we were in a "luxurious" hostel. It was nice with a big balcony but it was poorly decorated. It was also poorly cleaned in the bathroom with the sink, which felt very disgusting. We didn't have a small bar or any other extras that made it feel like a suite. Disappointing experience and not worth the money to choose the suite.

Pretty nice hotel in the centre of Frederikshavn

The hotel is extremely close to the centre and a very short walk from the station or the ferry. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast had a ridiculously wide choice of food and warm beverages. The room had a water boiler with some glasses and tea bags/instant coffee, too.
